If you enjoy paying 3x and even 4.5x the amount for parts and labor, than go here. My car needed both fuel pumps replaced and they were charging me 600 for one of them and 900 for the other. Upon a search of the specific part numbers, those parts were 275 sum odd dollars a piece. I understand marking up parts but that is wild. They were also trying to charge me 850 for labor for a job that takes an hour and a half. After buying the parts myself for 399, paying for Firestones diagnostic at 135, towing it to a dealership for 400, and paying for the hour and a half of labor, I still paid 1500 less than what I would've paid for these crooks. Like I said, go here if you like getting screwed over.

Couldn’t have asked for a more easy experience. Got a flat tire on Sunday morning. Was able to book an online appointment for that same day. Tire repair was completed that day and reasonably priced. Sales/Service specialist Elijah was helpful and friendly.

I had a disappointing customer service experience today with Alan (the service manager) and I decided not to drop my car off because I am not going to do business with people that speak aggressively to me. On Friday 7/19/24, I stopped by to learn about what was covered under the lifetime brake service and alignment that I had purchased and to schedule an appointment. During this interaction, they told me that lifetime brake service meant that everything that I had done on brakes when I bought it was 100% covered for life. I decided to schedule a drop off for Sunday 7/21/24. When I arrived to drop off my car, the guy at the front desk told me that the labor and the rotors were not covered by the lifetime brake service. This was different than what they told me 2 days prior so I asked him what had changed. The person at the front desk brought in his Service Manager Alan to help explain it better. Alan seemed frustrated when he came out to talk to me. Alan explained to me that the pads, calipers, and labor were covered and the rotors were not covered. This was the 3rd different thing that I had heard in 72 hours on this topic so I asked if he could show me the policy in writing because of how many different things Firestone had told me. I also asked him to pull up my previous brake service where I recalled having my rotors replaced under warranty to help me understand how that was different than this situation. He did not pull up my previous service and said that what Firestone had done previously didn't matter. Alan spoke aggressively to me during this interaction and said something to the effect of that he was just being nice to me. I told Alan that I was not going to do business with someone who spoke to me in that way. I would not feel comfortable having my wife drop off our vehicle at this Firestone because they speak aggressively to customers and they change the story on what is covered under warranty. They will also not honor what they have told you previously. If you decide to do business with this Firestone, ensure that you bring all warranties with you in writing.

Worst service. Free lifetime tire rotation is joke. I walked in and they said they are booked for entire day which is understandable so I got an appointment for another day. Then I checked in at the appointment time and they now say under staffed and so it takes 2 hours for tire rotation. I don't understand the purpose appointment. So what I understood is they don't want to do it and keep saying something everytime just to push it another day. Total waste of time.

Brandon went above and beyond with his customer service. 10/10. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a leak in my tire while long distance traveling and he assisted me every step of the way. Chris was also 10/10. They both are top notch employees. Need more people like them.

Came in for belt change and tire quote. The belt was fixed fast and perfectly. The lack of stars come from the tire quote. I was quoted 1300 for a set of 4 tires that I knew priced out at $950-980. Mount and balance doesn’t cost $300. Please do you own research.

I attempted to do business at Firestone, but they won't put a used tire on a car at all. Told me it was industry standard and most major places are the same. I drove a couple businesses down and they put used tires on as long as they're still safe and under 10 years old.
