I came and he told me he gave my appointment to someone else store management name Julio Ariza afterwards I asked for the Firestone management card and he proceeded to say I smelled like weed which weed is not illegal and proceeded to call police on me like I did something wrong I will like to talk to higher management about this cause this is highly unprofessional

The sales person didn't tell me that they didn't check my transmission. When I asked him, he had so many stories as to why it can't be checked, they don't check it etc. Upon referring to the service board on the wall in front of me, he admitted that their machine is broken. It's not about the money, but my time and the frustration that my issue was back to square one! I absolutely don't appreciate these shady practices. I'll not recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Upon my arrival at the facility, the staff greeted me warmly and provided updates on the vehicle's maintenance. The price was reasonable, and the customer service was exceptional.

Every time I need something fixed on my car, or just a simple oil change, I always come to this Firestone because the staff have always been friendly and helpful and they've always fixed my car perfectly.

Friends don't let friends use Firestone We recently had a very concerning experience with the Firestone Auto Care store on Lincoln Avenue. After a routine tire rotation, the store negligently replaced the wrong lug nuts on our vehicle. About 1,000 miles after the service, the incorrect nuts snapped off while we were driving on the highway late at night. Miraculously, the wheel did not come off. We initially thought it was vandalism as the van was parked in a long-term parking location. This incident required a midnight tow in the pouring rain and a wheel replacement. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. About 2,000 miles after the service, while on a road trip, the second wheel experienced a similar issue. The shop where we took the vehicle for repair identified the problem as the incorrect lug nuts installed by Firestone. When we contacted both the store and Firestone corporate to address the issue, they denied our claim, stating that we had “tampered with the evidence.” This response was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, given the clear negligence on their part. We would strongly advise against using Firestone Auto Care due to their lack of accountability and the potential safety risks involved. A $20 tire rotation cost us over $2,000.00

I scheduled an appointment online for 8am to get my tires change but did not since they don’t have them on stock. Why send someone a confirmation for an appointment if you can’t do the service? They need to hire a manager who has a brain to let customers know ahead of time instead of making us waste time….

I came in very anxious about my vehicle as a single female in the city… noticed an issue with my brakes. As soon was I walked in I was welcomed by an employee. He took my information and did a great job as an active listener while I explained my problems. He even asked if I needed the car done sooner rather than later in the day. A couple hours later i received a call with the recommendations for my brakes. Picked up my car at the end of my work day, with the problem fixed. Thanks for all your help! Will be back.

I like Firestone, they are more reliable than Good year across the street from them and Mike Anderson Chevy, who also lied about my diagnostic test, and tried to get me to pay for another one, very very unprofessional service, I took my car to Firestone because they are professional, they do the job right the first time.

Would like to commend Simoun Santiago who is the service manager at the Lincoln Ave. branch. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of everything. I’m from out of town which is VA to be exact and needed 4 tires for an emergency. He was accommodating and ordered the other two from a different branch. Since it’s a holiday weekend most stores don’t have it and has to be special ordered. Since there was a Firestone at my area felt relieved that I can take it there for service or warranty. Thanks again!

During the holidays I called around for a oil change it took several calls and finally, Lincoln Park Firestone gave an appointment. In a 7:30am Out 9:30am and I was pleased with the service. I now use Firestone in Skokie I drive the distance to get good service. Making an appointment is best to get you in and out in a timely way.

Julio was very nice ! I called late Friday night and was able to drop my car off on Easter weekend. I needed brakes bad! He got me on the schedule for Saturday and I still had time to do Easter food shopping ! Thank you Julio for taking care of this so fast and with great customer service!

Quick, timely service on a flat covered by Firestone's hazard warranty. Julio had great customer service and set realistic expectations. I'm glad I bought my tires from here in 2023.

I’m completely disappointed. I’ve bought my tires here for years because of the great customer service. That has absolutely gone out the window. My check tire pressure light was on so I pulled in there to see if someone could see what tire was low and they told me that they could not even check the pressure in my tire that I had to set up an appointment and come back four days later, which in my opinion is absolutely unbelievable. I called the next morning to see if I could come in and have my tire looked at and was told again that they couldn’t see me for four more days. I have no idea why even bought tires there if I can’t get them checked and if I’m unable to use the warranty that comes along with the tires Because of their awful customer service I went to another Family OWNED tire shop who fixed my tire and I gladly paid to have it fixed. After many years and thousands of dollars spent with fire stone, I am happy to say that I will never step foot in another store again.

Over a 2 hour wait for an alignment and tire rotation is well above average, especially with a scheduled appointment and arriving on time. I know they are understaffed. This is unfortunate as it creates very long wait times for services that should be done in 1-1.5 hours at most. I'll have to find another location because this isn't the first time an alignment has taken this long. If they schedule appointments, they should have the necessary staff to meet the needs of those appointments. Perhaps management needs to review their staffing practices because I probably won't be the only one looking for another location.

We bought four tires here for one of our cars and one of the tires is defective I guess. TPMS light is on occasionally and my mom took the car to ask for air to put in since we bought insurance or warranty for them. Last couple times, they were nice and did it for her. This morning when she went there, the guy told her that she should go to a gas station and does it herself, and yelled, "Leave! Leave!" She understands but doesn't speak English good enough to explain. If he didn't want to do anything for her, that's fine but why would he yell at her to leave like that? It was right after they opened and she was there by herself and nobdy else was there.

Fast, courteous service. The Firestone location I had been using closed, and the staff at this location easily accessed my account and did services to my tires that were under warranty. I made an appointment by calling the store, was able to get in the next day, and was in and out in under two hours. Thank you for always providing reliable service!

Very good, polite, reasonably timely service. Overall pleased with value and follow-thru compared to other service providers. Seemed to treat all customers well and they seemed satisfied. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. Years ago I had a horrible experience at another nearby Firestone location, so review limited to Lincoln Ave. site. Rep. needs to explain suggested add-on warranties/life time services more slowly and comprehensively, taking customers' actual car/driving circumstances into account. One of these made sense for me but another didn't, but the experience felt rushed and incomplete. Firestone corporate could improve this by notifying customers in advance which additional options will be offered with specifics. Waiting room is fine, but bathroom needs to be cleaned much better--it was functional and not disgusting, but sort of grimy and not pleasant. Strive for McDonald's standard. 👍

They kept my car running the whole time they were doing the alignment and then told me I have low fuel... No kidding. If they saw that the fuel was low, why would they keep the car running for an hour or so? They don't care about the customer or your car.
