AWFUL. Called to confirm I could bring my car in day before and Andy said yes, dropped off my car at 9am and had to call the store at 5pm to find out what the status was. Andy answered and was zero help and said car hadn’t even been looked at and gave an excuse, with no apology, that there was only one diagnostic technician working. Why wasn’t I told that at 9am or anytime throughout the day?? He then said I was welcome to pick up my car and bring it back another day. Another 8 hours for my car to just sit there?? I think not. His excuse was he got there at 11am so he wasn’t to be blamed. What poor customer service. I should be reimbursed $25 for my rides to and from the store at Preston and Summerside. Not one time did Andy apologize for the inconvenience. Not even a half apology. He actually had the audacity to say “I don’t know what to tell you”. That’s your customer service standard, Firestone? Great business practice you’ve got there. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. You have been warned!

Doesn't deserve a star. HORRIBLE PLACE. They had car for 4 days and I still had to have towed to a real garage. And not worth my time to discuss further. BEWARE of this location. Second place received my car and within 10 minutes knew exactly what was going on with car and fixed it.

Michael was professional on the phone and in person when he checked me in. My flat tire was repaired in a timely manner and I got out for a fraction of what I would have paid at the Porsche dealership.

Mike and Maurice are top notch customer service and able to fit me in at the last minute when I needed and oul change on my Alfa Romeo Stelvio. I trust their employees with my car and enjoy working with them for all my car needs.

My service advisor at Firestone-Summerside was Michael. He really took care of my repair needs, kept me informed, and gave me useful advice. I did have an issue with one of the repairs the next day. When I called it was Michael again. He invited me to come right back with the car, which I did. He turned his full attention to resolving my issue while I waited, and took extra steps to ensure I understood the nature of the problem and how it was addressed. Although nobody wants to have to return to the shop after the repair, sometimes it happens, and I drove away feeling very good about my interaction with Michael. The car is running great now.

The gentlemen that assisted me were helpful, professional, and made me feel like they genuinely cared about my safety on the road, not just about making a sale. I would highly recommend this location to others who need work done on their vehicle and am really grateful for the work they did for me at the very end of the day.

The reason for the score is simple... Maurice. I can take my vehicles to several locations including other firestones but the level of customer service and communication that Maurice provides is second to none. I have teenage twins and I am teaching them the importance of building relationships and communication and how that evolves to trust. My experience with this location is that Maurice can teach a masterclass on how to build trusting relationships

Normally, I have nothing but positive experiences from this Firestone. On my most recent visit, I had booked an appointment online for an oil change. When my SO and I arrived, we were asked if we would be dropping off. I let the gentleman know we would be waiting, he then proceeded to say “If you’re not dropping off, we will not be able to do the oil change today. I emailed you like 10 times.” My SO and I were both confused as there were no vehicles in the shop at the time, all bays were empty. When we got back out to the car to check if we had received an email, we had received 2, that simply asked for us to call them. We didn’t see them initially, that was on us. My questions: - Why did it show appointments available, if appointments were not actually available? - Why would you send an email asking a customer to call you, why not call the customer? Especially when it pertains to not being able to uphold an appointment time.

3 hours BEFORE closing they refused to do our oil change. I get it, tomorrow is the 4th but why stay open if you don't want to work? There was ONE vehicle so you can't even say that it was because you all were busy.

This is not so much a review of the shop overall. I just like to point out that at least one employee there went above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion to help me my brother out. We arrived about 10 minutes before closing because the valve on our tire, you know the one where you hook up whatever you're using to put air in the tire flew out. Thus, immediately deflating the tire obviously. So at the shop My brother went inside and they told him that it's going to take longer than 5 minutes and they're about to close. So no they're not going to do it. So we were standing outside trying to figure out what we were going to do and somebody, whom I wish I had caught their name, came out and helped us.. he put the valve back in, put air in the tire and even put the tire back on the car and didn't ask for a penny. Like I said, I wish I knew his name but he reminded me that there are still good people out there. So whoever you are... thank you.

I went in for a simple alignment, my vehicle has some kind of specific behaviors due to having such a short wheelbase and being a performance vehicle. Maurice at the counter was super, great communication and excellent service. I spoke with the alignment technician (I apologize, I did not get your name we just kind of started talking about cars) beforehand and he completely understood my concerns and issues I was having. He did an absolute masterful job on the alignment, the car feels completely transformed and even better than new. The adjustments were very minor, but being a performance vehicle with a short wheelbase he completely understood this and when I left I was truly shocked with how well the car drove and what an excellent job he had done. He even gave suggestions on adjusting tire pressures to combat some of the traction issues I was having, I listened, and he was absolutely right. I will be returning here, I will be recommending to everyone I speak with that they also bring their vehicles here and I could not possibly be happier with the overall level of service I have received. Excellent shop, trustworthy, knowledgable, very well managed (I should also mention that they set my expectations up front for service times and absolutely nailed it on the result, so no complaints whatsoever) and passionate technicians who have the knowledge and skills to properly address your issues with the resolution that you want. EDIT: I should also mention, EVERYONE at this shop that I spoke with was incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and comforting. I don't like to leave my vehicles with anyone (I won't even let my friends or spouse drive specific cars that I own) but I essentially felt like they could take them anywhere without a single care in my mind. LOVE this shop, LOVE these guys.. TAKE YOUR CAR HERE and communicate with them on your issues and you will get an excellent resolution.

DO NOT COME HERE for your car needs. I had a flat with my children in the car. When I walked in Mike said, “We might be able to look at it today before we close at 7.” Really? I pulled in at 3pm and Mike seemed overwhelmed and said they can’t put my car in front of others. I get it’s a Saturday and busy but how about Customer Service. I called the store at 330. Spoke to someone that said they could take my car once I got off work at 6. Wrapped the day early and went straight into the store. Cody was at the front desk. I had the same conversation with him until he began to lie and said he doesn’t have a budget friendly tire. He went from helping to getting me out of the door as quickly as possible. So I said don’t worry about it I’ll just buy the tire here. Lie #1 We don’t have that our Plano store has that tire. I told him I spoke with Brandon (I may have butchered someone’s name) Lie #2 that’s not our number. I called using the same number, Cody unknowingly picked up. Lie #3 we can’t do it today when it was already clarified I could arrive at 6p to get my tire changed. It’s 6p and now. I have a flat. And all he can do is deliver a monotone sorry. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I brought my truck in with a flat tire. It was late on a Sunday and the shop had many vehicles to get through before they could look at mine. They stayed late, even going so far as to wrestle with getting my spare loose from under the truck, the mechanism having had problems over the years (my truck is over 20 years old). I was very impressed with this location's diligence, patience and going the extra mile.
