This location USED TO BE really good, but lately, it's gone downhill. I'm not sure if it's new management or what. This is the second time that I have scheduled an oil change, gotten confirmation of the appointment on my app, and when I arrive, they claim to have never accepted the appointment and turn me away. They claim that I have to wait for an email or phone call, but I have NEVER received one from them. In the past, this location's staff has also argued with me about whether or not I received a phone call, even after showing them my call log proving I never received one. Terrible service! Would not recommend!

This place is very terrible. I went on Friday to do a wheel alignment, and someone told me it would take an hour and half to be done. I made an appointment on Sunday at 2 pm, and when I arrived at 1:55 for my 2pm appointment they took the car from me and by 3 I thought I would be done but they said there was 2 other cars ahead of me. How come I have an appointment and I have to wait several hours to get my car when it should take 20 minutes. The technician worked since I arrived on one car and I still have to wait for another car. The guy work very slow on the phone or music, he don’t care about people or service. The manager he on the computer sitting doing nothing. It’s a very bad place based on experience this wasn’t the first time. I was told before to go to another store. Payed for the service but got nothing. Never recommend for anybody to go to this place. I wish they not remove me review

Worst customer experience ever! I had appointment at 3 PM on Nov 9, 2024. Coming down to store shortly after 2PM, the clerk first says she can't find me in the system and there is nothing she can do about it. After insisting for a while, she does find the appointment. says I can drop my car but they may or may not work on it today. She keeps changing how many people before me 2-5. I accepted it will take time but she continually refuses to confirm if it will be done by end of the day (4+ hours till closing). Not to mention the rudeness. So here is the thing - **why am I booking an appointment if you are not sure you can work on it during the damn day. If you already realized it, **how about a call before I waste my time going there? Or **at least some decent behavior when you fail to keep a scheduled appointment? **How about training your clerks so they can navigate your appointment system? I am not going back here - you lost a customer. In the hope that you may TRY to provide better service, here is the event's information. Location: 8925 Tehama Ridge Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76177. Service at this location has dropped significantly. To schedule an appt it is an obstacle alone. What is the point of having an option to wait in store if it’s going to take 3-4 hours. The excuse that there is only 1 tech but 4 CSRs. How about we get more techs in and less CSRs! Refuse to use Firestone again, not even another location bc went to the Golden Triangle location & had the same issue waiting 4 hours on a Saturday morning. There is not 1 single thing they can do to get my business back.

Highly disappointed in Firestone off of Tehama Ridge! Even though I have a warranty on my tires and they are under one year old, they are unable to repair my flat. They clearly told me I have a nail in my tire and not to drive around too much. I told the manager that that’s literally what I do is drive around all day for work. He said unfortunately we can’t fit you in until tomorrow. So don’t you dare get a flat and expect to go to this location and have your tire fixed. Thank you, Firestone. Thank you for that so much. Two thumbs down.

If I can rate zero stars I would..took my truck in this past Friday night for overnight dropoff..to be seen Saturday morning...called 10am to have a lady say the manager opened and they were not aware that my keys were in the drop-off box...they checked me in at 10:30am...i would of thought since they dropped the ball,that they would be considerate that my truck has been there already...so I waited...then decided to call at 1:40pm and the lady said since I was checked in at 10:30. It has not been seen that it was the next car to be seen......so got out of work at 3pm.....which I work in Irving.. that's the whole reason for the drop off....show up to the shop at 4pm ...to see 3 people sitting in the waiting area and for the manager to tell me that my car is next to be seen😡....By then I'm furious..like I told the manager.."I doubt the people waiting has been there since 10am!!!!" So asked for my keys! I will not be taking my truck ever to that location...AND now overnight dropping at a different location... this location is trash and very disorganized. I always have a issue..the very little times I do have to go.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your location on 9/7/2024 . I called your location at approximately 6:00 PM to confirm whether state inspections were offered and to verify that the store closed at 7:00 PM. The representative assured me that inspections were available, and the closing time was indeed 7:00 PM. I arrived at 6:45 PM, well before the stated closing time, only to be told that it was too late to perform the inspection. This was very frustrating, as I had specifically called ahead to avoid wasting time and to ensure I would receive the service I needed. I understand that there may be internal cut-off times for certain services, but this was not communicated when I called. As a result, my time was wasted, and I left without the service I was expecting. I believe that clear communication is key to good customer service, and this experience was far from satisfactory. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter and ensure that better communication is provided to customers in the future.

