Worst experience ever , just all around rude and unprofessional young men . Me and my disabled mom came to just have our tire pressure checked and they had us wait for 25 mins while they walked around DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ! Avoided eye contact and avoided us all together IF I WAS IN CHARGE ALL THEM WOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY

Do NOT take your vehicle here. They completely screwed up the alignment on my truck, it was worse than when I took it in. Steering wheel tilted and vehicle pulling to the right. This is after they tried to sell me on a host of other issues they “found” while doing the alignment. Ended up taking the truck to the Firestone on NW Hwy and those guys were great. Fixed the issues quickly and professionally.

I purchased the lifetime alignment plan for my car. It's a 10 year old car with 100,000 miles and in good shape. However I'm always fearful about car repair places, and the possibility of greedy auto mechanics being trained to say everything is worn out and needs to be replaced, you know, looking for a deep pockets money grab on each visit. I've been going to this place for 15 years and they've never done that to me. As for the alignment visit, I got there right at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday when they opened, and they had everything done on that car in about 30 to 40 minutes, with a slight adjustment to the alignment, and me out the door without spending a dime. Bottom line, I've never felt like they've tried to rip me off.

I’ve been maintaining and repairing my vehicle here for years (280k miles). Not fun when an expensive repair comes up, but this place has gone above expectations.

Firestone is a place you go to when you have a lot of money. Simple as that. My mom loves this place. She went here for an inspection, and it failed for the break light in the window. To fix it, it would be over $500. The most expensive part is labor. Let me say that again. THE MOST EXPENSIVE PART IS LABOR. Not the part. We left because that's ridiculous.

I have to say, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I entered through the front door and waited for over 10 minutes, but no one spoke to me. I saw employees at the back, so I drove there; they saw me, but still, no one approached. After another 7 minutes, they told me to go back to the front door (mind you, the ad said schedule free check). The guy told me that they wouldn’t take another car. He looked tired and exhausted. I told him okay, and right by Forest/75, I found Caliber, who got it done in 20 minutes. You can see the difference in service starting with the reception. Honestly, if your shop is understaffed, hire more people; the competition is doing better. Maybe it was a bad day, but I won’t come back for service ever.

These are some of the most unprofessional characters I have run across. This is the 2nd time I have booked an appointment, brought my car in, been told to leave car behind only to come back end of the day and be told they are short of technicians. If the appointment system is not reliable why do you waste people's time.

Horrible experience. We called ahead, and they said it it would be 40 minutes to repair our tire. 2 hours later, we had to call them to find out what was wrong. They claimed the tire wasn’t fixable because of the location of the nail (I’ve seen multiple other reviews saying the same thing aka it’s a scam), and that the new tire would be $327. Insanely overpriced. We have newborn twins, and this was such a frustrating waste of our time on a Saturday. Update: we took our car to another place, and they were able to patch the tire for $20. It took 30 minutes. They are lying to customers to make money here.

I would give this place less than zero stars if I could. In my experience, they care neither about your vehicle nor your time, and will try gouging and upselling you at every twist and turn without actually fixing the issue. I've given them several chances, and I've returned disappointed every single time. In my opinion, it is an elaborate bait and switch scheme, bordering on fleecing unsuspecting customers. I will no longer be visiting Firestone if I can help it.

They don't care about your time and money. Arranged appointment 7 hours in advance, but when I am arrived they told me they are busy and can't keep my schedule. In the beginning why they gave me the option to arrange my appointment if they are not enough time and manpower?

Complete disregard for their customers. My wife took my car in to get the break pads checked; she made an appointment online and was one of the earliest appointments of the day. Even despite that, she had to wait almost 4 hours to get the break pads and rotors changed. I recognize that it takes time, especially if there is a queue or other deliverables that are needed to be done, to get customers taken care of, but there was little to no communication on what was going on or why it was taking so long. Comes to find out part of the delay was they had to order parts from another vendor — that’s valid, but don’t you think that is important to let the customer know that? The only reason she found that out was having to repeatedly ask over and over again about what was taking so long, it wasn’t voluntarily communicated out. There were multiple other customers that were in the lobby that were also in the same boat with nothing being communicated from staff to customer. Take your business elsewhere, to a company that at least checks in on you and lets you know what’s going on

Kyle, John and Elvis take care of us all the time. Firestone is a little higher price then others but it worth it to know there is a crew, that is going to take good care of you.

THE WORST! went there today to get 4 tires put on, my husband spoke with someone since Saturday & they said they’d order the tires and have them by Sunday, Sunday came, and they said come back Monday. We went Monday AGAIN. They said come back because they didn’t order the tires, paid $358 to put the tires on, went at 3:15 got done at approximately 7:05 Pm, we waiting HOURS. They are slow, waiting in the lobby area didn’t offer us anything to drink or give us an update on anything. We had a chance to walk to braums twice and they still hadn’t finished. They are unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend their service anymore. Appreciate the work, but the customer service was just 👎🏽

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!! Incredibly disappointed in the customer service & lack of respect for women. I bought tires from Firestone on April 19th, 2023. With my tires I also purchased the Road Hazard protection package thinking it would be good insurance. After getting a nail in my tire, I decided to utilize my protection and get it fixed at Firestone, Forest Lane. After waiting 1.5 hours after my appointment time, l was told my tire could not be repaired and a new tire was needed. When asking why, they claimed the nail was too close to the outer edge. They quoted me for a new tire at $120. When asking if the protection was applied, they said "yes". With the tire replacement, they also recommended I replace the front 2 tires and get a coolant flush ($500). WHAT A SCAM! Not only was my tire fixed in less than 30 minutes at discount tire FOR FREE, they also calculated my tire tread to be sitting at a 7 - perfectly in the green. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AND DO NOT BUY THE ROAD HAZARD PROTECTION.

