Up front pricing with no hidden fees, work completed in a timely manner actually finished sooner than expected. Heather runs a tight ship and she's a pleasure to deal with. Don’t bother wasting your time. Booked an appointment over 24hrs in advanced and got here just to be told it will be several hrs before they can even get to my car. Whats the point of an appointment?!

My appt. early morning and techs didnt know they had to work...had to be called to come in.....after a 90 min wait ..i was told to come back. 4 hours of my morning wasted. Had a mount changed and concluded with new vibrations...took it back and they blamed the vibration on something else....Gerardo I miss you 1000%! You were the only reason I kept going back to this location ..now you're gone...so sad....I have lost my confidence in this place..I need a reliable n confident mechanic.

Had appt for 12 and by 2, it hadn’t been touched but told should take about 90 minutes. Waste of my time. Staff was nice but I’m not sure how that helps.

Spent $700 on tires and alignment. They called and said it was ready. Picked up my car. Turned out, they never even did an alignment but still charged me for one.

By far the worst place to take your car. The wait times are insane. 2.5 hours for a tire change when I was told it would be an hour. They also recommended an oil change. I got the oil change and drove home. Next morning I come out to my entire garage floor covered in oil. I took it back to them to fix. Was told it would be done at 9:30am. I called at 11am after not hearing from them and was told it was done and they were cleaning it up. I go to pick it up and it wasnt close to done. They hadnt even got the part they needed to fix it. They don’t care about your time, over promise, under deliver, and apparently will just straight up lie to you.

Horrible place to have work done. They do not confirm online appointment requests. I make requests online then I have to call them only to be told the slot is not available. They are supposed to call the customer when the slot is not available. One time I went in for a scheduled alignment and the guy looked at me like I was crazy. He said he couldn't do my alignment because the alignment guy was about to go home. I pitched a fit and they did an alignment but the car still pulled to the right. While I was waiting, I listened to them give someone a quote to replace a front strut on a Ford Taurus. They quoted $1,100 for a Monroe Quickstrut and minor linkages. It was a $350 strut assembly and probably $75 in other parts. I had just done the same work on my own car and had the work done in less than an hour. After listening to that, I knew I would never have anything done at this place. I purchased a lifetime alignment on my car at Firestone and that's the only reason I ever go here and I still don't think I'm getting my money's worth.

Walked in and asked to get my car inspected at noon. Was told “I don’t think she’s doing any more inspections today”… at noon. Open until 7pm but by noon they decide they are done doing inspections. Interesting

“Incompetent” doesn’t even begin to describe this location. I dropped my vehicle off at 11:00 AM for a simple tire rotation and balance. I called at 3:00 PM for a status update. At that point I was told that I would be the next in line. I finally had a co-worker drive me over here to figure out what’s going on after no follow up calls or updates at 5:00 PM. Only upon confronting an employee was I told that they would not perform the work EVEN THOUGH I specifically took an employee out to look at it when I dropped it off. I’ll drive 100 miles before I ever let these clowns waste another minute of my life. STAY AWAY.

Had an overall great experience today from the moment we walked in, Heather greeted us with a smile. Kids loved coloring away as we waited on our oil change. Quick service & knowledgeable & FRIENDLY staff !

They always lie about how long the service will take. Not sure if it is incompetence or on purpose. A few months ago I took my car in for a flat tire and they said they said the tire just needed air. The next day the tire was flat again. I sprayed the tire with water and soap and found it within a minute.

Do not go here! I brought my car in for a flat repair. My tires are Firestone tires purchased 3 months ago. First they forgot my appointment, then after having my car for 6 hours I was informed I needed a new tire and oil change. They weren’t even looking at the flat!! They were looking at my spare tire!! My oil had also been changed 5 days prior. Finally got home, all of my tires were filled to 45psi. I informed them, they didn’t care. My spare tire was also put on the back of my SUV finger tight. Followed up the next day because my car bounces now because of not being balanced, they told me I could have a diagnostic done ?? Why?? I came for a tire patch. They sent me on the road with over inflated tires, a spare ready to fly off in traffic, and a car out of balance. They do not know what they are doing and obviously don’t care for a customers safety of satisfaction. Please do not ever go here. I emailed the area manager before posting this, they never even responded.

I recently bought the tires and requested alignment and balancing of the tires. After more than 4 hours of waiting, they delivered the vehicle to me, leaving it poorly aligned and with the tires poorly balanced and the steering wheel vibrating when they returned me, they informed me that they could not assist me on this day since They had a lot of work and they made me make a new appointment and then made me wait 5 more hours. The customer service was definitely terrible and you can't complain because the employees get upset and no longer want to serve you.

