I went into the local Firestone store with a leak, that turned out to be a nail in the tire. The location told me it would be about and hour and half until they could look at the truck. in about 55 minutes the tire had been repaired and it was a warranty job on top of the quickness.

made an appointment at 10 am on Thrusday 7 nov 2024 for an oil change and tire rotation. the day before the appointment my son had a flat tire, so when I went in to the store I asked if they could check the wheel and replace the tire, I also noticed on the way to the store the rear break light was out and asked if they could replace it. five and a half ours after dropping off the car they had done nothing, I had to call to see what was going on, they finally did the oil change and nothing else. very bad communication and customer service. will not return to this store.

The manager there is outstanding! He is knowledgeable and contacted me the day before just to make sure they were ready for my vehicle with the right kind of tire. They have my business as long as he is there! Hopefully you do whatever you can to keep him!!!

All three gentleman that assisted me were absolutely wonderful. Carter, Jerome, and Lyle were quick, professional, and kind. I had a slow leak that I needed a patch for. I had stopped off at another location and was left standing at the counter for 10 minutes before someone could shrug and tell me they couldn't look at it at all that afternoon. I was able to make it to the Stetson Hills location and it was like a completely different company. Everyone was fast, friendly, and great at communicating what was going on and what they advised I do. I will always go to this location first going forward. Thank you to all three gentlemen for making a stressful day turn into a relief.

Goff & Drew are exceptional service representatives, they explained everything that was needed for my Jeep. They also gave me a discount because when my tires were put on, on the 18th it was suppose to be 90 minutes, instead just shy of 3 hours. Also my alignment couldn't be done because an Audi had been on the rack for 1 1/2 hours. Overall EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the work completed @ Stetson Hills Firestone.

Badly managed place. Wasted time showing up to an appointment to be told it's only a request for an appointment. The store doesn't follow up as indicated in the response when scheduling online. Acts as if you're inconveniencing them when you show to the appointment selected. Could be a lot more professional

Had a sudden brake issue as well as an engine misfire. Showed up without an appointment and they worked mw into the schedule. They were pretty swamped with other work too. They got me back on the road right after lunch.

I brought my vehicle in and was asked what it’s doing. So, I’d told Lyle, the employee behind the counter. He quickly dismissed my justification. Instead of doing this, you should have shut up and Google it! You could have been more productive instead of joining in with the gossips! I should have known he’s just a salesman! After the service, it went back to normal as I believed the caused of it. However, my steering wheel is not in straight direction while driving. It will veered to the right if I make it straight. Hence, the service wasn’t done properly. Lyle will blame it on other issues if I bring it back to get it corrected!

I went in earlier this year for a check engine light - OReillys said it was a misfire in cylinder 3. The guy I spoke to recommended a tune up, which I had done. Almost $600 later and the engine light came right back on a couple weeks later. Same code. Took it to the dealership and after a week of trying to diagnose the issue (the engine light would come on for a few days then turn off for a few days, rinse and repeat), they ended up replacing the coil pack on cylinder 3 thinking it may have been the issue. Nope. Light came right back on. They looked into my cylinder and found pitting from what they believe is a broken piece of ceramic from the old spark plug that had been bouncing around my cylinder causing damage. After removing the entire engine and further inspection, there is also damage to the pistons of the engine. The dealership concluded that at the time of the tune up, the spark plugs were replaced with ones that were too long, and when the engine was started, it caused damage to the pistons. Instead of informing me of the issue and resolving it, they just put my old plugs back on and still charged me for brand new plugs. I am now having to get a whole new engine for my 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport because of their carelessness. DO NOT recommend.

I've been going to this store for years now. The staff there is amazing. Drew and the team got my Jeep towed in with a blown tire late in the day. I expected to hear back on the next day, but they had the car ready and had me back at it the same evening. It really surprised me. They are great at this store and really care. It was a refreshing experience. Thank you all.

I’ve been taking my car here for maintenance and repairs since we moved here a little over a year ago. They’ve always explained things to me, have provided rebates when able, and are able to finish services in a timely manner. I’ve unfortunately popped two tires in the last year and they’ve been able to squeeze me into their schedule both times, which is super appreciated.

Worst customer service. Three appointments made and in none my car was checked. First appointment waited all day. Second appointment waited two hours and third appointment they wanted to reschedule again. Will never go back to this place.

The courtesy and sincerity of the front desk staff are second to none in the car service provider industry. The real-time update on the work and recommendation update is very helpful. The charges are well explained and within the estimated quotes. I left the service garage with a good feeling of trust in Firestone, which is a big deal when it comes to car servicing.

Went in for wheel alignment, balance, and rotation. one of my outer tie rods broke as they were prepping for the service. Got a call from the manager letting me know. Lot of factors could have played into as to why it broke, but he took the customer first approach and did everything he could to make me happy. They stayed after closing time to get the new part and install to allow me to get to work the next day. They were unable to get to the rotation and balance but gave me the opportunity to get the rotation and balance at a later date free of charge.

I had an alignment done and my upper control arm bolt came loose. I brought it back and waited for them to do an "alignment" for 3hrs to tell me I'm missing pins that go to upper control arm on the same side the bolt came loose so they Can't to my alignment. They didnt offer to fix it. Also two different techs worked on it and after i pulled out my truck went hard right. That was last week. Well i got the parts put them inn and came down here at 750am to get an alignment. Its now 1015am and still waiting on my truck. I'm an ASE certified mechanic and this isn't okay!!! I am very disappointed in the mechanics and not being properly trained to work on vehicles.

I went in for an alignment and they told me it would be like 90-120$ depending on the warranty I selected. Turns out o had a bent lower control arm causing my uneven tire wear. Cost me only 10$ for them to diagnosis the bent control arm

I’m done going to this location on Stetson Hills. About 3 months ago when I got my oil changed there was oil all over the fabric on the roof inside of my car above my drivers seat. Thankfully I was able to scrub it off so not a huge deal. Fast forward to today I take my car in for an oil change and upon picking it up I notice my drivers side door has a huge mark on it. The mark is larger than the size of my hand and is dented in the middle, scraped around it, has part of the paint peeling off and you can tell by the way the mark is on the edge of the door/side of the door that it is from the car door being opened into something. It was definitely not like that when I dropped it off this morning as I drive this car DAILY and would have seen it before now (I am the only person who drives this car as well.) Took it back in not even 10 minutes after paying for the oil change to show them the door and they denied, denied, denied (of course) and told me they couldn’t do anything except have me file a claim online and gave me a 1-800 number. All that needed to be done was for someone to be mature and take responsibility and say they accidentally opened my car door into something instead of having 2 men walk around clueless denying anything happened when the huge mark on my door says otherwise. I’ve been going here for almost 7 years now with multiple cars but I will 100% not be returning.

Work not completed Had an 11am appointment tried calling and eventually got through at 4:30 pm that the work was completed and if I could leave the truck overnight for an alignment and rotation. If it wasn’t for the lifetime alignment I would never comeback
