Team manager Garrison in the spring valley location and apparently Forest ln told me to Google corporate number after laughing in my face regarding a complaint. He then preceded to tell me that the area Manager, Pete Connor doesn’t have contact information. No matter what your logic is on the situation store manager, it’s NOT PROFESSIONAL to laugh in a customers face and not provide corporate number. Customer service is non existent and that’s sad.

Came in on a Sunday morning because I woke up to a flat tire!! This shop is literally 750 yards from my townhome! When I got there, Gilbert had the store opened and told me it was FREE to fix my flat!! I then went on to schedule new tires in the coming month! Needless to say, this is my NEW STORE

It took 25 minutes before I could get checked in for my appointment. I’m not sure why they took so long to check the person before me. It would have been more understandable if they even acknowledged me standing there waiting. I was there for two hours for an oil change and tire.

Incompetente workers-and service ! I Wanted to get an alignment on my ram 3500 I gave them a call and asked if they can do it on this specific truck, he says yes . so i make the drive to the shop just to be told “oh we cant do it on that truck” Like pay attention to what you say on the phone and do your job right! I don’t have free time for an unprofessional and uninformed worker to be wasting it.

I purchased 2 new tires, May 6, 2024. When I went to pick up my car, the tires looked really bad, dirty, and scratched. The installer said they had to use a machine to cram them on. I said, for the perception of the customer, they should clean the tires after installing them so the customer does not think they are used. He said they are out of tire shine or cleaner. I asked how long they have been out. He said over a month. I suggested they could buy some at the 2 auto parts stores walking distance. He said they do not use that brand, they use a better brand. Well currently they use zero brand so Armor All is better than no brand at all. He said the tires are new and he can prove it by measuring them. I am not disputing the tires age. I have never had brand new tires look so bad. I told him I wanted my old tires put back on. He said it is up to the manager who is gone for the day. He said he does not know if the manager will approve it but I could leave the car. I told him I am not comfortable buying tires at this location if this is how they do business. He said, "Don't buy tires here then". Well I agree but I did not know this was Firestones or maybe this locations standards until I bought the tires. Who knows what other essential products they are out of that are necessary for tire installation or other services they provide. Update May 7: I spoke to the manager, Gersson. He said Firestone is not in business to sell tires that look good. Only tires that perform. I explained I do not feel comfortable doing business with Firestone if they can not understand the importance in delivering tires that look and perform well. Doing sloppy work makes me wonder about the quality of the work.

Services is very slow. I've been through several tire patches not sure why it's taking 45 min to complete the job. Staff needs to communicate better with clients!!

The people who work at this Firestone are always super nice and attentive. They always make an effort to save me some money, and are very professional.

6:30PM Saturday, everything is closed Easter Sunday and they close at 7:00. I asked if they could patch my tire with a screw. They said NO. Come back Monday. I need new tires. I know who I'm not buying from.

Usually really good but I have a car emergency I made an appointment for at 7am today. I got to the shop and have been waiting outside for almost 20 minutes and now have to leave because I need to be somewhere. Hoping my car will survive another day with almost no oil.

Stay away from this place. I went in with the intention of getting a state vehicle inspection but was unknowingly upsold a bunch of services that weren't necessary to pass inspection. I came in and found no one at the front desk with no bell to ring on the counter, so I had to go around out back to finally get someone to help me. Once I made it back to the front desk, I was immediately asked by the associate for my contact information, not what actual service I needed. After I gave him this info, I waited a while and was later told my car needed over $700, but the safety inspection and the emissions test fees combined were under $30 (in retrospect). This place lacks transparency and honest communication. They'll easily exploit any potential customer to squeeze as much money out of them as possible. Would you really want to go to any business to fix a particular issue and not be asked any basic questions about what you need? Let alone get reasonable solutions? The associate even tried to suggest something to "save me money," but I thankfully realized he was just trying to get me to apply for a credit card after asking the right questions. At least those unnecessary parts/services I got were adequate, so I didn't leave out feeling completely conned.

When my "usual" location was unable to service my fleet vehicle and didn't have time to perform a state inspection, this location did. Maybe this location is becoming my usual location. Great, courteous customer service from my initial phone call through my second visit here to my checking out...I had a friendly and speedy visit.

Everytime I go to this location they have me make an appt which I did in the am they will prolong and work on your car until closing time so they will not have to work on other cars. No matter what you take your car in for 8 hours for an oil change or 8 hours for an alignment or just simply change some tires out. This place is always empty they never have any cars to work on at this location and after being here 3 times I understand now.

HORRIBLE. Please do not give your business to Firestone. This is the third location I have attempted to use. In this saga, my alternator was replaced and when I received the car back, coolant was leaking and the hood’s hydraulics which were previously in perfect working order were not functioning. The hood simply slams shut. When I returned the vehicle to have these items addressed, the vehicle was given back to me with my engine cover missing from under the hood and none of the problems aforementioned fixed. I am embarrassed to say that the only thing surpassing the incompetence of staff and managers and their complete lack of respect and honesty is my stupidity for going back to them with my business. Please save yourselves the headaches and having your vehicles vandalized and give your business to someone who deserves it.

I came in 20 mins before closing Friday night because my tire was completely flat. I barely made it there and had no other option. Although it was so close to closing Jairo still helped me and put my spare tire on. He provided great service!

Do not go here if you expect customer service. Was turned away for a simple tire plug due to nail more than an hour before close of business because of the 3 cars ahead of me. They don’t want your business. They just want to close shop early and go home.

Stopped to get car oil changed around 9 a.m. no other customers, plus no visible customer cars in the parking lot figured quick in and out 1 hr tops., power outage according to guy at register computers were turning back on, so I told him I'll wait in the waiting area. . 15 min later still never even asked about what I needed. 2 customers walked in he told them if they would like to came back later. No customer acknowledgment at all, besides computer was turning back on.

The service here is so bad. The open time is 7am. I came here at 7am, but the door was lock. I didn’t leave until 7:30. No one was here. The other day I told them about this. They didn’t want to do anything for that. When I got there, they told me they didn’t have a tire to replace. They told me to come without tire in stock? Seriously?

Don't even bother wasting your time here. Went for wheel balancing and tire rotation and they told me they would do it next day. Went next day and they told me until next week.

I brought my car in to have the suspension checked. When my car was returned to me my window was severely cracked. The man at the desk, Barry, acted as if I was lying and trying to scam them at first. After following up with them the next, as I was told to do, they sent me an invoice and said that they would be replacing my window free of charge by the 10th of September. Now every time I call them they give me excuses or hang up on me. This is the worst service I have ever received or witnessed from any company. They broke my window and still charged me for the visual inspection. Today is the 20th of September. They fixed my window and made things right. The guy currently managing the place was helpful.

The lady working October first around 12:40 blatantly wasted my time and came off as rude. After waiting several minutes for someone to change my tire, I walk in to see what’s taking so long and she is busy servicing and actively helping another person who showed at least 10 minutes after me. I would highly recommend the number of other tire shops across the street from Firestone as they actually value your time and helping their customers in the order they come in.

You make an appointment and get an email saying processed but apparently have to wait for approved email too. Which never arrives even past your appt time, so they don’t even notify you if it is canceled. Just a waste of time and trash service concept
