While my work van was in for repairs it was left unlocked overnight. All of my HVAC and airflow test and balance tools and equipment were stolen. When I brought it to the attention of the on duty manager he couldn’t even be bothered to speak directly to me and would not call the police or store/regional manager to file a report. I had over $10,000.00 worth of equipment stolen and all I could get was one person telling me to come back on Monday to speak to the store manager. I in-trusted Firestone with my vehicle and they could not keep it secure. Now I am out of work until I can get everything replaced and have to deal with the police and insurance company.

Came here for a small job. The entire team here on this given day -- especially the tech Travis -- was just so awesome and eager to help me get to the bottom of my issue. They verified my concern with proof and got me on my way quickly.

Firestone cracked our window after a simple inspection that was supposed to take an hour and a half, but instead took a day and a half. Manger lied and said he put in a claim for someone to assess the windshield, but after 2 weeks of waiting, I called corprate to find out that he never actually submitted a claim, he just lied and said he will do something to get me out of the store. Read all the other reviews by REAL PEOPLE. The staff doesn't know how to do their job, and the manager is just as clueless. We took our car to a different mechanic after them, and we found out 3 things wrong with the car related to my concern, firestone couldn't find anything, and the manager even said he looked a it himself so hes sure. Hilarious joke

Excellent customer service experience from Matthew and the team at Firestone. They were also able to price match and beat a local competitors price for 4 new tires, down to the warranty and road hazard. I also got several services done, including the lifetime alignment which had a Labor Day special. They did an excellent job on the other services my car needed as well, for an extremely fair price and within a reasonable amount of time! Highly recommend!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this auto care shop. Despite having an appointment, my vehicle sat lifted in the bay for over 1.5 hours with no work being done. Meanwhile, I noticed the staffs appeared disengaged, spending time on their phones and chatting instead of focusing on the task at hand. While I understand shops can be busy, this lack of urgency and professionalism left me feeling that my time as a customer wasn’t respected. I do not recommend this shop based on my experience.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. We will never return back to this Firestone store. If you go in and buy tires, better check your spare, and make sure they didn't swap your full size new rim and tire for an old donut. These people are thieves!! My next stop, the better business bureau.

Initially I bought a tire here and had no issue, they mentioned that they fixed tires when ever I needed to. Yesterday we came in to the shop early morning, they asked for the keys, took about 1 hour to come back in the office to tell me that I needed a new tire, that that tire was no longer useable. and I needed a new battery as well. I refused to purchase the tire and to give me the car back. Went elsewhere and as they removed the screw they found out that it never even passed the rubber. So there was no fixing required. Imagine I would up ended buying a new tire for something I did not even required! Don't waste your time here!

Showed up at 6:25 they closed at 7:00 no cars in the bay. I just need a tired plugged that I previously bought from them they said they couldn’t help come back tomorrow because it was to close to closing time. I had to go somewhere else to get fixed won’t be back ever worst customer service lazy staff!

The technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. They are patient and do their best to accommodate schedules and complete services in a timely manner. Even though they are short staffed or backed up, I get great quality service. Thank you

Took my car here to get my brakes looked at, they said it would take about 1-3 hours for them to just see what was causing them to shake when braking. because the mechanic "left work having forgotten the car was still on the lift" i couldnt pick it until the next morning, and when i did, it had a cracked windshield. after asking about it, they said they didnt know who did it/when it got cracked. its been over a week now and im waiting for a phone call from a third party to asses if they think firestone broke it/will pay to fix it. dont take your car here unless you want them to carelessly damage it and be clueless about it.

Worst customer experience ever! Staff is lazy on phones multiple staff sitting around doing nothing. This is my second experience with this location try to use for a second time to give them the benefit of the doubt and still super bad service. Never go here again. Save your time if I was a store manager, I’d fire all the staff and start over poor leadership.

First visit took over 6 hrs even though I had an appointment. with no one seeing my vehicle I had to leave without any work done at all. I visited 2 different firestone locations and was given 2 different reasons for my alignment issue. Quoted over 800 and then over 2000. Finally took the time to look at myself and it was a 10 dollar bolt that fixed my issue

I wish I could give Firestone more than 5 stars. The people who’ve written negative reviews must have unrealistic expectations. I've had numerous repairs done here over the years and always received exceptional service. My first experience several years ago really stands out. My serpentine belt shredded right in front of the shop on a Sunday at 4:30 PM. I coasted into the parking lot, and despite it being late, they assured me they’d stay and get it done for me. They quickly ordered a belt, and then realized the tensioner was trashed too, so they had to order a tensioner. They ended up staying over two hours after they closed to get that fixed for me. Their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression. I’m still getting the same incredible service today. Just yesterday, I had an issue with my car, and they took care of it right away, ensuring I was back on the road in no time. The team at Firestone consistently demonstrates professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I really appreciate these guys and highly recommend them for any auto repair needs. Their exceptional service and commitment to their customers set them apart from the rest.

