It never fails and I don't even see why you make appointments for this place. Over 4 hour wait from your appointment time. And the 2 older guys at the counter always seems to have an attitude as if your disturbing them. I don't see how they stay in business. Makes me regret getting a credit card for that company

Been a loyal customer for a number of years. Have yet to experience bad service from Firestone. I have had the privilege of using Firestone on Dyer and on Fort Bliss. Both great establishments.

I scheduled a 2pm appt. When I showed up at 1:55pm. They told me they would need to hold the car for 2 days to be able to look at it..(then why schedule appointments) He placed blame on the appointment schedulers and has no intention of fixing how to schedule.. expect to wait days for what already seems like unapproachable and uncredible service.

Called at 8am to make an appointment for 1430 for an oil change, a wheel alignment and a tire rotation. When I checked in, I was told the car wouldn't be ready until late afternoon so I asked how late, he said 6pm. So I explained I had a flight to catch at 8pm and it was cutting it short and it wouldn't work, he explained they were really backed up. As I put my car key back on my chain, he asked the lady behind me a question about her rear view mirror and then asked for her number and started helping her, completely dismissing my reschedule. Late, rude, don't keep appointments or call ahead to say they are backed up, and don't offer to reschedule.

Was towed from far away to this location, not knowing what was wrong with our truck-it was overheating and it could have been ANYTHING. Had it checked out, turns out it was a relatively simple fix but any other place would have taken our pocketbook for a ride for sure. Service was excellent, everyone we dealt with was very nice and personable and we certainly appreciate the honesty. If we lived closer, we would be loyal customers for all our auto needs.

They replaced a brand new part without authorization. The part cost me $67. They charged me $189 for the new part and installation. The installation takes 30 minutes or less. I got ripped off.

**Worst Experience Ever** I had the worst experience I've ever had at Firestone. They asked me for a wheel lock, and I repeatedly told them there was no wheel lock on my truck. My husband had dropped it off for me, but they insisted I ask him about the wheel lock. I explained that it is my vehicle and if I'm saying there's no wheel lock, there isn't one. I had my tires changed at two different places 1-2 months before bringing it to Firestone, and those shops had no problem taking my wheels off. However, this nationwide known company couldn't manage to remove my tires. Whenever I called for a status update, they kept putting me off. Finally, I went down there myself and discovered nothing had been done to my truck. The vehicle was left unlocked in their parking lot, and when I went to the front desk to get my keys, the staff was very nonchalant. I definitely don't recommend them. There's actually a tire shop down the road that helped me with no problems removing my wheels since there’s no lock on them. If I could give this place 0 stars, that would be my choice.

I would not recommend at all anymore.. replaced all my tires a year ago and asked for wheel lock key. A year later when I got a flat, I went to look for my wheel lock and it’s missing.. I went to ask maybe they had it, I get the response that was a year ago and I assume they have it. No sorry just tells me I need to to tow it to them.. I will not buy or give them anymore money

No matter what the gentleman here take great care of me. I have been coming to this location for many years and no matter the problem, I've received outstanding service. Where to start? Scheduled oil change and tire repair and didn't have it started til an hour later than scheduled when I arrived 15-20minutes earlier than set appointment that was scheduled a week prior. They were clearly backed up on services but failed to mention that. I only noticed they were backed up waiting in the lobby and overheard a conversation. They always want to charge the most expensive items without offering anything more affordable or what the owner's preferences might be. I checked with another location and somehow the prices varied on tires. Only then was it explained about variances. They were trying to have me signed for an agreement I never laid eyes on. The man "assisting" simply pushed for me to sign til I questioned the very document mentioned above where I was signing. How about don't try to have your customers rushed or uninformed intentionally. There were " discounts " verbalized that I didn't actually see but I appreciated the thought or action if it was in fact applied. I just wanted to be done with them at that point. Seems the only location that's remotely reliable is the n mesa location.

Worst experience I ever had at Firestone! I took my car in to have it looked at figuring I just needed a battery since I need a jumpstart to get there. Was told it would be $41 to run an electrical test. Once done was told I needed a new alternator. Picked my car up later in the day, drove 2 miles to a store turned my car off and it wouldn’t start. Had to get a jump back to Firestone they kept over night called me the next day and said it was a fuse and wire that needed to be replaced. Was asked how long have I had my battery and told them I got it there 2 years ago (Diehard) they said it was under warranty and they would replace it. All of this cost me over $1000.00 I was clearly ripped off. How can it be the battery and the alternator? My car doesn’t even sound the same when I drive it. I would not recommend. Very disappointed!

I went to Firestone without appointment. The staff checked out what was wrong. He told me what I needed. The price was not expensive and their work is excellent. My car drives very smooth. I had to replace 2 filters and oil change.

I went for a flat repair, my tire was not fixable anymore and the front desk person explained to me what the problem was and the recommendations. At the end they installed the spare tire for free until I had time to go back and get new tires. That's what I call good customer service.

Very disappointed with the auto service that is provided 👎!!!! They don't know how to find the problem in your vehicle and taking care of the car. They want you to spend money on parts that have no part of the problem 😡🤬

Staff was friendly and not pushy. Helped me see a couple of things that needed attention and did t pressure me at all. They were quick, informative, and kind. Great combo! Got a good deal on lifetime alignment and rotation/balance at a very affordable price for this semi-retired do-gooder.

Not a very good place to go to. left my wife's car without lug nuts. They didn't put the good tires in the front. Crappy service and very disappointed in this establishment.
