The worst Firestone store I know, passing all the cars in front of my appointment, waiting 2 hours after your appointment, visibly not wanting to do the service, that is, refusing to do the service completely unprofessional, it is a lack of respect for the consumer I have never seen this in the US! I do not recommend this store!

The absolute lack of integrity was astounding! People, please save yourself from unnecessary frustration and avoid this particular establishment. I can’t believe this store is still in business off Monfort Road. Reading reviews these days is very important, so please take a moment to read each one. There’s no way 19 people would say the same thing about this location if it weren’t true. Travis is a scam and unprofessional. Not only will you be overcharged, but you will also be lied to. If you decide to do business with this company, please have your lawyer on standby. I took my car in for a starter problem on August 19, and here it is, September 23, and I still have no car fixed and no parts delivered to fix my starter. They gave me a faulty starter and caused damage to my car while trying to access it. After Firestone fixed my car, it broke down just four days later. I then took it to Qualify BMW Shop, where they took pictures and noticed that someone had broken the inside of my car while trying to reach the starter. They also found missing knobs, which are causing my car to leak and not work properly. I have spent a lot of money on Ubers and instant rides due to Firestone not taking care of my car properly the first time on August 19. Travis promised my part would be in on September 9, 2024, but here it is September 23, 2024, and the area manager hasn’t reached out to resolve the issue. Ladies and gentlemen, please read the reviews. I was advised that the area manager would call me within two business days, but it has been a month, and no one has contacted me. I have a call log that shows otherwise. I have also contacted a news station to warn others. Please be careful coming to the Monfort location. The reviews from others explain why there is a Preston location (17415 Preston Road, Dallas, Texas 75252) that has a 4.2 rating and better reviews. Please consider seeking legal advice if needed.

If I could put less than one star, I would. Paying to much for how little effort they put into fixing your car. They told me to pick it up the next day I come back the next day then they tell me is not ready to come back in two days. Rude employees not happy to be working there just receiving a pay check

Absolutely the shadiest company. We dropped our car off for a test on the ac system. When we picked it up chunks of the sidewall of the driver’s side front and back tire were missing from the sidewall. When we brought this to their attention they tried to claim that had been there and said there was nothing they would do. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate offices and small claims if need be, this is not how your run a business!!

I had a 3:00 appointment for an alignment. At 5:15 they still had not even started on my car. At no point did they mention they were running behind. When I asked the employee at the counter why they hadn’t started since I made an appointment, she told me that the appointment was more like an estimate, like at a doctors office. I’ve never waited 2.5 hours for my doctors appointment. She said I should be next, but wasn’t sure when they could start. The whole point of making an appointment is to guarantee getting in for service. Totally wasted my afternoon.

I just wanted to express my disappointment in Travis. I had a hard time ordering rims and tires at Firestone. Travis, a manager there, said he would assist me and I was very excited as they were for my son's first pickup truck. Well, he led me on for a week and finally got tired of me and lied to me. To get rid of me he said that Firestone no longer worked with a 3rd party to order rims. That was different from what the Firestone and Forest Lane had claimed. As a last shot, I called Firestone on Lovers Lane. Talk about great service! They ordered my rims and tires and had them mounted in a few days. I don't know what I would have done without the help of the Lovers Lane office. I just couldn't believe that he lied to me just so he didn't have to bother.

Went to Firestone today, because of a flat tire, our tire was fixed in 20 minutes. Matt and the other guys went out of their way to make sure our tire was repaired in a timely manner. Thanks

AMAZING service! I had some major issues going on with my Jeep and Firestone helped me out big time. I dropped it off in the morning, they diagnosed the issue and had me back in it driving good as new by the end of the afternoon. Travis was an absolute rockstar! Will absolutely be back and look forward to making this my new one stop shop for anything auto! :)

They allow their Elite customers to park in the handicapped spot! I called the shop to the young lady named Erica and she stated that they would not be moving it because it's one of their high end customers. So I filled a complete with the city of Dallas.

They mestup my eligment on Toyota Camry hybrid the steering wheel is not straight and pulls to the right. I went to Toyota and they said it was not done professionally.My new tire get bad ,I will not recomend this place for any services.Try to talk to them to readjusted they are explain the car will adjust byself. Customer services are so bad argued. I pay $110 for bad /poor service. Contact to person below that is answered me, he never replied back.

