Rick at the counter is very nice. I have been going to this place for a number of years, mainly because of its location, and it's been just for tire rotations and alignments. Unfortunately, more often than not on the day of the service one or more employees have "called in sick," causing the work to be significantly delayed. The owner needs to hire another manager to assist, because Rick has too much responsibility. When you are speaking with him regarding your vehicle at the counter, he has to answer the phone each time, and these calls sometimes take a number of minutes, interrupting service. They are very disorganized. I always make an appointment to wait while the work is being done. Invariably, on the morning of the service, I am again asked whether I am dropping off the car. Again, Rick is a nice guy, and this review is not directed at him. The place simply does not have enough employees and they are extremely disorganized. That said, the work done has always been good, and the prices are reasonable.

I had a great experience at this Firestone location, specially because of the people that worked with me and the timelines/efficiency of the services. I was able to call the store in the morning, expressing the need for new tires and an interest in getting new tires on my car that very same day - Rick, the store manager, was incredible helpful in guiding me to what would best fit my needs/interests and price point. He ensured my car was in and out in the same day with new tires + fixing my alignment. Jasmine at the desk was extremely friendly and personable, and assisted in explaining the price breakdowns on my invoice. I'm extremely appreciative of Rick's help and the whole team's work to get my new tires on my car within the same day that I dropped it off. I will definitely be back to this Firestone!

I’ve had repeated issues trying to schedule simple services, like a flat tire repair, with this Firestone location. Each time I book an appointment online, I receive a call informing me that they’re shorthanded or unable to honor the scheduled time. While I understand that staffing issues happen, it’s frustrating that this seems to be a regular problem here. After multiple failed attempts to get even basic services like oil changes and tire rotations done, I’ve decided not to rely on this location for any of my car maintenance needs going forward. Here’s a polished review for your positive experience at Meineke: I stopped by Meineke on Evans with a flat tire, and the difference in service was night and day. The manager was incredibly helpful—he mentioned that a technician was on break but assured me they could help shortly. Within 15 minutes, my flat was fixed, and the manager even helped put the tire on. The whole experience was seamless, and the kindness and efficiency of the team really stood out. I was truly impressed by the excellent customer service and will definitely be returning here for future needs.

I just have to express my gratitude to manager Rick for helping me when I pulled in with smoke pouring out of the hood of my car, completely flustered. Without a service appointment he looked at the vehicle, did a preliminary diagnosis on the issue, and invited me to make the necessary phone calls and wait for a tow truck from the comfort of the lobby. He was extremely kind, very calming, and just generally lovely to an upset stranger when he didn’t have to be. If that’s any indicator of the general service experience here, it’s a place worth coming to!

Would not recommend this location to anyone. Poor to zero communication, appointment was not kept or concluded same day and was never notified as to progress. Went in for tires being mounted and left with a damaged rear wiper blade and unscrewed gas cap causing a CEL. Seemed predatory and unprofessional.

This place is not to be trusted. I went in there for a windshield wiper fix. They did a courtesy inspection said I needed a new battery, brakes, my CV joints were cracked as well as other issues. I had them fixed the wiper and I had them install a new battery which I'm pretty sure it did need a new battery. I got back to my home state and went to Firestone in my city for an oil change told them about the issues from the Firestone in Colorado. Only thing that was agreeable on is I do need new rear brakes but everything else was false and do not need that work for CV joints and the other things as well. Get a second opinion before you agree to anything on their "courtesy inspection".

I asked them to fix a tire that was losing air. They said that the patch another shop put in was not a “lifetime patch “. They said I need 4 new tires. My tires are great. This is gauging. I will be happy to go to the shop that patched it for free last time and never go to Firestone again. They also said my battery w tested bad and I needed a new $200 battery. It starts. It runs. This company manager must make lots of bonuses selling things people don’t need.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Was told I must leave the car. No one asked for the tire lock. They did not do the tire service as they could not find the lock. I got back.in my car and sure enough it was in the factory preformatted spot in the trunk.If they couldn't find it yesterday who is to say they found it the last time they claimed to have rotated my tires. Shame on me for not knowing they had a lock. A team of professional tire people should know where it is stored. I called today was put on hold and then disconnected once and then hung up on. When I did connect with Rick I was told they don't look in the trunk of there is anything in there. Had they mentioned they needed the key I could of found it. It was not a great day for me at Firestone.

I understand when places are busy, but just be honest about it and don’t bullshit your customers. When I ask, how long will this take? And you tell me 30 mins, then I watch my car sit in the lot for an hour then wait for another 2 hours for it to be done. So infuriating! I would’ve had someone pick me up! Just be honest with your customers and stop treating them like they’re stupid

I wish I had read the reviews before choosing Firestone! Very, very expensive! I needed two tires ($144. each) and all fluids changed. I was charged $850! They wanted to charge me thousands for “necessary work”! I call bs! The staff could definitely be more friendly too!

Made an appointment a couple weeks out for an oil change. Brought the car in and waited for two hours. They hadn’t even started and said it would be another hour or two. They then told me that I should have dropped the car off and they are so busy it’s almost my fault. Why make an appointment if you aren’t going to honor it! Crazy, not going back.

Reviews from others do not lie - abysmal service, zero communication about wait times. 3 hrs after our appointment time, and the car still was not taken in…then got a call saying that they won’t be able to service me today. If you value your time, don’t deal with this establishment.

I purchased a car at DriveTime and it ended up turning into a whole disaster!! Rick help fight for me with the warranty company and getting everything fixed and paid for. Michelle the technician was also amazing with all her work on my car. After 3 weeks I finally got my car back. Couldn’t ask for better customer service as I talked to Rick weekly sometimes daily about what was going on with it. I highly recommend coming to this shop, they went above and beyond for me to make sure I felt safe driving as well as being so patient and polite. Thank you again a million times Rick!

