I called in to get a quote for 4 tires on my car. I spoke to Roger on the phone and he was so nice and informative. Which led me to come in to see and feel the tires I inquired about. I ended up purchasing the tires and Roger was so good showing and telling me what my car needed. I will definitely go back there for future car service.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience here this week! The two gentleman that I spoke with were extremely accommodating and understanding to my situation and went above and beyond. Everything was taken care of in a very timely manner, and absolutely exceeded my expectations. Will be going here from now on!

The coffee machine is gone and I'm missing it. Having to wait over an hour for a tire repair, it would have helped pass the time. Also, not sure if it's broken, but the television is off. For these two reasons I only awarded four stars.

I came in a few weeks ago after my car going down and having to be towed in. After doing my due diligence and time being of the essence, I went with Firestone. I couldn’t have asked for better service from Roger and the rest of the team. They took great care and went above and beyond taking care of issues that I could have paid extra for. Overall, I had my car after a couple days. I would definitely recommend them again!

The information given to me could have been fatal!!!! The employees were friendly and repaired the tire. I was told the car computer would recycle on its own. It did not. It cycled to 0 then stopped reporting anything until an hour later when I was on the Ohio Turnpike where the tire completely blew and rolled across the road; I was going 70 mph at the time. I ended up at another Firestone store in Fremont OH where I got a new tire. The report from the Shaker Heights store said they plugged the tire, yet they said there was no hole in the tire to plug and it was probably the sealing. Had not been told the car detection system would not cycle on its own, I would have returned and avoided a traumatizing experience which could have been fatal. I would not return to this store or recommend it to others.PS I was contacted via email by Firestone. they say they wanted more information. I send the receipts. They said I would be contacted by the store. I was not. The reviews say the customer service is good. I agree they are friendly. Still in my case they could not fix a tire; more did they understand the workings of the car notification systems. I would still not go near this store again. I guess this would be of more interest to firestone if it were my husband’s lawyer contacting them because the blow out was fatal. Shame on you!

I have a wonderful experience at 3582 Lee Rd Firestone place today. Service Manager Shana was superb knowledgeable and friendly. The tech Marcus was very skillful. I’m very satisfied for their professional service. Got two tires replaced the same day instead of waiting days elsewhere. Thank you!

Went to get a new tire and was there for like 5 hours. A part that was ordered from the warehouse never showed so I had to come back a couple days later for the work to get finished where I waited for another 3 hours.

Where do I begin!! I came with a flat tire. My second one in less than a week. Roger Ganss was so awesome. He saved me so much money. I would absolutely 💯 recommend Him to everyone. His costumer service is the BEST I have witnessed in years... Also Shana was best at creating you when you walk in. I give 100 🌟 for this Forestone... God Bless everyone

Called to have my vehicle serviced. Showed up the next day, and was informed they could not help with a check engine light! A check engine light! Might want to change the name from complete auto care to something else, like oil changes. Never go here!

I arrived at 10AM for my appointment and was told I would receive a call with a diagnosis within 30-45 minutes. I called repeatedly during the day and my car was finally seen at 4:30PM!!!!!! When they did the oil change I was charged an extra $9.40 for extra oil because they showed my Avalon was a 6 cylinder, while in reality it is a 4 cylinder hybrid. I will be returning for a refund of this over charge. This was the first time in a while I have used Firestone and will undoubtedly be the last.

Gino appears to have left this store. I am disappointed. He was a mechanic who I relied on. The current staff I am not so sure about. I had my A/C evacuated and the Freon replaced, and they told me I needed a Cabin Filter (which I did) and an A/C relay. I changed the cabin filter myself as I did with the relay. I didn't get to talk to Tech who worked on my A/C because I picked up the car late. I wanted to know why he thought relay was bad. They wanted $180 for the two items installed . It cost me $35 for the parts. I put them in myself. I felt they were high on install costs of the two parts, but the cost on the A/C evacuation and Freon reinstall price was fair. I'll come again, but I will miss Gino.

Please check behind or up on the mechanics and your vehicle before leaving the bay area. Shop tried to slick me out of a repair and now I question the parts. Customer service lied and was caught in it as well. Very disappointed.

The employees here are fantastic. This store is about an hour away from my house but luckily I work nearby so I'll always bring my vehicles back here. Never pushy, always patient and helpful. When they called to explain why they couldn't rotate my tires, they gave me an actual explanation of what was wrong, not just a generic statement like "they're bald you need to replace them". And it didn't feel like a sales call pushing me to buy new tires, I asked if they could be replaced same day and they said they could, even drove to another location to get the tires I needed. I have 2 Firestone stores much closer to home and just trying to get an appointment is like pulling teeth. And the store is always clean and well kept too. I'm a loyal Lee Rd customer!

Store Manager - Gino! He is a top-notch professional. Expert, patient, and truly a pleasure to work with. I would follow that guy ANYWHERE for car care service. Also - really appreciated Shana - who was friendly, caring, and so knowledgable. I knew I was in the right place when they mopped the waiting room floor 2 x per day to get the salty mess off the floor!
