I thought these people were cool- the 1st time. After this 4th time of dealing with them... I've had it. Someone broke into my car while they had my key in their possession and they insist there are no cameras. My car has 0 signs of forced entry and my windows are designed to where you cannot shove a rod, even a coat hanger, to mess with the locks within the doors. There's nothing even showing they needed to attempt that. So what does this mean? Without having camera footage to provide to me, which is very weird for a property to not have considering they even have expensive property owned by the company- either they left my car unlocked, an employee did it with my key, or both. DO NOT leave your car here without you present. Your property is not safe. And they have ZERO sympathy for it. Let me just add in that my back rotors have been needing done and I had told them within the 30 day warranty, after they replaced the front, there was still something wrong and they insisted it was just the front ones settling in. Even though they were skipping and sounded like a scrape as if they were frozen from the cold- in the summer. But guess what? Now they NEED done and my GAP doesn't cover rotors. Suggested a mild shaking while driving issue was my rim, and said $601 FOR A RIM I COULD GET FOR $50-$100 ON MY OWN. How do I not know they are the reason my car keeps needing work? No cameras? So you can tear up cars for commission, you mean?

I wish I could give them a 0 I don’t remember the girl name but they are careless . We left our vehicle to this dealership, the company that supposed to cover our engine told us to leave the car here at the shop and they told my brother to leave the car in the parking alot . After 3 weeks of not keeping us informed , we try to see if the car was still at the shop but found out they someone stole it from their parking and was living in it . I talked to one of the girl and she wouldn’t even let us finish talking . She was talking to us like she didn’t care . As they should , because the vehicle was under work .i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . Or trust them with your vehicle because they don’t care .

I made an appointment to get oil changed because walk in will take 2 hours, what’s the point in o have an appointment if the service will take the same time or more??? Time 1:15 pm The car was finished less than an hour yet they make me wait extra 15 minutes… looks like they saw my first review….

I was in for an event that took place out of town in Columbus, Ohio. Unfortunately, one of my tires was slit at the hotel. I noticed that the Firestone Auto Care shop was open on Sunday. Calvin and Kayla were very helpful and understanding as they both were persistent in helping me out until the issue was rectified. They even went beyond the call of duty in assisting with the arrangements to pick up a lifter at a parts store considering my Tesla was too low to the ground for their equipment. My experience of having my vehicle serviced at Firestone was overall amazing. My husband usually takes care of our vehicles maintenance(through Firestone of course). This was my first time having to take care of it myself in a very long time. Jesse is an amazing soul. Whether I dealt with him over the phone or in person, he was always personalble and professional. This Firestone team rocks. I truly appreciate them!

Was a little nervous about talking my 2001 Ford Taurus is a older car but I have all new front end parts shocks,lower Ball joint,wheel hub assembly,lower control arms inner and outer tie rods and tires I was worried that they would try to upsell me but they didn't completely professional I bought the lifetime package wheel alignment for $220 including the 20 off coupon they did use paper for there feet I saw a comment here they someone was upset with an oil stain would recommend I'm happy with my purchase two people was in front of me I waited about an hour and 30 minutes wasn't bad at all.

Brought my car in for a new tire. Had a strange interaction with one of the staff. Asked him for an estimate for when my car would be completed. He responded, “Well I was going to start working on it until you asked. Now I might not.” And it did not feel like a joke. Needless to say, brought my car in at 7am and didn’t get it back until 10:45am.

Came here just an hr n half before close. They got me in balancing my tires ...alignment and Kyle ran between 3 stores to find my tie rod just before close. Helping me to travel safer tomorrow. I appreciate Kyle so much aaron for helping and the lady up front was wonderful too!! Highly recommend this firestone! Ty so much

High prices. $90 for an oil change. 8am appt, but I had to call at 530 to see if it was ready. Why does it take 9 hours to do an oil change, or what is so hard about letting me know it was ready?

They kept my car all day to replace a tire and they said oh phone that it will be ready by 5pm but when I go their the response from the guy is they are short of workers and weird thing is that guy’s suggestion is I can leave a review if I want.

Had an amazing experience at this location today! Went in for a diagnostic check on my Jeep and they were able to find the issue and replace my gas cap no problem. No more check engine light. :) The best customer service I've had in years. Super nice, down to earth, and knowledgeable. I will take my car here from now on!!

I am always treated with kindness and respect. Anything to be done immediately or in the near future is clearly explained to me. My son and daughter-in-law receive the same excellent treatment when they bring in their cars.

Service was good and Aaron was helpful. But the Somali mechanic left oil stains on 2 places on my Lexus, from his boots. It stained the plastic. Having a hard time getting it off. Mechanics should wear foot covers when going into a customers car. You if you have a good solution let me know.

Everything is very good, the service is very good, reasonable prices, except that some car parts are higher in price than a regular self-service, but it is what it is for the moment. I recommend that if you return here, just prepare your monetary pocket. 5 stars for now.

I went to go get my tires prorated for the warranty I paid for and they tell me that I cannot prorate my tires they will not cover my warranty these tires are rated for 75,000 MI I put 23,000 Mi on this vehicle since the last tire change and they did the front end alignment and I went to go get one of the tires repaired because it had a screw in it which they repaired it and said my tires couldn't be rotated because of that so now they're telling me since my tires wasn't rotated they can't prorate the tire for the warranty I paid for it so I asked them if they can prorate at least the back two which they told me they couldn't as well there's no way in hell these tires are rated for 75,000 MI and they don't stand by their warranties

This is the only place besides the dealer I will trust with my vehicles. (My review 5 years ago)…. SINCE, They wired my fuel pump wrong. I went back several times after being broken down and had to be towed. I was told by AJ/manager, “We’re not going to keep fixing your car for free”. (There was a warranty on the fuel pump they replaced). I was also told something to the tune of don’t bring your car back and, “I never want to see your car again”. *All this on a fuel pump that was under warranty* The manager gave me a refund on the fuel pump job. I went to the dealer who told me the entire fuel system would have to be replaced due to the faulty wiring job. My advice would be to go to the dealer because Firestone is going to either send you there or you’ll end up having to go there anyway after they try to guess how to fix your car.

I've only taken my vehicles to Firestone since 2017. I care not to go to anyone else. They do excellent work and are always very courteous and respectful, explain things very well, and honestly the Firestone Card is really great finance option.
