Blanca has always been pleasant to work with. Had a negative incident occur once and she made it right with me. Been going here for about 4 years and have taken three separate cars there and continue to have great results with them. You just have to have patience with them - sure it takes them a while to answer the phone, but it’s clear they’re doing the best they can with what they got. GVR is growing like crazy which means they’re going to be busy most of the time.

Booked an appointment online, driving from Kansas to northwest Colorado and needed an alignment. They accepted my appointment and sent me a confirmation email. I show up 15 minutes prior to my scheduled time to find out that they chose to cancel my appointment without sending me notice in any way.

I went here for a few years for 2 cars. Got many oil changes, tires and repairs. The past year I noticed more lax service. The oil changes often took five hours or longer. New tires took three hours or longer. Not only were they slow, they were not doing inspections when asked (I watched while sitting in the shop waiting), nor were they addressing the headlight I asked to be replaced on multiple occasions. They never replaced the oil change sticker or reset the oil change light either. I had to take it in again to get things addressed. They were supposed to top off the power steering fluid and other fluids last time. I assumed it was done. Now this past time they tell me someone put power fluid in the cooling system. No one even lifted the hood in the past 3 years except firestone so it had to be them who put it in there. They refused to take responsibility and refused to do the flush. The fluid don't just back up into other systems on their own on this car so they had to be responsible. Now I have to take it up with corporate.

I had an outstanding experience from Firestone today! From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. Blanca, in particular, was fantastic to work with—she was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Not only did they keep me updated proactively throughout the process, but they were also able to patch up my tire much faster than I anticipated. It was such a relief to get it done quickly and efficiently. They also provided all the necessary documentation for the repair, which was greatly appreciated. I can't recommend this place enough.

I dropped my car off overnight after a collision with a bag of recycling and they made it a priority to inspect and replace the radiator the next day. Very happy with the service!!

I dropped off my car for service, I realized after few hours I didn’t receive a call from Firestone and noticed they almost closed, so I called and they were still working on it after several hours. Came to the store and still waited around 30min. They left my car until the end without letting me know, I feel they were on a rush as when I got my vehicle the oil change light was on ( so they didn’t reset it ) the tire pressure light on the dashboard was on ( they didn’t care about adjusting the air in my tires ) this is extremely disappointing. I bought my tires here and I wasn’t in the system and they tried to charge me alignment and rotation, I had to dig into my emails just to show proof that I was a customer there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL! Run away from this store, go with the competitor before you regret being a customer with Firestone. I will add this information throughout social media.

I would give this place a negative star if I could. I took my truck in to get shocks replaced. They drilled holes in my wheel well liners to change the back shocks out. The tech told me that's the correct way to take those shocks out is by drilling a hole in the liner. There fix was to put a plug in it instead of replacing them with new ones. While drilling a hole or trying to loosen the bolt on the driver side they broke a evap hose they said they'd fix tell they realized it was the whole tank that needed to be replaced now they saying they didn't touch any hoses. I would recommend a different shop for sure.

The service I got today doesn’t deserve a star, I would like for upper management to reach out to me. Dropped off my car for service and never got a call regarding the status of it, instead I had to call 30min prior to closing. The service rep stated they were still working on it after 6 hours, got to the store and waited another 30min. They rushed my service as when I got my vehicle the dashboard lights were still on, my tires were low on air and other issues. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! All good reviews about this store I’m sure is from family members or friends, doubt they had an excellent experience.

The staff is not friendly at all. They dont have patience to listen to customer at all. They should be trained to receive the customer and explain well what customer needs. Billing statement was incorrect and its different than their computer. They are just so casual even when they have their incorrect billing. They do not even have curtesy customer pick up or drop off and very poor customer service.

To my car in with, at the time, an unknown issue: grinding. Found out it was bad maintenance by another company that did my brakes. Micheal, the mechanic, took care of my car and took the time to detail what went wrong, show me the fixes, and answer all my questions. His excellent work ensued my car was safe to drive for me and my family, and took the time to make sure I understood what went wrong and how he fixed it. Great work and my go to shop for maintenance for all my cars!

A walk in with a flat tire. The rep said they can't fix because its too bald. So brought 4 tires. Been here nearly 4 hours. My car has the tires on and is sitting in the parking lot. The rep said its next in line for something, the passage of information is lacking. I expected a couple of hours but 4 hours is excessive especially when I have to be at work.

The service here was horrible. The first alarm that set me off was watching a tech incorrectly torque the wheels on someone else's car. Then I watched as the tech scuffed the side mirror on my company truck on the lift because the first lift they put it on was too small. I found greasy hand prints on a cooler that was full of waters in the truck that were not there before I dropped it off. I requested a full inspection and didn't even get tire tread measurements back. I have no idea the condition of my truck. The tire pressures where not touched or adjusted. The oil light was not reset and a new oil change sticker was not given to me. When I asked for the oil change sticker the service advisor and a tech were talking about me not knowing I also speak spanish. I got home and there was a small puddle from oil drips under the truck later that same day. I was a mechanic for 12 years and this shop does not care or put any pride into their work. The bare minimum in effort was too high of a bar for them.

Greeted with courtesy and a smile. All employees I had contact with with were respectful and friendly. Service was prompt and finished in the time frame promised. Respectful of my vehicle. I will definitely return when I need my car serviced

They are really busy pretty much all the time so if you're not the first person there when they open you will have to wait. However that being said everyone I have worked with there has always been really nice and courteous and hopeful. Blanca is very helpful and very professional.

5 hours for an oil change and battery. Had an appointment for 12pm, and got done at 5pm. Vehicle didn't go into the shop until 3.5 hours after I arrived. Worst experience and will not return.

Front desk lady is super nice. However, it took them 2 hours, 6 minutes to rotate my tires. Only go to Firestone because rotation is included. It’s a 20 minute job and I was on time to my scheduled appointment.

I usually go to Firestone for my repairs, and this time was HORRIBLE. This location I would not recommend. They refused to call my warranty company, saying they don’t work with them (which I get), but all I needed them to do was confirm with them that my car needed the repairs. Multiple employees and managers were rude and told me they couldn’t do this. The lack of customer service is almost laughable. I called a different location and they actually listened to me and called my warranty people so I could give them my business. But unless you wanna run around in circles, either go to a different location or company.

Run don’t walk these guys are absolutely the worst. Mark all your parts you need fixed or replaced. These guys will not fix anything probably need to drug test them all.
