I had my van worked on here a few years ago and I’m writing expressing disappointment for the quality of parts used. My van was replaced with a non oem fan clutch that now makes it sound like a school bus. After some research it’s pretty obvious to me this part wasn’t needed and was a bandaid fix for my problem (AC could be better was my original request) 3 stars because the labor performed properly and quickly

Jeremy was awesome!! I was in a hurry due to a previous commitment. He took it upon himself to get all four tires replaced in about an hour and change. Told him I needed it done by 5pm, he was finished at 4:30. Thank you!!

Honestly should have read the reviews before coming. I watch the man work on my vehicle. Just want two front tires replace. Took hours arrived at 8:30 still waiting on tires to be back on vehicle. DONT WASTE TIME Or MONEY WORKERS DO NOT RESPECT THE TIME OF OTHERS MEANING. YOU'RE SCHEDULED SLOT TIME 9 TO 11.

Front office people dont communicate well, except for the manager. Took me 30 minutes for them to check me out because they needed a manager to override something in the computer.

I dropped my car off Tuesday, it’s now Friday. I have not had a single update regarding the car despite calling them everyday. “The tech in charge just stepped out” is pretty much the go to answer. The only time they have called me is to ask me a question I had already told them the answer to twice when I dropped the car off.

They have horrible workers working there. Very rude and unprofessional. Had service from issues for a month and even with the summary they gave me stating what was wrong they have yet to fix the issues. Steady wanting more money! RUN DO NOT GO THERE

Came in with a flat, Dane was the one to help. He was incredibly helpful. Offered me options on which tires were best for me and the service was fast compared to all other service shops. Staff were great and plan on getting all my tires from here.

I had gone in to pay off a completed repair for a vehicle at which time I asked about service for another vehicle. They were very knowledgeable, and assisted me in providing details and appointment time for the second vehicle service for the following morning at the earliest store opening opportunity 7:00am I was punctual and the manager was also punctual they also provided updates for my vehicle via email and called as soon as service was complete.

I would highly recommend this service station for your cars needs. The staff there were funny, genuine, straight to the point, and obviously loved their job because it showed in everything they did.

Felipe helped me out a lot by explaining where the issue was without charging me for something I didn't need. He was also able to hire new mechanics and technicians that are more supportive and customer service oriented. I appreciate the transperency and the great customer service I received as I have been going to Firestone for years but had to stop coming to this location due to the bad service. Will come again here.

That guy Filipe is The Man. Even though he was under staffed, Filipe and his crew met my needs with High Quality products and service. I recommend Firestone College Station to anyone who needs Car Care and wants First Class customer service.

Do not take your car here - I had my car towed here when it got stuck in reverse. The car was obviously turned off to get towed to the shop. Firestone proceeded to tell me that my starter needed to be fixed and told me it would cost $700+. They would not listen to me of what the actual problem was. So I chose to have my car towed to another mechanic in town. Before he towed it, the tow truck driver was able to manually change my gear into park, after which I was able to turn my car on. The other mechanic was able to replace a small part behind the front dashboard that cost $3 and the car works perfectly. This proves that Firestone did not perform a complete or accurate diagnostic and was willing to have me spend hundreds of dollars on fix that would not work.

I dropped my vehicle off Saturday was fixed Sunday morning. Everywhere else in town wouldn’t even take my car until the next Wednesday. Felipe was able to have my radiator replaced super quick!

I have used FS for 25 years and always was well taken of. The Service I received was stellar during that time and my surveys were as well. I was in there a couple weeks ago for my truck oil change and found out Mike Axtell retired, which is sad, but surely the same premise of Service and Quality apply right? I got my truck back and a few days later moved it out of my garage and oil leak. I crawled under found leaking from drain plug, and tightened it up which fixed the issue. I paid 213$ for an oil change and tech did not torque the drain plug which is unacceptable at any price. Fast forward to yesterday on my company car, I stood and waited for someone to help for 17 minutes (8:30a)while mgr worked with his employee, finally got David to come inside to help. At 515p, no call or status, so I called and they were just finished. I go to pick up, same thing, wait while mgr was negotiating an unhappy customers ticket and finally someone helps me. Hope this is just bump in road.

Our college daughter went to check why his car tires was showing low air pressure. She went twice ,they said everything ok. We took her car to another place , they found a nail. We feel they don't took the time to truly inspect and found the cause.

The team in College Station was caring and went out of their way to get us back on the road in a very short time. We were driving from Lubbock to a wedding in Plantersville and our car broke down on the way. Not only did they find the problem and get us back on the road in less time than they estimated, but made they also made my kids feel at home while we waited. I’m very grateful for all that they did for our family. Thanks again William!

Extremely rude Horrible services very unprofessional made an appointment for an alignment 2 weeks in a row they forgot to schedule the first one. Second time was told they didn’t have time even having an appointment at 10:30 am smh. Manager was rude and unprofessional refused service as well as corporate info. do not give them business horrible customer service

Felipe is THE MAN! He and his mechanic took care of my car like it's theirs. I'm a firestone customer who's been using their tires and alignment services since I've owned my car for the last 7 years. But this location lost my business 2 years ago when they broke 2 of my TPMS Sensors twice in a row while replacing tires and didn't even bother fixing it and even glued it back one time, which came off after 2 weeks damaging the inside of my tire. I got their lifetime alignment, but they never seemed to get it right. I was blessed to have Felipe answer my phone 2 days ago while I was shopping for new tires and he gave me the best deal I ever got for 4 new tires. Never thought I'd be back to this location ever again. The alignment afterwards was the most perfect alignment I had in years. They got my business back.

I absolutely loved the service. They were straightforward with me with everything and told me exactly what needed to be done and they gave me options. Felipe was totally awesome, He showed professionalism and was very open and honest about what needed to be done. I love the fact that he stayed in communication with me because it really means a lot when you have a mechanic that stays in contact with you even throughout their busy schedule.

I was quoted $10-$50 to look at my headlight over the phone. I got there and the guy says its gonna be 175 to just look at it. When i tell you i got back in my car and went next door to a local shop that did it for FREE and only wanted pay to do the job. Quit giving your money to these out of their mind people!

This Firestone is such an awful place. They have terrible management and employees. You will pay more and get less here. Go to Costco and replace your tires. Money isn’t even an issue for me, more so that they are shameless con artists and rude. Please save yourself trouble and read other reviews to validate what I am saying. I would like to add, a majority of the 5 star reviews are fake and done by management and staff. I know someone that used to work there. Who the heck gets 10 5 star reviews all on the same day followed by none weeks later. pathetic.
