The customer care is very upfront. Very considerate and concerned for the necessities of myself and my vehicle. I couldn’t afford to do everything right now, they were very understanding worked within my budget. No pressure and I appreciate that.

Arrived at 0830 for a 9am oil change and wiper blade replacement. My car is a fleet car and I knew I would have to be approved before they took it back. It got approved at 945am (which I am still unsure if that is even true considering it normally only takes 20 minutes). A guy that had just called (no appt) came in and they took in his car before mine, even when I was already approved. They didn’t take my car back until 1030, and by 1145am they pulled it back out. I go to check out and they tell me they had the wrong wiper blade and were waiting on it to come but that it was on its way. I left without it getting put on. No communication about the wiper blade and a long wait for just an oil change and wiper replacement. I will be going elsewhere.

I dropped my car off overnight to have 4 all-weather tires installed. When I picked up the car, I drove approximately 1/2 block and my TPMS went off asking me if I needed roadside assistance? I turned around slowly and returned to the Firestone shop where I gauged my tires at 22, 24 34 and 44 pounds of air (38lbs. is proper). All the caps were loose and barely screwed on. Not making certain a customer's tires are properly inflated is dangerous and inappropriate for a shop that - does tires. They were completely unconcerned when I asked them to properly inflate my tires. This type of shop gives the brand a bad name. Upon inspection of my receipt, even though Continental has a 50,000 mileage warranty on these tires, my receipt says - "No Mileage Warranty". I have doubts that it is legal to deny a mileage warranty that comes from the tire manufacturer. Finally, my receipt shows notes on the removed tires that say, for all 4 tires, " Tire Suggested, Worn". This is a 2 month-old 2024 vehicle that has less than 2,000 miles on the tires that were being replaced with all-weather due to upcoming winter. The tires were barely broken in.

No one greets you when you walk in and the lady was behind the counter with her son which is unprofessional. I couldn’t tell if she worked there or was a customer because she had no work shirt on. If you’re going to bring your child to work then at least hide them in the office behind the counter. She said someone would come out and help me and I waited at the counter for ten min and no one came even though the group of workers who were just chatting outside would look at me from outside thru the glass. I walked out & left. Came to Take 5 around the corner and they got me in the bay right away. Your loss of business not mine.

This is my new one stop shop for anything on my vehicle. I was having a pretty bad day because my car was having issues keeping me from going to work. The service Manager Anna was a ray of sunshine and really bent over backwards to get me back on the road. Firestone is luck to have her on their team!

Was supposed to have my tires rotated and brakes checked. Technician signed off that everything was inspected and tires were rotated, but I’m not sure how that’s possible considering I never gave them the lug nut key. My car has lug nut locks on each tire that take a specific key to unlock, and I never gave it to the technician. Upon further inspection I found that my tires had indeed not been rotated after I paid and asked them specifically to do so. It’s not hard TJ find liars in the automotive industry sadly, and these folks fit the stereotype.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. From the beginning, the lady in the front kept arguing me that I didn’t have a reservation when I did, finally when I called back 3 times I got an estimate. The hours do not match online hours, I was not told it closes a whole hour early. When I finally got my car the next day I explain my frustration she had the audacity to argue with me yet again while eating. I will never be returning to this establishment.

DO NOT BELIEVE GOOD REVIEWS! They BUY good reviews! Which is illegal. Brought my car here for a second time. The first time they took hours longer then they said they would, but did a decent job. This time, I had an 8am appointment. The doors are locked and nobody was in the front of the store. After a while one of the mechanics came out of the bay and said that the person running the front was on their way but not there yet. I waited around for 15 minutes then used the drop box. An hour after that, I called because they never called me. My car was "going to be ready" by 10:30 or 11. I show up at 11:30, it's still not ready. I get my car back just after noon. 90 minutes later I'm driving back to the shop because my car is already warning about tire pressure. Maybe they put on a bad valve or something? It turns out that the store intentionally overfills your tires by several psi over the max pressure for your car, and my car didn't like that. So my quick 8am appointment for getting winter tires on results in me finally leaving the shop around 2pm.

Worst Firestone experience ever. We have utilized Firestone exclusively for our multiple cars maintenance for 3 decades, and we’ve never been treated so badly. After my wife had the rear passenger side tire blow out while driving on I-70 Tuesday morning the 11th, I called the Firestone on Eaton street in Denver, CO to get the tire replaced. I was told they only had two associates due in on Wednesday, so I told them I’d be in on Friday morning. I spaced bringing the Car in on Friday, so I called them Friday afternoon and was told to bring my car in first thing Saturday morning. I was the first and only customer bring a car in while I was in the facility Saturday morning, and I was told by the gal behind the counter they had a couple of cars left from Friday ahead of me, so the tire would be replaced by around 11:00am. I waited until 3:30pm to check on my car and was told an associate was just then rolling it into one of the bays. A little after 4:00pm, I received the call that my car was ready. I was told that because I didn’t have a roadway incident plan, my mileage tire wear was used to calculate warranty, and my cost was $72.57. The gal on the phone, a different gal then I dealt with in the morning, tried to sell me an all new set of tires. I told her no thank you, I purchased the 65,000 mile tires in 2021, had only up 21,000 mile on them in three years, so new tires were out of the question. When I arrived to collect my car, I was told the tire was punctuated. I told the gal the tire blew out, and that as this was the forth incident on the right rear tire, the hole could be from a prior puncture. She asked if I wanted to see the tire, and I told her know, as I saw the tire with in 15 minutes after it blew. I asked about the warranty based on mileage. I told the gal I’d spoken with earlier that this was my fourth issue with the right rear passenger side tire since purchasing the set in 2021; three punctures and the blowout. I asked if they had checked the alignment or rotated the tires, and I was told they didn’t have a alignment person in that day, and they put the two best tires on the rear of my car. I asked if those two tires were rotated, and was told no. She then tried to sell me a new set of four tires again, and I declined. I then tried to pay with my Firestone credit card I’ve had for some thirty years, and the card reader declined my card because it didn’t have a chip. I had used the card at the Denver Colfax Street location a couple of months back on my last tire puncture, so I didn’t understand why I couldn’t use it now. The only way I could use the card now was to give them my social security number? I told her no way, I giving them my social security number. When I refused, the gal told me I’d have to use a different credit. Once I paid with a different credit card, I asked for my receipt. The receipt I received was five pages long and included estimates for two different new sets of tires. I pulled the pages from the receipt with the new tire quotes, tore them up, and placed the torn pages on the counter. The gal behind the counter said something to me I couldn’t quite hear her, so I asked her what she just said. With a mean expression on her face, she said “you’re a petty old man.’ I told her “you’re a F’ing B***h’ and left the building. A male employee watched her call me a petty old man, and he followed me out into the parking lot where I got in my car and left. Firestone lost a 30 year customer yesterday.

This shop unfortunately made my problem worse, did not align my vehicle and then wanted to charge me $400 and make me replace my wheel because of their mistake attempting to remove a stuck lug nut. It was clear the technician did not know what he was doing as I took it somewhere else and had it fixed for $100 by simply drilling out and replacing the stud. I would not trust this shop for anything but the most basic oil change.