I was billed for installation of new car parts, only to find out the new parts weren't installed. Rather, the old parts were installed. A few days after leaving Firestone with my car, the same problem I had that warranted me to take my car to them popped up again. I had to take the car to them before they then installed the new parts. Costing me unpaid work time twice. I was disappointed that such an organization could be dishonest in their service to a customer.

My dad has the Alignment lifetime warranty and brought his truck to get it align. Get told after 4 hrs that his warranty expired and he had to talk to his manager. After a total 7 hrs we went to pick it before they closed and the truck wasn't moved and was the same. Even though they gave us paperwork for doing it.

Very disappointed with their service. They replaced one of my run-flat tires on my S class Mercedes after a blowout. After driving the car for a short distance, I realized that the new tire had a factory defect with a bubble in the wall. I took the car back, but they refused to replace the tire because it is Bridgestone brand, even though it was them who provided and installed the tire. I will never use this tire shop again.

As a result of inappropriate and unprofessional behavior on the part of the service manager, Andy, and the lead technician, Arthur, which has been tolerated and encouraged by the store manager, Travis, I will no longer be recommending Firestone at Montfort as a preferred automotive service center. Travis sold me a set of 4 tires for my Mazda6. He charged me almost $1,400. I trusted him to give me a competitive price. I checked with Discount Tire and they priced a comparable set of tires for over $300 less. So Travis overcharged me for the tires. It is like he stole $300 from me and he is the store manager. Never buy tires from the Montfort Firestone store. They will overcharge you every time and not think twice about it. Absolutely despicable customer service. I have been a loyal customer and strong supporter of the Firestone Montfort store for more than 20 years. It is extremely disappointing to me that I now feel uncomfortable (and unwelcome) whenever I visit Firestone at Montfort. Last Wednesday, February 7th, for the first time in my 20 years as a customer of the Firestone Montfort stores, I filed a complaint against the store with Firestone Corporate Customer Service, and it was primarily due to the way Andy the service manager has continually mistreated and insulted me for a long time. I had finally reached my breaking point and was not going to tolerate Andy's abusive behavior any longer. Arthur, the lead technician, may have played a secondary role in all this. I had left more than 10 messages in the past 2 months, asking Arthur to call me and never received a return call. I had always gotten along well with Arthur in the past. I have a sneaking suspicion that Andy is somehow involved in my messages not getting through to Arthur. Andy is arrogant, rude, unprofessional, and doesn't know anything about how to deliver quality customer service. 3.3.2024 Update- Because I filed a complaint against this substandard Firestone store, the mediocre manager, Travis, is refusing to service my car. I bought the Lifetime alignment service, and this Montfort store screwed up the alignment, and now they are refusing to correct it. Another example of their "exemplary" customer service. Any customer that complains about their lousy service they will intentionally drive them away. This is the way Travis, the manager, handles customer service issues. 3.7.2024 Update- I shall never go back to Firestone Montfort. I should have stopped going to that store months ago. I found a new Firestone store that is 100 times better than Firestone Montfort. It's like dealing with a different company! Nobody like the jerks at Montfort, particularly Andy and Arthur, And the store manager is MUCH more professional than Travis, who is a stone-cold loser. 3.8.2024 Update- It took a while, but I figured it out. The reason Travis defends Andy's disgusting behavior is that when you dig below the surface, Travis the store manager has a personality and demeanor that is just as screwed up as Andy. Travis keeps this dark side very well hidden from customers, but it is there. They are both exactly the same type of screwed up individual, and believe me, that ain't no compliment. I WOULD ADVISE ANY CUSTOMER OF FIRESTONE MONTFORT TO GET THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS DYSFUNCTIONAL STORE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THERE ARE BETTER FIRESTONE LOCATIONS IN DALLAS. START GOING TO ONE. NOTE: If you encounter a poorly run Firestone location, don't expect anyone at Firestone to do anything about it because the Area Manager, Pete O'Connor, is incompetent. He should have been fired a long time ago. And he will ban customers who complain about bad service. Not only incompetent, but vindictive as well. What i asked to be looked at on my vehicle was not looked at and when i showed up to pick up my vehicle 2 hours after they had emailed me it was ready, it was still up on the rack with all 4 tires off which was weird since i took it in for an oil change and to have my wiper blades looked at.
