Had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm. Wasn't finished until 6:15. But I can't complain too much. There was a woman here from 9-4:30 to get a tire replaced. Save yourself some time and take your car somewhere else.

Headache, dishonesty and a waste of time lately, at best. Back in June this year (2024), this shop gave me an invoice for a tire rotation, but didn't actually do the tire rotation. I marked my tires with chalk, and sure enough, all four tires were in the same spots when I picked my truck up as they were when I dropped my truck off for the rotation. What's worse, is they tried to upsell me all kinds of things I didn't need after lying about having done the tire rotation. Totally unacceptable and a huge waste of time. Today (9/23/2024), I brought my truck in for an easy flat tire repair (had a nail right in the middle of my back passenger tire). Would be a cheap/easy fix for any shop, anywhere, but I figured I'd give this place another shot since I bought my tires from them. They said they couldn't touch my tires because they're 5 years old. I called the location on 120th, and those friendly folks said they'd still be happy to repair the flat, even if the tire was up to 7 years old. There's other places that will repair flats on tires up to 10 years old. I'll be taking my truck elsewhere tomorrow, and likely for good going forward. This shop should treat their returning customers better - it isn't too much to ask to do a simple flat tire repair on a tire that was bought (just barely 8 days over) 5 years ago at this exact location, especially when the tire is still in great shape and still has plenty of tread left. Update: Firestone still hasn't responded to this review (9/24/24). Meanwhile, Discount tire on 120th just E of I25 said they'd patch my tire up to 10 years old, and they're doing it for FREE. Plus tire rotations - also FREE, and for anyone, whether or not they bought their tires at Discount Tire. Looked up my tires, just to check, and they're $300 cheaper at Discount Tire for the same exact tires. Firestone better step it up, because there's no way they can compete with Discount Tire at this rate. I don't know what happened, but this Firestone shop on 104th has really gone downhill. The gal at the front desk was super nice, but it seems whoever is running the show is totally ruining what used to be a great shop with poor management, poor oversight, and horrible price gouging.

I give 5 Stars 🌟 to Firestone Tire and Service Center at 2996 W 104th Ave, Denver ( West 104th and Federal, next to McDonalds, Ziggi's, Safeway ), Co. Kat, at the Counter was very helpful, sweet, friendly and knowledgeable 😊 I am very Grateful I came to this location where they managed to squeeze me in for a needed Oil change at the right time. This was my 4th attempt location, the others were all booked up. Wasn't able to make an pror appointment. She listened carefully to my requests and explained well. I don't mind the waiting, Firestone is not a Fast thru Drive place like McDonald's and such. Have some patience. DMV, Gov't and Medical places require Alot of waiting. I like that they have a TV 👍 Thank You Firestone mechanics 🤗 You Rock!!! I will tell others about your Awesome Auto service. A very Satisfied Customer!

Poor communication. Tech recommended replacement of brand new parts. Then damaged my vehicle. Finally had to get vehicle towed to a different shop after they were unable to fix the damage. Will not return.

This company has a QR code that bribes you for a 5 star Google review with a discount. It is taped up in their waiting room. Don’t patronize them—their quotes are so overblown.

We had to go around to 4 tire shops after a nail got into a tire and couldn’t be repaired, and finally ended up at this Firestone which had the tire we needed. Antonio was very friendly and helpful and got us taken care of. Great shop and service!

I recently went to Firestone for an oil change, and I had a great experience. The staff was efficient and courteous, making the whole process quick and hassle-free. They also performed a complimentary inspection and pointed out a few maintenance tips without pushing for additional services. The waiting area was comfortable, and I was in and out in no time. My car is running smoothly, and I appreciate the excellent service. Highly recommend Firestone for an oil change! ---

This place is the biggest rip off. I bought tires from them on 4/19 I put less then 10,000 miles on the tire and they are telling me that the threads are too low on me then and they were supposed to have a 50,000 mile warranty on them and expect me to pay for a complete new set and not honor their warranty.

