Brian is best! I was in town for the FWSSR and had an issue with a tire. I stopped by Firestone on a Sunday. Yes. Sunday. And Brian quickly took care of my tire problem with great customer service. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Giving one star is gracious at this point. After paying for lifetime alignment we have yet been able to have completed after two separate attempts. This last one with the tech telling us parts on our truck were broken and need replacement when they were literally installed less than 24 hrs ago with 15 miles out on them AND installed by a reputable licensed mechanic. Seeing that this is the second time they have had issues with some part of the truck they said was broken/ defective and in need of replacement we have now struck out twice with a company we have given money to and be let down. I now have to go back in tomorrow to speak with the manager to get a refund on a paid service that was never completed….again. Worth the money to drive elsewhere and pay for competence. **Update- spoke with the manager we were directed to speak to on Monday, the day after. He listened to the issue and was immediately receptive to refund our lifetime alignment and tried to offer another attempt at alignment through we had it completed elsewhere.

I did not receive services here but I was in an accident on Mccart and the sweet mechanics came to help pull my car in from the street. I was alone and couldn't have done it without Cole and the other young man that came to help. Thank you so much for helping me when I was so shaken up. I really don't know what I would have done without them.

Car repair was ok; it was the person at CFNA who told me that my account was delinquent, for, which it wasn't. I had to put the repair total all on my checking instead of dividing the total between my Firestone and debit cards.

I had an unusual and unsettling issue with my Suzuki SUV that came straight out of the blue. Now I won't go into the details about exactly what the problem was. Suffice to say, once Brian (who man's the lobby counter at the main entrance to Firestone) and one of the shop mechanics got over their initial surprise, they set forth to remedy my SUV problem which they did in the usual quick, efficient, professional manner that the Firestone Complete Auto Care is known for. This is my favorite car shop to go to. Not only is the manager Bryan great. He is very organized and efficient at trying to see what is wrong with my car and how best to proceed with the repairs. I dont feel like I am being riped off because I'm a woman, they are honest here...

Had a severe blow out and was directed by a very kind man to come here to get a quality tire. He advised me that getting good tires would help prevent this dangerous situation. I was pretty frazzled when I got here but Bryan and Brian at the desk were so kind. Patient, calm, came out and checked all my tires made suggestions showing me the “whys” and understood the financial implications. Helped me to make the best decisions based on the situation and even went a step further and offered to apply for the financing which offers 0% interest for 6mo. That was such a HUGE RELIEF knowing I could get my car back to being SAFE and have time to pay for it. I’m so grateful, thankful & blessed to have been pointed to this team here. I will be a forever Firestone customer based on this experience. Thank you for your help with zero pressure just solutions. Much appreciated!!

Bryan and Cole were very professional and courteous. Gave me a fair price for A/C repair and were able to get it done in the same day. I’ve had bad experiences with Firestones in the past but I can’t recommend this one enough.

Bryan was a very helpful and was great to deal with. It was only a tire rotation and balance but he gave upfront pricing and an accurate timeframe of completion. I spoke with a couple techs as well and they were also nice to talk with. I recommend using their customer service as an example of how to create a repeat customer. Thanks again!

I made a 9am appt for Sat 6/8 on Wed 6/5. I dropped my truck off early and asked if they could check the brakes while they had it for an allignment. At 6pm as they were closing, they were just checking the brakes and never did the allignment. Very displeased as I paid for a lifetime alliignment several years ago and for what? I work during the week and need my truck, so the weekend is the only time to get things done and they couldn't do what I've already paid for. On top of that, there was grease all over my steering wheel, shifter and all 4 doors on the outside. Sent something in already requesting the Mgr call me about it before I call corporate and still no call from anyone. Don't really seem to care about their customers as far as I can tell.

This place used to be really great to take your car but it's not so great anymore. They used an impact wrench on my oil drain plug absolutely destroying an oil pan, then kept doing emissions testing on an antique car to fail it for inspection, then just recently screwed up my suspension while doing an alignment so now my truck clunks and bounces after every minor bump. The customer service has also plummeted as they'll just ignore you and cancel appointments without telling you until you arrive.

Bad service, bad dropped my truck off for an ac service and they kept my truck over night without me consent then told me a ac accumulator is very expensive and would be almost 600 with labor, when the part literally cost 60 bucks at auto zone and labor time is 1.6 hours ??? Scam artist on top of bad service communication

Do NOT go to this store. They made me wait 3 hours and then said I needed to pay $140 to COME BACK LATER!!! I understand that they may not have every part available in store, but to make someone pay to wait when they essentially did nothing is ridiculous. Look up Hopps Automotive for a shop that won't rip you off!! (not a paid ad lol)

At least have the decency to call and let me know you don’t have enough people to work and change my appointment. They always have a rude character. Like if they are forced to work there. Used to be a good place to come and get services done but never again.

Very happy with the service, they were able to do a lot of work on my car without an appointment! Fast free wifi in the lobby so I could get some work done while I waited. I've also had a good experience at the Firestone off Granbury.

Although Firestone workers are not many, they always make sure that we get a good service. They are polite, professional, and positive. I had a series of flat tires, dead battery & other mechanical issues, and our friends at Firestone took the best care of our cars.

I paid a visit at Firestone or McCart here in Fort Worth Texas, and I was greeted by a Mr. Michael, Logan and Travis, who all were courteous, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and a whole host of other amazing attributes. They were patient in answering any and all of my questions. they also took time to explain everything to me involving my vehicle in layman terms for me.. I highly recommend fire stone car service center on McCart here in Fort Worth, Texas to any and everyone who unfortunately have to deal with the hassle of getting there vehicle serviced and or repaired

I went in for a vehicle inspection (from work). Before I walked in the door, the staff there treated me like family. It was such a great experience, I will definitely go back.
