I was told they could repair my tire but when he looked at my tire he then told me they couldn't repair it I needed a new tire and quoted me one for 115. I took my tire somewhere else and it absolutely was repairable and paid 15.

Such a great experience. They were reliable and communicated the entire visit. They were quick to fix my tire, such a relief as it was short notice. Would recommend to anyone. Will visit again

Jonathan, Phil, and Salem took care of changing my difficult headlight. They were able to get my headlight changed and get me out the door the same day even due to technical difficulties. Recommend this location to anyone! Friendly and fast service!

I typically go to masterworks in Cleveland heights but was in a pinch when they were closed. I had recently got my break fluid flushed less than 3 months ago by my usual mechanic. However after getting a simple oil change ant this location, they notified me that I need it changed ASAP. I’ll let whoever is reading this use logic… When I tried contacting the store with stamps and proof of my fluids being PERFECTLY fine. They hung up on me. There are plenty of poor reviews of this unethical franchise store. The corporate office needs to get involved at this point. I am contacting and seeking legal action at this point.

Really great customer service and reliability. I pop a tire on a curve and was luckily right next to a Firestone and they fixed it the same day with an affordable price. Hakeem was really great and patient and deserves a raise!

We needed to get a tire repaired in an emergency situation and they were able to accommodate us. They did a great job plugging the tire quickly and I was in and out in about an hour on a Saturday evening. I do appreciate the them for helping us out during this situation.

Before my inspection, my car was not leaking (bad), after my inspection my car was severely leaking power steering fluid, I check under the hood and there was a cap left in the engine bay. I brought my car back to Firestone and told them about it and the clerk basically tried to insult my intelligence and acted like it “flew into my car while driving.” and acted like it was nothing. He said that my vehicle was leaking before my inspection and I can assure you, it was NOT (especially not severely). I would not recommend anyone to a place where they just completely abandon the fact/possibility that they are the reason for the issue. I would not recommend anyone to a place where they insult your intelligence. I would not recommend Firestone to anyone!

Made an appointment for 1pm. Apparently making an appointment means NOTHING. It took 2 hours for them to even look at my car, and I'm still waiting. It should not take this long to change the oil. DON'T COME HERE

Just shady and don’t care about your safety. I took my car in for an EVAP inspection. They told me after a full inspection that my brake fluid would need flushed soon. I told them I’d worry about it later, as I was just concerned about the EVAP and could only afford that. Mind you my brakes were PERFECT before I took it in. After they inspected it for $150 and I picked the car up, I pulled out of the parking lot and my brakes were suddenly spongey and not working properly. My low brake fluid alert came on and after adding new fluid the brakes were still weak. I took it to a different mechanic and they told me the wheel bearing to my brakes were broken. $950 later they’re fixed thanks to a great mechanic that gave me a discount after seeing how bad I was scammed. Needless to say I cancelled my EVAP appointment and won’t be going back. Super shady mechanics that I guess don’t care about your safety if they’re willing to damage your brakes.