Just as a warning, if you have something besides a routine maintenance issue such as an oil change or new tires, it might be a good idea to choose another auto shop. My car was at this location for a little over a week, and after looking at the car multiple times, they were able to find the issue. After taking the car to another auto shop, the matter turned out to be fairly simple, and I was back on the road in about half a day. On a positive note, the people I spoke to were polite and professional.

Showed up on Sunday around 3:30pm and the inspector had already left for the day. I called on Wednesday at 2:15pm asking if the person who does the inspection was in today. I was told "no, he's left for the day, but he works from 7-4." Hung up and called back asking "If I show up at 7am tomorrow, will I be able to get my vehicle inspected?" The man told me "My inspector guy won't be in yet, but my General Manager will be able to do it..." Great... woke up at 6am - (way earlier than I normally wake up) - drove to Firestone - arrived at 6:55am to ensure I was the first person there - as I needed to be back online for work by 9am. They finally turned the lights on in the lobby at 7:05am and was (not) greeted by the GM, who told me she "can't do the inspection, she's locked out the system and doesn't know why.." No apology, or sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing. Didn't tell me when the "Inspector Guy" would be back... Okay, I get that people make mistakes or can relay incorrect information, but at least acknowledge that I'm standing in front of you or anything. Awful customer service after planning my entire morning around this - she seems like a really unhappy person. Waited until Jiffy Lube opened next door and their "inspector guy" was there at opening, and inspected my vehice in less than 10 minutes.

I dropped my vehicle off to get a tire patch done around noon on a Sunday (called before I dropped it off to confirm that it would be done by the end of the day and was told yes). They close at 5 on Sundays and didn’t hear back from them, so my wife drove me there around 4:45. Come to find out they hadn’t looked at my vehicle. Yes it’s disappointing, but this location has a management problem, from what I could tell, there was no sign of management at this location, but when it comes to meeting customer expectations and just being flat out honest about your capabilities, just tell someone “we can’t do it today” and no one would be upset. But now here we are, a wasted day, no one attempted to make things right, and if I maybe honest here, it’s unlikely I’ll ever use this brand of repair facilities for the rest of my life.

I recently visited this local tire shop, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Here’s my honest review: Facilities: The facilty was disappointingly dirty. It’s essential to maintain a clean and organized space, especially when dealing with customer services where you ask customers to wait for their vehicle at your facility. The lady “in charge” sure had time to go outside and smoke but not empty the trash. Customer Service: The customer service was subpar. The employees seemed disinterested and inattentive. A friendly and helpful attitude goes a long way in any business. Techs continually walked around aimlessly without haste or purpose. Wait Times: I had high hopes for a quick tire check, but I ended up waiting for a whopping 2.5 hours! Time management is crucial, especially when customers have busy schedules. Broken Promises: The worst part? They promised a shorter wait time initially, but it was clearly not honored. Broken promises erode trust. In summary, this tire shop needs significant improvements. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and work towards providing a better experience for everyone.

Ran over a busted tire on the highway causing my splashguard to drag on the highway. I came in close to close and Westin was extremely helpful in getting the broken part out of but way so I could get home. They came through for me in a tough spot. Westin really will try to help customers.

They do good work and most importantly, they often squeeze you in same day. Pricing is upfront, no hidden bill shock. I have used them for strut and fluid replacement and alignment. Only reason I’m giving a 4 star is they could be a little cleaner when it comes so smudging up the car. I get it though, turn and burn.

Today, July 18, 2024, I visited Tanger Outlet Mall. When I returned to my truck, someone had slashed my passenger front and back tires. After waiting for 5 hours for Roadside Assistance to send a tow truck, I finally gave up and called Firestone and spoke with Westin. It was close to closing time but he talked with another technician by the name of Silas. Silas told Westin that he would come to me, in his personal vehicle take my slashed tire off and bring me a new one. He also took the other slashed tire off and put my spare tire on. He did all this knowing it would probably push them past closing time. These two men went above and beyond to get me back on the road. By the way, I was 90 miles from home. I came into firestone in a bit of an emergency and Westin was my saving grace. He was able to quickly diagnose my issue and get me in and out fast and for a fair price. I can tell the people at this location have alot of knowledge of vehicles and work very hard. Westin was also super respectful and cheerful even when we were running close to close. Great location, great people. Good business. Come here.
