I just came for new wheels I bought the Firestone Destination LE3. But it takes more than 4 hours to mount it on my vehicle. They told me that they assign a Technician who doesn't know how to make the work to my vehicle. Then they told me that they finish but doesn't complete the alignment on the wheels, I mean that is necessary on new wheels is a must. C'MON GUYS YOU CAN DO IT BETTER 🫤

Walk in. Left my wife’s car for an alignment as the car was noisy on the road and was provided a ln additional service review. They identified an item that would need repair, but did not push for the sale as other service centers may do. They identified the problem, explained the symptoms and repairs and provided me with a quote for the repair. I’ll be back when we are ready to address that concern. I’ve had good experiences with Firestone with my truck in the last, nice to have them in the neighborhood.

Not worth going. Went for oil change and other issues started happening . Went again to fix issue and following days another issue started to occur.

Paid way too much for parts and labor. Took 4 hours to replace 4 tires. This was in a shop with top of the line machines and a lift. Normally this job takes about 45 minutes. Improper management, saw techs sitting around going through cell phones and 1 person doing the work.

This brief note shares our positive experience at the El Paso Firestone at 12312 Eastlake Blvd, El Paso, TX. My husband and I had car trouble east of Van Horn, almost 200 miles away. We secured a tow truck and the driver suggested this facility. We dropped off our pickup truck at midnight and made an online appointment. In the morning, I spoke to the service manager Joey Olivares. He promptly expedited to have our pick-up truck serviced. All of this was on a Sunday, and Mr. Joey was able to secure parts, which I did not expect. Our pick-up truck was fixed within a few hours and we were able to resume our trip, which was an additional 20 hours. Our pick-up truck was fixed right the first time, and traveling across the desert of Arizona gave me peace of mind. Julian the technician was friendly and humble, we expressed our gratitude but seriously wished for corporate to know the amazing people you have at this facility. Thank you is not enough to express our appreciation.

When I arrived for mechanical reasons, I was told there was no technician til the following day. That was ok. The following day, I get a call saying there was very little oil in the car and in order to further diagnose the problem, I needed to do an oil change. Fine. Then I get a call saying the car was ready. When I got there, I was charged $296. No-one said I had to pay $116 for the diagnostic test, if I had the work done. This is all I was told was wrong. He never went over the invoice. I should have been told of the other issues outstanding as well, how can I decline the work if I never was told there was anything else wrong but it needing oil? I feel they took advantage of an old lady and left it at that. I should get refunded the diagnostic fee since I was blindsided. I will not be back, aside from the guy who took in the car, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the hidden information I should have been told.

I decided to go to this Firestone rather than go to the dealership, thinking that it would be less expensive. Our old Honda had a slight air conditioning problem. They found a hose (a tube) with a leak. Then, they recommended that a second tube be replaced. Long story short, the bill was slightly over $1,900. I'm not an expert in a/c, but I thought that this was very expensive. They also recommended that I change the air filter and the cabin filter, which are in pretty good condition. They wanted $54.99 for one and $42.99 for the other. A total of $98 for parts only. I didn't take their recommendation, but I know that I can buy both myself for less than $35. Well, hopefully that will be my last visit there. I will add that the service attendant was very professional and courteous. The place is new, very clean and you can fix yourself a cup of coffee and watch TV in the waiting area.

This place had us waiting for over 3 hours to change out a tire and wanted to charge $320 for one tire. Called a different place they had the tire and changed it for $60. Go here if you want to spend an arm and a leg for mediocre service. Complete waste of time. Don't support these thieves.
