Was provided inaccurate information and called several times to be asked to do a multitude of unnecessary services (over $1K). In addition claimed they could not do a tire rotation. Called the dealership they got me in the next day. They were able to do the tire rotation and also did a full inspection and did not find any of the other issues the Firestone techs found. Because of the horrible experience I had I will never go back. Not only did they treat me horribly when I went in to pickup my vehicle but they also questioned my retired father’s integrity, background knowledge , and experience. This is unacceptable and speaks volumes about your customer service and the people you hire. There are to many other options and the services at Firestone our not any cheaper and certainly Firestone does not have better customer service than at the dealership or other shops so there is no reason to support your business.

Had brakes and rotors changed there and less than a year later they needed replaced again. Those brakes and rotors went bad just over a year later. From the time I first had brakes and rotors replaced until the 2nd set went bad, I had only put about 16,000 miles on my car yet Firestone still expected me to pay for a 3rd set of brakes and rotors. They use cheap parts, go elsewhere, i. Certainly will from now on.

Big fan of their service, always treat me fair and haven't had any issues with service. They're open about the issues my cars have and give me an honest assessment as to what's going on. Been coming to them over a decade now.

Very busy shop, better make your appointment. Very fast services. Mine was oil change and Tyre rotation. It was so quick while I am waiting. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Recommended.

Very friendly and personable. They make you feel welcomed! I came in with a battery issue and they found the problem quickly. I am a driving instructor and I needed my car back on the road and running. a BIG THANK YOU to all the employees!!

I had an issue with grinding brakes while driving and I stopped by this location to see if someone could look at the issue and offer any assistance. They were very kind and were willing to help me without a problem. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable as well as patient and kind despite the busyness of the day. This was my second visit at this location and it has been nothing but efficient and fast service without any problems. They deserve a raise! (Smiles)

The service writer was very personable and understood my needs. The young man who was working on my car took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done in a very caring manner. The work was performed timely and met my expectations. Great job Firestone on Hamilton road!

The store was messy and in disarray but the waiting area was neat. They serviced the vehicle while I waited. When I left after the tires were replaced and oil changed all seemed great. After shutting the truck off and turning back on my check oil light was on. I told the manager, by phone, and he and I agreed they did not put the full amount of oil in. I agreed to take my wives car to the retail auto parts store, buy two quarts of oil and add the necessary amount to my vehicle. I returned the next day and was credited the amount I spent on the oil. No further conversation was made offering me a reason to return for future business. I likely will not come back.

Your location is definitely Better than the rest!!! I’ve never had such amazing customer service and have had my car serviced quite a bit this year. At it seems the other place did not do what they needed to do to make my daughter’s car run well. You all really made her as well as me feel like the money I spent was worth it. Do not take your vehicle here. All they do is lie and they don't know what they are doing. Their incompetence made my vehicle very unsafe and almost got into an accident as a result. They try everything to not make it right. A month later is enough time wasted on their idiotic processes. If you don't want to go to court don't take your vehicle here.

It shouldn't take over an hour for a basic oil change. They tried to upsell me a car battery at $250. Can get one at AutoZone for $130. They dumped oil all over my motor and didn't tell me or clean it up. I drove away and as the engine heated, white smoke began to pour out. I called and they admitted to spilling the oil. They had me bring it back in and then finally cleaned the oil up.... What a joke. Won't be back.

Thanks to Damian for being so helpful and professional for getting me the service I needed. I was in bad shape when my metal strap holding my fuel tank rusted out while I was on the road. The Gahanna Firstone was the closes thing to me when this happened so I pull in stop the scraping. I came in to see if they could help in anyway. They were able to get my strap off on short notice and offered the support I needed. They got me fixed and back on the road in no time.Travis also gave excellent service as well going as far as giving the parts back I needed aswell. This team was amazing to work with and I fully support any service anyone gets from them.

Great customer service. They walked me though everything in detail after my vehicle was inspected. They offered different options for tires and explained the benefits and differences for each price point. They also kept me informed throughout the entire time giving me updates of the progress on my truck.

I had a flat and came right into Firestone. The attendants were so good and made recommendations. Since I have a dealer warranty they put my spare on and sent me on my way-so kind and I offered to pay for changing tire. They said no charge! What a wonderful service

I made a 9am appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I asked if I could pick my car up by Noon. I called at 1:30pm to check on the car and they said they were just getting it on the rack and would need 45 minutes. I came by and had to wait until 3:45p to get my car back. No apologies, no reasons, just bad service. The next day I took my car to Valvoline next door and was out in 20 minutes for $10 less.

I paid $1200.,for new brakes and rotors. And brake fluid that was not changed until I came back the next day. I talked to 2 mechanics and 2 other men who told me that I shouldn’t have never paid that much. But they know that females don’t know much about cars 🚗 and they stick it to them. I’m very disappointed ☹️ because I have been coming to Firestone for years and have trusted that my daughter and I would be treated fairly. I will not recommend any more referrals to Firestone. And the friends that I have recommended I will tell them to get a second opinion before saying yes if they have dropped off their vehicle 🚗.

The people that work here have always been honest and upfront about the costs of repairs. We have used them many times and they always get our cars in and out quickly!