Took our car in for an oil change. They said it could be up to three hours, so dropped it off. came back three hours later and it still had not even been looked at they said be another hour and a half. So an hour and a half later and it’s on the lift and drained, but they say they don’t have the filter and have to go to AutoZone to get the filter, unacceptable. If you don’t have the filter, don’t start the work or better yet….Tell the customer you can’t do the service. So five hours later and they’re still telling us another 15 to 20 minutes for them to run to get the filter.

Firestone put the wrong size tires on the back of my suv and I have an awd suv and now my differential is bad and they have not been in contact with me to handle this unsafe situation. I've left about 20 voicemails for the claims department and still have not spoken to anyone. It has been over 2 months since my first contact and this still has not been resolved!!

Let me start off by saying we are normally loyal Firestone customers. This is normally the only place we trust to work on our cars. This location however, we will never recommend nor return to. A couple months ago I made a reservation for a simple oil change, scheduled an appointment for 8 am, get there and I’m told that it will be at least 4 hours because they are short staffed BUT are still accepting walk ins so no one has priority. I walk out and go to valvolene and I’m in and out within 30 min. Today, I scheduled an appointment for my wife’s car, a simple oil change at 9am. The team tells me that they don’t follow appointment times because they are short staffed, yet they still accept walk ins. They can’t control it, it’s a corporate issue. I’m told there’s two cars ahead of mine and it should take 2 hours max. 3pm rolls around and I call to check the status, they haven’t even started on it! Who knows when they would have called to tell me. If you’re short staffed, QUIT taking walk ins and stick to appointments. If you’re only going to cater to walk ins, figure out how to shut off appointments. This is absolutely ridiculous and a sure as hell way to lose customers quickly.

Made an appointment online for a simple oil and filter change, appointment was confirmed via email. I went to the shop just to be told that they didn’t have an appointment even though it was confirmed. This is the second time that this has happened to me. I told them they need to fix that issue with their IT department to save people for thinking they had and appointment and not waste people time. Place is a joke

Sara’s customer service is above and beyond!! It made up for being told they are short staffed at the moment and couldn’t get me a ETA for my moms car to get done. She made sure my mom was taken care of and got us in, as well as the gentleman in the back. Zach I believe was his name! Car is running great since I made a trip here to Firestone, no more squeaking brakes for my mom!

The worst costumer service ever, the lady at the front desk (blond girl with glasses for reference) didn’t even bother to check one of my tires to see if they were going to be able to fix it or not, and was very negative since the beginning of our conversation. Went to another place and it took them less than 20 min and $15 to fix my tire in Saginaw.

Dont call for state inspection just go in, matter of fact go somewhere else because they will lie to you over the phone and in your face! I called they said the state inspection machine was down went in they said it was down, called back got another person later who said its been up all day and they've been doing inspections

I was in a situation where my car needed a new tire, and I got there at 6:55 PM. The lady there helped me so gracefully, up until 20 minutes after closing time, and didn't even charge me for the reserve tire exchange. Thanks to her service and help, I will go back tomorrow and get a new permanent tire installed there. Not sure why their ratings is 3.1 stars, but they clearly weren't treated by that lady.

IF I WAS THE OWNER OR MANAGER I WOULD FIRE EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION! Sat waiting on my car to be taken care of when a nicely dressed gentlemen walked in, I am guessing he took off work since he still had his work badge on or was headed there. He walked in stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge that he was there, sitting there on the other side of the glass in the repair area standing around the computer right in front of the window I saw no less then 5 employees look at him and NOT ONE said we will be with you in a moment, or even made it seem like he was even there! He stood there for atleast 4-5 mins while the employees stayed huddled around a computer. After no one said anything to him he walked out shaking his head in disbelief. If my car wasnt being repaired I would have left right behind him. I will not be back!