Went in for simple tire rotation. Next day I drove to Grand Junction and halfway through heard horrendous noise from rear. 3 lug nuts had fallen off and 6 total were lose. I had my entire family in the vehicle and thank God I heard it. This could have ended in a tragic accident. No response from ownership or management. Don't put your life in these people's hands.

I went to get my car aligned a week ago, the reason being I had got my inner and outer tie rods and control arms replaced. I have the lifetime alignment warranty and they did it wrong. I called back. Let management know that my vehicle was eating up my tires, and he had me reschedule another appointment. When I went to leave my car there and they took about an hour just to call me back to say that I needed new tires before I could get an alignment and they were quoting $600 for new tires and they refused to do my alignment until I got New tires. When he called and gave me that quote, I had let him know had got 2 Used tires just that week that were less worn out Then the tires I had before. I emphasized that it was not an issue doing the alignment the week prior, but there was obviously an issue doing it then. He had claimed my tires were too worn out although that wasn’t the issue before. Literally upon arrival of picking up my vehicle, I witnessed the employees not working, just sitting in there cars, smoking cigarettes, and it was literally about about 4:30pm Which is obviously not closing time. I just had the feeling that they did not want to do my alignment because I had never have this issue with this location before. Also, the front desk employee Antonio Was saying That my car was aligned more than a month ago when I had just had it done a week before. I had no issues with the management just when the employees were unsupervised that’s when there seemed to be problems. They just wanted to go smoke with their friends and be on there phones literally, no one was in the shop working. NOT HAPPY FOR PAYING FOR SOMTHING I DID NOT RECEIVE!!!

What a disappointment. Been taking my cars to this Firestone for nearly 20 years. Most recently, they quoted me over $3k to replace the rack and pinon because they "couldn't get the screws off" to perform an alignment. Something felt off to me, so I went to a different shop for another opinion. Thank goodness, because for just over $100 the other shop was able to do the alignment without any trouble. I won't be going to Firestone ever again. Edited to add: I did contact Firestone as suggested by their response to my review, and after a couple of exchanges they ghosted me.

What a wonderful team. I was in town sitting for the granddaughter with my disabled daughter. Magically we caught a chunk of metal and the tire couldn't be repaired. Plus the daughters vehicle needed new tires. They graciously put on the spare so I could continue errands until our appt to get new tires. Cat was intensely customer service focused, and answered all my questions. Larry, the technician, was absolutely wonderful. So grateful for this team.

I'm a new car owner. Tony took the time to explain and make me aware of up coming promotions and what they would mean in savings for me as I would have my car maintained and serviced as needed. I truly appreciated his time and information. I am planning on replacing tires and having oil service in November, because of him.

Complete waste of time. I made an appointment to get my rear brakes replaced, I specifically made a comment about that. They postponed my initial appointment for 2 days later, then waited nearly 2 hours in the lobby just for them to do an inspection. Gave me a whole list of recommended repairs on top of the one thing I actually needed. Then couldn’t get to actually repairing the part until I made another appointment. Now I have to risk wearing my brakes out more until I can get it repaired.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop! They have been servicing my car for several years now. Have made repairs due to squirrel damage as well as regular servicing. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Kat is the bomb! She’s really been great to work with anytime I’ve needed to stop in. So kind and caring. Thanks for getting me back on the road!!

Lifetime alignment was fine but if I did not read the pdf that was sent to me before the service was done i would have been chare $49.99 for a Complete auto inspection that I NEVER authorized. Very disappointed that this Firestone would try and pull this off. I have been going here for years. Very disappointed with this visit.

Clean store, quick and efficient. Also, being newly single, I took my car for an oil change and felt totally intimated since I don't know anything about cars. But Kat and Tony were so kind, understanding and reassuring. I felt much better and will be taking my vehicle back to them for future service needs. Kat explained EVERYTHING to me and broke it down so I could understand. It meant the world to me.

Highly recommended 104th and federal branch. I have had bad luck with tires getting punctures. Screws, nails,razor blades! The guys and gal really helped me out of a pinch! Went above and beyond! Thank you!
