Had an appointment at 9 to get a new tire, waited in line for over an hour just for them to not be able to do anything. Nice people at best but terribly slow service

They are really good. Went there for my state inspection, came out with a $1900 recommended maintenance bill lol. The prices aren’t bad though. They try and upsell you though. If you have a Costco membership though, I’d recommend looking at the auto program Costco has.

Waited 3 1/2 hours to get an oil change. Kept being told I was next up but people who came in 2 hours after I did were in serviced and out. I was not given any updates unless I asked. I finally left without getting my car serviced.

I went to get my car inspected and the person at the front desk offered to top off all fluids and check the air in the tires which none of this was accomplished. If they had an offered, I wouldn’t have expected it.

The staff at this fire stone are always helpful, friendly, and do a great job at getting my car serviced. I’ve taken my car here for oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments. Every service has been professional and my car has been treated with care!

I had a flat on the way to meet family and was in a hurry. My spouse brought me the spare and they changed the tire and kept the flat for repair. They were all very helpful and nice.

Know that even if you make an appointment it doesn't mean you will be look after in a timely fashion. I waited 3 hours to have 2 tires replace with an appointment!!!!

Literally about 8 hours to a tire replacement. The guy said 1 hour and a half, then 2 hours. Later, I received a call saying that they wouldn’t replace the tire. I left my car overnight, and waited 3 more hours. Took an uber to get there, I saw the guy moving my car at 11 to work. It’s 11:37 and I just left the location.

They are friendly and let you know what they find, and you let them know what you want done. I've had other places fix things without asking, so I really like how Firestone is very friendly and informative and let you decide what you want done or can afford to have done at the time 👍💯

I only needed some air. I pull on the lot I asked a guy what I needed to do to get some air in my tires. He gave me an evil look and pointed to the front entrance. I go inside, I was not acknowledged until about 3 minutes after standing there. I told the guy I needed air he instructed me to go to bay #2 where the mean guy Josh was. He appeared to be having a bad day or overwhelmed because he seemed to be a little upset that he had to put the air in my tires. He did not say he was finished. I rolled my window down to ask if I was done. Josh then said yeah I topped them all off. One wasn’t topped off but, he wasn’t friendly so I went next door to pep boys for a better experience.

Wouldn't recommend, went in for an alignment and they called me with a laundry list of other recommendations, but failed to tell us parts that needed to be replaced before an alignment. Guess places still taking advantage of woman in the auto world is still a thing. Defly won't be returning to this place. Update 10/21/24-- Jason reached out via email and took down some information, then told me the store manager would be in touch that was 6 days ago. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially if your seeking honest work from a mechanic.

Amazing quick service!!! I was in a panic waking up to a flat tire & having to get down the road to my daughter’s championship pony show. They got me right in, quickly patched & down the road. I made to the show with 10 minutes to spare. My daughter was so excited 💕 Thank you Firestone!!!

Firestone Lake Worth was very communicative and was able to take my car for a walk-in appointment (which I had confirmed over the phone) right away. Despite multiple issues with my AC and a tire needing replacement, the services were completed the same day after I arrived in the afternoon. Daniel and a woman I spoke with over the phone were very personable and helpful.

First and last time at a Firestone. Trying to upsale me on everything for a simple inspection. Then 5 min turns into 2 hours for a gas cap replacement …….. Not a happy camper. The guy was nice I feel bad for leaving this review. Also the air doesn’t work inside while waiting. Dying in here of heat exhaustion. Ruined my whole day full of plans … so annoyed

Lake Worth Firestone location on September 7th. My daughter went in for a tire check and was told she needed four new tires. After being told the total would be $450 with sale price. We couldn't believe the final bill came to $905. The employee was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about the miscommunication he had with my daughter. After emailing management, I was told to expect a call from the manager, but I never heard from anyone. It feels like they took advantage of my daughter because of her age. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with this location, but it will definitely be the last. On a side note I found the same tire with a longer warranty for $150 a tire. I wouldn’t recommend this Firestone location to anyone.

My wife and I were on our way to a medical appointment when we hit an object in the road causing a blowout in the left front tire. At that time we were about 10 minutes from our appointment location and about 5 minutes from Firestone where I originally purchased the tires from. We decided to go to Firestone; so we limped the car on in. Upon checking in with the Service Advisor LE'JON, I informed him that we were on our way to an appointment and only approximately 5 minutes away. I inquired if there was someone that could take my wife to her appointment. He said that he would and indeed he did upon finishing up with another customer. He by no means was obligated to do so. That's above and beyond customer service. We will be eternally grateful. The tire was replaced in a very timely although they were busy with other appointments. This Firestone location in Lakeworth Tx is reputable and customer focused.

Scheduled an appointment online for 6pm (I have email for proof which I showed employee) and when I got there they proceed to tell me they changed my appointment to 5pm without telling me, calling, texting or emailing me to let me know of the change. I show up at 6 and they “are completely booked” and won’t work on my car or help me. I wasted 15 minutes driving out to this location just to be told oh well.

Told me it would be 30-40 minutes for a state inspection. It’s been an hour and fifteen minutes and I’m still waiting. The lady up front was nice but the staff in the garage seemed annoyed that they had to give an update.

Was told a thirty minute wait. Turned into an hour and a half. Whim I understand things happen there were no cars in front of me and no one seemed to notice me or my time as important. Won’t be back.

When in to have my tire fixed. Made a appointment for 10 o'clock they got it in jacked it up they didnt do any else to it .1hr goes by and I have to ask them what's going on just for the technical to come and tell me they can't fix it ...1 hr lost for them to say that. And the technical comes and. Tell me it would cost me 200$ for a new tire

I arrived at Firestone at noon on Thursday needing a tire rotation and oil change. It is now 4:05 AND I AM STILL HERE! My truck is still up in the air, no one has touched it for over an hour. They have two guys working on cars and two more standing by a computer laughing and talking. The front desk people are very nice, but the back of the house leaves a lot to be desired. There is no universe where a rotation and oil change should take more than 4 hours. AND THEY HAVE NO AIR CONDITIONING!

I called and was told there would be someone to inspect my vehicle until 5:00pm. I arrived about 4:15-4:20pm and was told they stopped doing inspections at 4:00pm. Waste of time, energy, gas, and a bad review could’ve easily been avoided with correct information communicated.

Came in to get my tires checked before I go I. To work and make employe kept ignoring me. He saw me inside the store and just kept on vaping in the bay (not sure if that what they call the area they work on cars) a female employee walked inside and asks me what I was needing hep with. I told her I needed my tires checked. She instructed me to pull my car to the first garage. I decided to leave the male outside was just not awake and still vaping. He was just dragging his feet walking around: he then asked me to move being the the area I was in the equipment was not working. I decided to go across the street to Walmart. Can’t trust someone who is not alert to touch my car. Manage might need to change this employees schedule to mid day for his safety.
