I came in for a tire rotation only and my appt was at noon. I got there at 1150. They took my car right back within 10 minutes. Ask if I was waiting and I ask how long it would take and he said 20 minutes. I didn't get my car till 230pm. They tried to get me to do all sorts of other stuff and I said no and he said he was putting tires back on and still 40 minutes later after going to desk 3 times because he said it would be right out. The 3rd time I ask they said he was pulling it out of garage. I stood outside in the freezing cold for 15 minutes just waiting for him to pull car out. It took 2 and a half hours for a tire rotation just because they wanted me to get other stuff done. Very unprofessional. If you say20 minutes then it shouldn't have been 2 and a half hours. A lady came in and sat down to get 4 new tires and was in and out in less then 30 minutes. And I had already been there 2 hours at that point. I will not ever do business with this location ever again!!

Colrain, OHIO is the worst store I have ever been in, mean and rude and will never shop there again or refer anyone to that nasty place!!!!!!!!!

I've been a customer of Firestone for many years and I have never experienced any issues at this location. I made an appointment and was taken care of promptly, was explained the issues found clearly so that I understood what exactly the issues were.

I was rushed out of the door after my oil change. I was not explained anything that they noticed on my car or even the recommendations. The cashier told me my car was ready, told me how much and once I paid he gave me my keys and told me they would send me an email. What I am upset about??? In the lobby a friend of one of the workers asked me if my car was the car that the tire was wobbling on. I said I don't think so because they did not tell me anything about this. Firestone cashier still said nothing. I went down the street to another auto shop and it INDEED was my car with the wobbly tire. I have been a customer at this particular place and have NEVER recieved this service from FIRESTONE. I will not be back. I am not appreciated and my safety is not of concern to FIRESTONE. I also did not even recieve air in my tires.

The Men were very courteous, respectful and helpful in getting me taken care of very quickly I might add. I really liked that. The first time I made an appt. Second time I just drove there from work, told them my problem and was taken care of immediately, that's very good service 👍😊

Found myself in need of a tire due to damaging a tire, was close to needing them all replaced anyway. Rick got me in and out with all 4 tires replaced in no time.

Went to get an oil change with my 3 granddaughters. They were tolerant of them walking the waiting area. Friendly staff and always kept me abreast of what they were doing

I know the employees can make the customer experience either great or horrible. I've been going to this location for over a decade! Most of the time, the service is great. However, this year, I paid for an oil change that supposedly never occurred! I also paid for brake service. However, my brakes still are not fixed properly because I keep having the same problem. I plan to call the store manager and have the oil change completed for free, since I already paid for it 5 months ago. I also plan to have them take another look at my brakes and fix it without additional payment. After these issues are properly addressed and I am satisfied with the outcome, I will go to a different location. Update 07/01/24: I paid for an oil change on 02/20/20 at Firestone Complete Auto Care Store #012254. Then, when I returned on May 9, 2024 for brake service. I was recommended another oil change. Why would I need another oil change after 3 months? I checked my oil and yes, I do need an oil change. This does not make sense. It could only mean the oil change was not completed on 02/20/24. My mileage was 55,559 on 02/20/24 and on 05/09/24, it was 54,053. Are you telling me I need another oil change after 1,506 miles? This is ridiculous. I spoke with the store manager, Matt Ward, on 7/1/24. He refused to research the issue. He refused to provide an oil change free of charge. He was rude, nasty, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I will never go to another Firestone Complete Auto Care again. They lost a loyal customer of over 10 years! I already contacted customer care. And the store manager still refused to offer a refund! What a jerk! Why be so stubborn? Is it worth losing a longtime customer? I'm waiting for the area manager to call me. The store manager's nasty attitude has caused me some mental anguish. This is a nightmare and I want it to end. Just refund the money so I can go get an oil change for real this time. All of this conflict is unnecessary. Firestone should really reconsider Matt Ward's future at this company because his lack of proper customer service skills is driving away loyal business.

Purchased tires for my 2006 Pontiac Solstice. The associate was very friendly and helpful at the initial meeting. Updates for the service were prompt and comprehensive. The service time was very reasonable and I am very happy with the price and product. Would definitely recommend this store and will be returning in the future.

Carlies Flowers was amazing! He got my tires changed and balanced before the last hour they closed. It wad last minute and he was super sweet. Please give him a bonus or reward I will definitely recommend this location and will be back! Thank you for getting me mobile.

Very odd experience. The worker there told my wife that she was too demanding for asking basic questions. When I say basic she asked him about some windshield wipers and how long does he think it will take to get finished(we had other things to do, so were pressed for time)... She didn't yell at him, wasn't being mean to him. His attitude had me and my family quite upset after the ordeal. Skinny guy with a short fuse who seemed agitated. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but I really didn't appreciate the disrespect. He was one of the guys in the lobby you talk to and tell them what you need serviced, he had tattoos on his left arm. We're peaceful people, we don't cause scenes so we kept it cool. But seeing my wife upset when we drove off it's still bothering me, on a personal level. Because that felt personal. First time ever having this experience with Firestone, and I've been going to this shop for years. Hey Firestone, if this is not your first complaint on the guy with the left arm tattoos then maybe you should do something about it at this point. He can't be disrespecting people's family like that. Very unprofessional.

Went in for a routine oil change the manager was supposedly on vacation. After the nasty attitude I received from staff I chose to have my oil rechecked at two different places found out I was a quart low in the oil they put in they did not put any type of fluids in the car I will not be returning and will not recommend

Horrible service just left them 20 mins ago me and used them for years the service went down hill , new management I don't know. But schedule 2 cars at earliest time possible one car was done ofter still waiting both schedule at 7,8 am I done with them

This facility told me to continue to drive my car after stopping 4 times asking what is wrong with my car, I ask them to check all fluids etc and eventually scheduled a diagnostic testing that they want to keep my car overnight which meant I need an Uber to complete this with added cost, long story short if you are a woman be careful here, they did not care to be HONEST about my vehicle. In fact I paid for small things to get fixed as more thing suddenly needed to be repaired on my car after going there. Long story short: I had taken my vehicle to 3 other Firestone autos and gotten the same results, so I went to VALVOLINE and asked them to check my fluids again to find that my car had no oil in it and my low oil light never came on. This shop needs investigating because they clearly did not do anything they were asked to do to fix my car, in fact they gave me instructions to keep driving it with no oil to wait for a light to come on. They set me up for major damages and now I understand how my AC went out after going their in May as well. This place breaks your car to profit. Thank me later....COLERAIN LOCATION BE WARE!!!

This place has a manager who is racist. Do not go here! He refuses to put air in my tire and is the only person at this location who has a problem with doing so. He says it’s not a “fill station” very condescending.

Website and door said they opened at 8am. I left at 8:30am. It was still wasn't open.