This location was friendly, efficient, and proactive in maintaining vehicle mechanical health. The staff was honest and professional and went that extra way to ensure a thorough diagnostic of all aspects of my vehicle. I would highly recommend the mechanics at this location to everyone and they were willing to accommodate me quickly and on the weekend. It was nice to not have to take time off work to ensure vehicle safety and the location is close to prime restaurants for convenience and a pleasurable experience.

Very disappointed….made an appointment and arrived on time. I asked if I should wait and was told I could and it wouldn’t be long. Still waiting after one hour and 45 minutes. My car hasn’t even been taken into the garage.Why make an appointment if they can’t service on time. Get more help and don’t promise an appointment and make the customer wait for 3 hours.

Check me out, I never post here- but I could maybe help someone looking for input. Took my car here on 7/24 and picked it up a couple days later. $740 later it’s just as bad now as it was when I dropped it off. Tires are almost new, brakes and rotors less than a year old and they want to replace them. Went back, asked for picture with measurements and they didn’t provide. Spark plugs replaced and 48 hours, maybe 40 miles later, car is misfiring again. You can maybe trust them with replacing a tire or an oil change but beware their complete inspection seems like a scare tactic. They didn’t even fix what I took it in for initially. Shame. I waited 5 hours for an oil change and a tire change there is no way it would ever take that long. They didnt keep me updated even though i was waiting in the lobby i had to keep asking them and all they would say is its “almost done” 5 hours is insane there is no need for that I will be telling everyone never to come to this firestone

My cousin had an appt at 9 am today, 08/07/24 and it’s currently 1:17 pm and NO ONE has communicated how much longer she’ll have to be there nor have they even apologized. If someone sets up a 9 am appt, they should not be sitting there 4 hours later with no one even touching her car. This is ridiculous.

Poor service. Slow service. Expensive. It feels like they mislead a lot regarding timelines. I have been coming here for years. In 2018, it was a four-star-ish shop. However, it has struggled these past few years. I took my car in recently and was quoted an evening or early morning finish. That was a day ago. I wouldn't go there if I were you. Pick any other shop. They seem short-staffed and too busy.

So my saga began with a flat tire on a Thursday. I called the shop and Rick answered. I said “I have XYZ model of car, do you have the tire in stock?” Rick checks and said “we have 2 of those tires in stock—bring the car in today and we can get it out tonight!” Great. I bring the car by at 5:15pm, but the shop sent every tech home for the evening because “there aren’t any more appointments this afternoon”. Well, except for mine they admitted they missed on the calendar. No worries, I’ll come by after you call me in the morning. Remy tells me he’ll personally handle it. I left my car and key overnight so they could put the tire on in the morning like Remy said they would. Friday goes by and no word from the shop. I call them Saturday morning “hey is the VEHICLE ready?” and they tell me “we’re waiting on the tire,” so I tell them Rick told me they had it. Less than 2 hours later they call me “oh hey we got it ready, come pick up whenever” (something tells me they didn’t get a tire delivery on a Saturday). I drive over to pick up my car and it’s in a new parking spot in the parking lot still with the spare on it. I go in and ask why they haven’t put the tire on the car: “we don’t have your car” dude, it’s in the parking lot AND YOU MOVED IT. They apologize and say hey, we’ll get the tire on right now, just wait 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, a tech walks in “hey when we moved your car, we left a light on so your battery is dead. If you can wait an hour, you can take it home.” ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was offered to us for the inconvenience, barely an apology. IM NEVER coming back here again and as a loyal Firestone customer for almost 20 years, I’ve never been so disappointed with my service. I’d rather take my car to a shop in Westminster than this disorganized MESS. Edit: forgot to add that when we came in on Saturday the “days since injury” counter had been reset to 2 days—nice touch. Another edit: they have reached out (retroactively) to make amends

Good communication through email; poor via phone. My car was left filthy (passenger side-interior) and I had to use an upholstery cleaner to remove dirt/soil. They were pretty backed up and service was delayed (2 1/2 days for a flat tire). I'm on summer break so it didn't cause an inconvenience at this time. Overall I was pleased - it helped that I received a coupon for services.

I give a lot of leeway when it comes to working in a tough job that’s customer facing. As a result, this will be my first negative review for a company. I would not recommend going to this Firestone on Colorado Blvd. I went in to get my check engine light looked at, and after a full car review, other issues were identified. I was quoted $900 total and told it would be done next day. It was delayed 4 times, they ordered broken parts and realized it after the original parts were already removed from my car rendering the car undriveable. I was told that it was “not their fault”, that their error cost them money too, and that they can’t help and don’t give discounts all of which was said in a manner that was needlessly confrontational. After the final time it was delayed, someone did thankfully offer a discount for our week-long delay. Just went to pick it up, and after a 10% discount, I had to pay $500 more than I was originally quoted. The parts they had to order a second time were more expensive. I was not told this until I picked up my car. To top it off, they didn’t even address the service engine light. Another thing I learned when picking up my car. So, I still have to bring my car to another mechanic to get it completely fixed. If you can go anywhere else, I would wholeheartedly encourage it. I will never go back.

I’ve never had a bad experience at any location I’ve been to. From Missouri to Colorado. This however. Should be abolished. Employee Elijah. On his seat, on his phone, makes customers wait. Calls you to inform what’s wrong and goes about it in a very unprofessional manner. Rude. Snarky. Cuts people off. Chooses to fight rather than explain.

Rick, the store manager goes above and beyond to take care of his customers along with the rest of his team. they had constant open communication with me from start to finish and was able to get my car in and taken care of same day. I would highly recommend this fire stone as this is the best experience I’ve had with them.
