VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I recently purchased a 2011 BMW 328i, this car is in ment condition, with minor issues one being a small oil leak, needless to say, it purred! I took it to Firestone want a complete checkup and repair. They kept the car for possibly 3/5 days, I get the call to come get my vehicle, I get in the vehicle, it’s shaking like it was cooking popcorn, then when I pulled off it hesitated for a few seconds before it leap like a deer startled. I immediately turned around and pulled back in front of firestones building got out took the keys back and sat them in front of the guy working the front desk. He asked me asked me was everything ok I said NO, my car runs like a Tractor!!!! Gave him the keys and said as I was walking out call when my car is REALLY READY!!! That was THURSDAY!!!!!!! So THE FIRESTONE ON GREENVILLE I’m still waiting on my CAR !!! Please

I took my vehicle on Saturday 11/16/2024 at 9 AM for a guarantee alignment and they told me they would finish it at 5, I went at 6 PM and they told me they couldn't do anything, I took it again the next day and they ended up doing a bad alignment with the steering wheel crooked, what a lack of responsibility and poor work done. lleve mi vehiculo el sabado 11/16/2024 a las 9 Am por una garantia de alineacion y me dinieron que lo terminarian a las 5,fui a las 6pm y me salieron diciendo que no le pudieron hacer nada,lo volvi a llevar al siguiente dia y terminaron haciendo una mala alineacion con el volante torcido, que falta de inrresponsabilidad y mal trabajo realizado.

BEWARE. I should have checked reviews. Took my car in because I had a slight shaking after I had a tire fixed at another place. They said they would inspect. Picked my car up hours later and now the shaking is so bad, plus the car pulls hard to the right. Of course they had thousands of dollars to fix what was probably a balance issue. Called and they said they didn’t do anything to it. If I could give a zero I would. Crooks.

Firestone's lack of communication turned a simple check engine light diagnosis into a multi-day ordeal. Despite promises, they never called with updates. I repeatedly had to chase them down, only to be told my car needed to be kept overnight without warning. To add insult to injury, they didn't even inform me when it was finally ready. This complete disregard for customer service is unacceptable. Firestone don't bother responding with your automated "we are sorry to hear you had bad experience" I don't want to hear it.

If I could give Firestone zero stars, I would. Going to this place is a colossal mistake. I came in for what should have been a quick tire fix, and it turned into the worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop. They kept me waiting for hours without any updates, and when they finally got around to my car, they tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The lack of transparency and the ridiculous prices are infuriating. And let’s talk about customer service—or should I say lack thereof? The employees seem like they couldn’t care less about their jobs or customers. They’re rude, dismissive, and acted like I was a bother to them just by existing. I’d rather have my tires fall off my car than come back to Firestone. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and go to Discount Tire—even if it’s a Sunday and they’re closed! It would be less painful waiting for them to open than dealing with Firestone’s awful service.

Firestone Tires took 10 hours to tell me they could not repair a tire and lost a customer. It appears there is some consistency here. I also dropped a car off in the morning with a screw in the front, driver side tire. The manager said it would be done in the early afternoon, so when I called at 4pm, I was surprised to learn they still had two cars to work on before getting to mine. Firestone Tires called me at 6:15pm, taking 10 hours for them to tell me they could not plug the tire after completing a less than two minute diagnostic. If they kept to their timeline or told me the tire could not be repaired well before 6pm, I would have given them my business. I declined their service and took the car to Discount Tire where they were able to plug the tire at little to no cost.

I bought two tires for $600 dollars and change from a neighboring Firestone and got two nails in my tire I took it to this location because it was closer to my home. This location told me the tire was not repairable, but my tire was under warranty and I could have it replaced for an additional $69. I waited an additional two hours for a total of three hours for them to tell me they did not have the tire in stock but it should hey should have it in a couple of days. I received a text message on 10 October telling me that they did have the tire and I could come get it put on and it would take just an hour. I returned to this location a few days later and dropped my car off at 8:30 AM without receiving a call. I decided to go check on my car at 11:30. My car has not been touched. It's still parked in the same place in their parking lot. No new tire nothing. Without causing a scene, I went in and calmly asked for my keys back and the key to my wheels. They were given to me and I left I will never be returning. For six hours waiting to have nothing done I'm sure this won't affect their bottom line but they will never have me as a customer again. I wish I could give this place no stars .

If I could give zero stars I would. Dropped off vehicle at 7 am. Was told would be for sure done by 2pm. Knew I needed it by 3 no later. Still waiting for my vehicle to be released. At 3:49pm. What a joke. I called the fire stone at 7 AM asking if they could have my vehicle done by three told him what I needed done and they said yes, it could be done. Then the general store manager said he would have it done by two to give me some extra leeway. My vehicle is a lease planned vehicle so no money out of my pocket. I need a new headlight and oil change and tire rotation. I got there to pick my truck up at 3 o’clock. Did not leave the store until 437 P.m. Then they tried to keep my truck and told me it needed a new battery which did not the battery was rolling at 14 Amps. I think they were simply trying to get money from the lease plan.