Poor organizational skills or mismanagement, probably both. Called from the parking lot to see how much wait time for an inspection "40-60 minutes tops." Literally hang up and walk in..."at least an 1 and 30 minutes." Adios.

Scheduled an appointment at 9am the day before. Showed up at 9am and they told me it's for 10am. Thinking I made a mistake I look at my email from them and it's confirmed for 9am, so I go back in to show them and they said it was moved. Why didn't he say that the first time? Had other plans that now I have to change. Never go to Firestone. Should have learned my lesson the first time when they messed up one of my tire TPMS. Toyota dealership from now on, like I normally do. They treat me like a customer should be treated.

Extremely slow. Took 3.5 hours just to replace a battery, which I've done in less than 5 minutes before. They said they had to order the battery, which would take 30 minutes, not 3 hours.

I would highly recommend another service station. About a year ago they put the wrong tire size on my vehicle. Today I took my vehicle to a different location to have it serviced. I was informed my tire lock was missing and that it appears to be broken, which this location did the last tire rotation. I’m sure if I call to have it looked at I will get the run around. This company has caused more headaches over the last several years, they just lost a customer

Matt has been the guy I've trusted for years with my vehicles and I'm glad to know he's still with the company. The staff here does all they can to help you with your vehicle and very trustworthy. Yes people will think they're a little over priced but I feel that's a small price to pay for your vehicle being repaired correctly.

Sadly, this is the first time I’ve received poor service at a Firestone. most Firestone stores are so willing to accommodate and make customers happy. They encourage you to use their app to set appointments, I show up and there’s nothing on the books because nobody confirms appointments. Not a good way to run a business. But hey, there’s soo many other options!

Thank God I keep my receipts! Had I didn’t they were trying to make me pay $125 for alignment when I paid for lifetime alignment last time I was there. I use fire stone for a variety of things on my vehicle, but I’m second-guessing everything now. Be sure to save your receipts!!

Worse place to take your car for service, they intentionally lie or hide information to make money out of you. They knew my car had transmission issue but did not tell me they cannot fix it at their site either software or mechanical. They charged me 120 dollars for diagnostic and then tell me to take it to fix to dealership. I now ended up paying another diagnostic fee at dealership and wasted my whole day. Never take your car to this place they will rip you off.

Just to let you all know, they have an excellent European technician there that can handle almost any job and save you a lot of money compared to the dealerships. Ask for Gerard for any service needs. He's one of the best technicians and really cares about your car. Great job on my wife's Range Rover...!! This staff is always great and excellent with the communication and expectations. As an Ex-technician, they respect that I know what they are doing. They let me speak with the tech and that's a big plus. I highly recommend this shop.

Well all I needed was a patch. I called, the man on the phone was sweet and said there would be a 2hr wait I said okay I'll come in 2hrs I only live 10min away. He said actually since it's just a patch it will take us less than 15min go ahead and bring it in now. I get in my vehicle and show up about 20min later since my child needed help finding shoes. The man that attends me tells me it will be a 2hr wait and I told him what the man over the phone said. He said no we have 3 cars ahead of u. I said okay, how long is the wait? He said 2hrs I said okay I will be back in 1hr &30min he said if I don't leave my truck I won't be put on the waiting list. I asked if I can just make an appt for 6pm then (it was before 4 when I was there) he said they have 2 appointments at 5pm and there is no guarantee I will be served. I said isn't that the point of the 6pm appointment? It's literally just a patch He just said he can't do that. I got irritated, wished him a good day and left. I don't understand why I couldn't make the appointment or why I NEEDED to leave my truck there Both are ridiculous to me. So now I'm at pep boys off beach where the man did not hesitate to help me.

I went in because my battery level was really low and I didn’t know if it was battery or maybe alternator. They said I needed a battery and sold me one for over $250 when I left I got about 15 miles out and my car died. I called them and they were going to send a tow truck out but I had someone else come get it. When we got my car looked at this was the mess they did when they changed the battery it’s full of this black oil and I know that was not there beforehand. They denied knowing what it was. Turns out I never needed a battery because the dealership found I had a short in my ECM. So I wasted $

This place is HORRIBLE!!! I DO NOT recommend you come here for any kind of service. Staff is unprofessional, has limited or no knowledge of auto/tire repair. Entire staff including manager have no customer service skills. This place takes forever to get anything done and gives you the run around. It took them almost 2 days to put a patch on my tire, A PATCH!!! Tried to tell me I needed a new tire and that my tire couldn't be fixed. Come to find out they didn't even look at my tire and try to lie to me until I caught them and called them out on it. This place needs to be shut down or get new owners. This is not the first time with having bad experience at this place either. There's definitely a pattern here. STAY AWAY!! Save the headache!