Absolutely a TERRIBLE experience! I was appalled by whole experience from beginning to end. I arrived at the location around 7:46 am thinking my appointment was for 8am. They were not busy and I was still able to be seen. I have the road hazard on all of my tires and they were still fairly new. I had a nail in my driver rear tire and needed it fixed. I was informed that due to there being 2 nails in the same spot. I wouldn’t be able to have the tire patched only replaced. The quote was higher than any quote I’ve ever received using my hazard. I inquired as to why the price was so much higher than usual. The manager told me it’s was due to the type of tires. I’m aware of the process where the tire is swapped under hazard and betterment is taken from the new one. Well Ive been here for an hour and 30 mins at this point so I agree to pay to leave. I’m confused by who works at this location and who doesn’t due to some of the employees being in uniform and some not in uniform. Also, I’m not sure if the customer works there and just came on his off day. I say that due to him pulling up and assembling the air pump to use for his tires. This last part just seal the deal for me. There was a what I can assume to be homeless patron who came in with no shoes. He walked around the inside mumbling and walked out to the manager in the service area. Mind you this is when I took the time to read the signage one the door. It states customers must be accompanied by a team member and safety glasses must be worn. I too went into the service area with no safety glasses. As the patron came back into the waiting area he walks around the back of the counter and grabs a bottle of water. Mind you the manager is just watching this all go down and says nothing! I get that if he is a regular a show of good faith you take care of him or provided necessities. With that being said there needs to be a business understanding between the two parties. The fact that he grab the water wasn’t the issue for me. It was him coming sitting in the area rambling words incoherently. Me and the other customer in the lobby area walked outside and the issue was never addressed. After the patron inside left we returned to our seats. The issue was brought up to the manager and he responds, “ Oh! Don’t worry about him he’s good!”. Not the response I would give if a customer voice their uncomfortably with something I could handle and or address. All in all the changes that were made at this location with former management and staff was DEFINITELY done in error. This was a sh** show‼️ The managers name is Kyle Receipt says Vincent Tech Derek Still no response

I went in for a full comprehensive diagnostic of the vehicle and they did the diagnostic and located the cause of my misfire and corrected it for free so I greatly appreciate it. My only discrepancy with the service was I also told them that I need my cooling system checked because I overheat after 45 minutes and I needed to know exactly what parts I needed to replace my cooling system and everything ended up checking out good and the misfire was caused by an issue with my distributor cap and we got so focused on trying to fix and diagnose the misfire that the cooling system was completely neglected on accident and now I have to go pay another $120 to get a diagnosis on my cooling system. I am very appreciative of the dedication and focus which actually figured out that one of my spark plug wires was in the wrong place but unfortunately I've got to go spend a little more to figure out what part of my cooling system had an issue. Overall I would say they did an excellent job. The reason for the rating is just simply because I have to go back for something that I intended to have done the first time even though it's not that big a deal. Simple oversight.

Knowledgeable and very attentive to your question. There were other cars in the bay, but they took my car in immediately! Was in and out in less than an hour.. Oh, and they price match on any tires!! Got my tires for the same price I get them from my favorite online store. Good customer service 👍 I recommend!!

We purchased a new set of tires for my vehicle on Wednesday, April 17th. I am giving this review 3 stars because of the first person we encountered that morning. A young man that worked in the service dept. He was very professional, polite and informative. When we went back to pick up the vehicle it was a completely different experience. The man working the front desk was rude and hateful. He spoke to the other staff like a tyrant. He yelled at them, demeaned them. One customer did not speak English and rather than having one of the men from the garage come and translate, he belittled the man, was rude to him and took forever to get his information. I was appalled at his treatment of the young man. To top it off, when we finally left and drove off, the tire air gauge alert light was on, we stopped up the road to check it and they had only put 27 lbs of pressure in each tire. It calls for 35 lbs. we did not go back because we had to leave town and honestly I didn’t want to deal with the man at the front desk.

I am a long time customer of Firestone in Dallas to Round Rock, Texas and back to Dallas. Since I’m a female, I’ve found that when it comes to cars women are most often taken advantage of. I recently purchased a Mercedes last year in July and Firestone is one of the companies thru my warranty provider. Since I’ve used Firestone since 2008, that was wonderful! Yesterday, I had an oil change and filters replaced and as usual it was Firestones great work! My go to guy is John Holiday, he’s one of the most personable, people oriented, professional and honest people I’ve met in the auto care business! I’m continually recommending people to Firestone and tell them to, “Ask for John, especially women!”
