As someone who ran tire shops for many years before I became disabled I can honestly recommend this location. I picked up a large bolt on the highway in the rain and drove straight to this location. Sonia was extremely courteous and informative. Raven who took care of my car stated that there was no object checked for leaks and even showed me that it was okay. Raven and Sonia made an excellent team and know what they're doing! I will be having my car worked on at this location from now on! Thank you guys for taking such good care of my vehicle.

My tire blew out and I was stranded into the parking lot. I looked over and saw Firestone! It was near closing time, but they decided to take care of my tire and replace it that night. I am extremely grateful for the quick service to get me back on the road. Thank you!!

Showed up to get an oil change. The lady at the counter was texting on her phone and would not take the time to look at me but just said that she would be with me in a minute. She left the office and went into the bay area, where she proceeded to continue to text on her phone. I guess she was unaware that you can see the Bay Area from the bay window on the back of the counter. 20 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave. I have shared my story with friends and have heard that their experience is about the same. Don't waste your time here.

Sonia, manager at Chelmont location was super nice and helpful. She explained what recommendations the car needed and there was no pressure to jump on it. They performed what I took the car in for and they were very thorough. I will definitely be taking my car here in the future 😊

I went to get my wheel alignment and they recommended a battery change (which I accepted) and all was good on my car. I went in three weeks later for my oil change and then was recommended several things ($3,000 worth) for my car. My family knows about cars so I ended up getting the parts myself ($500 worth) so we can fix it ourselves. There were no leaks on the parts that they claimed and my brake pads were not worn like they claimed. I recommend getting a second opinion if you go here. I will only come back for my lifetime alignment...

Manager Sonja was very professional and vehicle (s) - mine and wife's - were serviced with ZERO wait time and completed in a timely manner. I drove past x4 other Firestone locations on the east side of El Paso from Fabens, Texas (exit 49 on I-10) to get service from Sonja at the Montana and Chesla Firestone. I strongly recommend that Sonja be promoted to Area manager so that other locations can be TRAINED properly on total customer satisfaction. Sonja's approach to Customer Service is exactly what Blanchard (Arthur of 1 Minute Manager series of best seller books) wrote about in his book, RAVING FANS, exceeding outstanding customer service standards...customers will go out of their way every chance they get to sing praises and recommend to friends, family, etc...

Had a pleasant time waiting for my vehicle to get an oil change. I drive a 2016 Mini Cooper and they took real good care of it. I definitely recommend this site. Will see them again in 6 months!

In and out in no time. Front desk fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Work completed to my satisfaction. Maybe get a little coffee going and turn on the TV in the waiting area.

I went in at 6: 20 pm says they close at 7pm i understand it was late but its was a simple texas state inspection .the guy told they wont do it cause they stop inspections at 5. i asked why ?they told me that its state law .which is a complete lie im a state inspector so i know the laws to it, so i called him out on it told him thats not true. then he told me that its firestone policy i worked for firestone 2 years and thats not true either .finally he told me he didnt have a inspector on site . What kind of place is this if i was the tech i would be pissed thats taking money off my plate . It was pure lazy i get it that you wanna leave but you still have customers if you have a inspection bay then you need to have someone that is certified on site at all times sad to see firestone go down hill. Do better sonia i know you can jesse was not your best choice as a employee and im sorry to the tech i was going to tip big for your inconvince like i said i work in the same field and i jump hoops for my customers .

Performed an inspection including a possible alignment on my vehicle. The mechanic and advisor stated I needed new pads and rotors and 4 new tires. They told me one had a side wall weakness (bubble). No tire had a bubble. All tires had enough tread. Three of the four tires were Michelin. I bought new pads and rotors. After I had the rim off, I noticed the pads and rotors were nearly new. These guys lied about everything in order to make a little money on the ignorant.

So I went in to this store there is no one answering phone I understand it's windy and cold but literally no one to answer phone no one to put air in tired and no one to help assist you at all you go in to the store and no one was there answering phones and no one was helping customers service the garage was down due to weather inclines but they answer you so rude and very unfriendly not the best service at all!!

Sonia, Your associate was very helpful with my service needs for my Buick Envision. She knew what I needed. As I was waiting she did a diagnosis on my vehicle and confirmed it. They replaced a sensor, rotated my tires and replaced one tire. That is all I could afford. She also me a recommendation list of what needs to be next so that I can get a wheel alignment. I will get it done on my next visit. She was very precise on the diagnosis and I value her expertise and managerial skills with customers.

Every time I need to bring my vehicle for basic maintenance or for a general repair, Sonia or Richard always take care of our issue efficiently and effectively. I can't imagine bringing my vehicle anywhere else for service!

made an appointment at 4p for an oil change, radiator check, and tire pressure check. took two hours and charged me $160 for the oil change alone and told me to make an appointment for everything else. very disappointed.

nothings perfect... BUT... Firestone's Inspection Service was thorough, time efficient and professional. Go and enjoy the service for yourself.