Update: Absolutely miserable service. They have gone down hill. I've serviced many vehicles over the years with Firestone. We bought a new tire recently, that was leaking air. I took it back to the store, but they have no record in their system. Now I'm left scrounging trying to find a paper receipt to get service. Firestone's feedback below is from a prior three-star review. Downgrading the store to one star. Would give zero if I could. The customer service is unbelievable.

Worst experience ever with a tire shop. Stopped in here seen a worker standing in the bay on his personal phone not doing anything when he sees me he gets up and plays like he's doing something. He tells me to go inside and speak to someone inside the office. I go in the office and I ask one of the men behind the counter that I just needed to get some air. He replies okay and answers the phone. I return to my vehicle and waited 7 minutes. While watching him go from the front counter to the back office and answer the phone and play with paperwork while sticking his finger up just a moment. All I needed what's the air tool to air up the tire I would have did it myself. Now I understand why other people have complained about Firestone. The last person I spoke to that had service through them said that Firestone put their brakes on backwards and they had to take it back a second time to get the problem fixed. I would not refer Firestone. Firestone needs a change of behavior with action.

No body responded to the calls as well. 3. Wrong diagnosis 4. I was not informed about service completion by phone/text as told. They had sent only email.

I recently had a terrible experience at this tyre store. I went in with a nail in my tyre, and they assured me they would call me back within 2 hours with an update. However, they never did. When I finally called them myself, they informed me that the tyre was not repairable. Frustrated, I took my car to another store, and they fixed the tyre in just 10 minutes without any issues. It was clear that the first store didn't know what they were doing and wasted a significant amount of my time. Their lack of communication and expertise is astounding. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. They are unprofessional and unreliable. Save your time and go to a tyre store that actually knows what they are doing.

Never going back. Not just this location but I am done with Firestone. I have had multiple things done....shocks, brakes, etc. Last Saturday I had an appointment to get oil change and low tire sensor checked. Was told that the dealership is usually cheaper on the sensor. I asked him to have the brakes checked as to what date Feb or Mar I had the brakes done because they are squealing. He could not find me in the system. What?! Not good...especially after the fact that I've spent around $3K with the company. Got the CFNA credit card also...done with them too. Not going back. There are too many other car service companies that will treat me better. Wished there was a star for ZERO. #cfna #firestone

Yesterday I went to fix a flat tire, it had a screw right in the center, no big deal - totally reparable, that’s happened to me in the past more times than I can count, anyhow, my vehicle came with Fix-a-flat brand tire inflator, which I used in order to make it to the shop so that it can get repaired. After almost an hour wait, they called me in stating that since I used that “chemical” to inflate my tire according to “company policy” they couldn’t repair it anymore and for “my safety” I needed to purchase a new tire, and when I proceeded to do some research to find out if in fact a tire isn’t repairable after using those kind of inflators I showed them this - which comes from the inflator’s manufacturer: “…there is nothing in the formulation that would prevent a tire from being repaired. Advise the tire repair professional that you have used the Fix-a-Flat brand tire inflator in your tire, so they may properly clean the tire for repair. Fix-a-Flat cleans up easily with soapy water and a shop rag”. After reading that, the guy said yeah… that’s what the manufacturer says but what my company says is in case you hit a curb or something there is liability for us and for that reason I can’t fix it. So I said, I think you’re kind of pressuring me to purchase a new tire frankly I don’t to - and at that moment, the little fella next to him said - “you can always go somewhere else” (duh). So I said, you’re right - just please put air in my tire again and put it back I’ll take it somewhere else. I took it to another well known tire shop and they fixed it with without any issues and provided me with an outstanding customer service. When I shared the experience with the tire specialist, he smiled and shook his head and said “I don’t normally like to comment about other competitors, I want to think that guy is probably poorly trained because that was just purely illogical.” That was my first and last time going to a Firestone. They’re the worst.