Flat tire, dropped it off in the morning. They close at 5 and by 4:30 I didn’t hear anything so I called - guy said he’d go check and call me back. Get a call back just to be told they can’t fix it and recommend a new tire…. It took 6 hours to realize that? And I had to be the one to call yall? Come to pick up my keys and older heavyset guy at the front takes his sweet time giving me my keys saying he has to double check that they didn’t do anything? Took it to Ross Tire and Auto down the street and I was out in 20 minutes, they fixed it no problem. This location is predatory towards women and upsells everything.

I gave a 4 stars due to not having the proper Tech onsite when my appointment was scheduled. So instead of waiting for SUV I ended up leaving and returning later. Other than that he service was great, Barry was pleasant and explained clearly.

I took my car in for 2 new tires, a tire pressure sensor and an oil change. I received a call from the technician Isaiah a few days later. Isaiah informed me that the control arm on my car was not assembled correctly and asked me to pay a fee to fix it. I told him I would need to see photos and a report on the issue before making a decision. Soon after, he sent me a video of a loosened bolt. I asked what problems does this typically cause and he mentioned that I would hear loud popping noises while driving the car. I drive a GMC Yukon Denali and it is a very smooth ride, I’ve never experienced anything that he was describing. It is clear that the technician made this problem to get more money out of me. Just for clarity on this I called my friend who is a certified master mechanic and former area manager for pep boys for 32 years. My friend recently changed the struts on my car, which is directly next to the control arm. He confirmed that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and that this would have been extremely recent or done maliciously on purpose. I can rule out that it happened recently as I’ve never had the popping noise Isaiah described. Moral of the story is I took my vehicle in to get some new tires and came out with a new issue that was manufactured by this location, in an effort to get more money out of me. I told them not to touch my car any more and that I’m coming to pick it up first thing in the morning. Here’s the cherry on top, my company has a fleet of vehicles and a corporate account with Firestone for service. Despite being a consistent customer with many vehicles being serviced on a regular basis, it still wasn’t enough. These people were fraudulent, do not trust them. Crooked mechanics working for crooked managers in an effort to boost profits they will screw you.

My experience at the Firestone on Greenville Ave was absolutely terrible. I dropped my car off on Sunday, June 23. I was told that it would take 1 day to complete the diagnostic, but it ended up taking 3 days. When I finally heard back about the diagnostic, I was told that my car overheated and needed a new radiator, coolant flush, oil change and sealant for the exhaust. I trusted that they had done a thorough diagnostic, and that was my first mistake. I agreed to the work and was told that the needed part would arrive that evening and I could pick the car up the following day which was a Thursday. I called several times over the following days and the car wasn't ready. Finally, on the following Monday, I received a call to tell me that I now needed a new catalytic converter and the repair would cost me an additional $1500 dollars. At this point, my intelligence was being insulted so I told them not to do any additional work and picked my car up. After submitting my review, the regional manager got in contact with me, told me that I could have the remaining issues fixed at a different location (because my engine light was still on) free of charge, then proceeded to ghost me. A different mechanic assured me that I didn't need a new catalytic converter.

The manager Barry Kholos and his team Michael Mc ...and Isaiah know what they are doing. They give fair prices and estimates on the work to be done. The waiting room is pleasant and clean. The mechanics work efficiently. They are not doing unnecessary things.

Staff lied about how long my car service would take. I dropped the car off at 11am, they said it would be done at 12:30 at the latest, I returned at 1:30, and they said it would be another hour and they hadn't even started yet. Also, they don't have a parking lot so leaving cars parked on the street a block away from the store. They did successfully complete my state inspection and were friendly/polite, so I guess more than one star but this errand did end up taking my whole day.

i would give 0 if i could. brought my car in for AC repairs, they quote me $275 for a fixed AC. they cant get to it for 3 days. once i come to pick up my car they tell me there is an electric issue with the car that they can not fix, but went ahead and charged me $278 anyway for a “courtesy check.” the whole time the manager was making jokes, saying “oh i can fix it but i just don’t want to. looks like you’re gonna have to walk home from somewhere else buddy!” when i told them how ridiculous the price was for them not even fixing anything they told me they would contact the police if i did not pay, so, reluctantly, i did. and while i was paying the manager was making racist comments about a coworker named steven who was not at work that day, saying he was “probably at the watermelon convention.” THIS PLACE WILL OVERCHARGE YOU, MOCK YOU, THREATEN TO CALL POLICE ON YOU, AND BE RACIST TOWARDS YOU!! NEVER GO HERE!!
