Firestone Auto Care took care of my car battery needs. One location called around and located a store that had the battery I needed for my car. When I got to this location they got me right in and were finished quickly.

I called Michael before I came in to make sure they had the oil I needed. He let me know they did and that I should come in. I got there and we went over what I needed and Michael was extremely knowledge about my vehicle. I waited on my car and it was completed in less than an hour. Raymond was my technician and he checked tire pressure, battery, other fluids etc. I was very pleased with it the services provided from both Michael and Raymond.

The older crew at the Hulen st Firestone pointed out the very bad tire on the front driver's side of my car. The tread was separating from that tire quite noticeable! Threatening a blowout on the highway which is very dangerous! That older Firestone crew saved my life man! The much younger Firestone crew on McCart Ave. didn't say one word about that very bad tire! Thanks be to the older Firestone crew at the Hulen St Firestone!

You get what you pay for. They damaged the sensors on my new Tacoma while replacing the tires. Additionally, they scratched all four rims. They refuse to take responsibility for the repair and suggest I visit the dealer since they don't even have a scanner for 2024 models. (2025 models are already out.) The staff is rude and discriminatory. Stay away from this “tire shop”

Richard and Brian were fantastic. I needed to get new tires for my wife and they did a fabulous job kept all pricing within my budget and we found the best tires for my wife's card for a trip she was going on the next day. I was able to stay and wait for it and they did everything to make sure the car was ready to go for the trip the next day. Thank You Richard and Brian! P.S. I was able to drop my car off two weeks earlier and they fixed my tire and called me when it was done so that I could go about my day and get things done.

The tech that serviced my car was very knowledgeable and skilled. He explained it to me in terms I understood. The front desk attendant was nice and he helped me as well. I will tell any and everyone about these young men at this location. I love this place.

Dont go here when manager is there. Manager Victoria is just rude. She never offers a smile and always talks as if she is angry and unhappy. She doesn't offer any friendly customer service.Always sitting around while all other employees are busy busy.

Brought in my vehicle for alignment, and when I picked it up the the steering wheel was out of alignment, and one of the check engine light was on. I will never go back to Firestone again.

went to Firestone because that is where purchased the tire with warranty (left front) that was separating on RAM 3500 dually. Tire had less that 9,200 miles on it. Was given a price & told to come back in 2 days because they had to get tire. Made appt. Came back & took picture of wheel, had tire replaced. Install complete, my inspection of tire & wheel found significant dimple on chrome wheel that was not previously there. Manager Victoria Williams looked at wheel & said their machine would not cause the damage. I said damage could have been caused by a tool. Showed her the picture taken in their parking lot prior to install. She said she could not comment & continued to state their machine could not have caused the damage. Horrible customer service!! BUYER BE AWARE!!!

I just experienced discrimination at this Firestone on Granbury rd. I was forced to purchase with cash when all other customers were paying with credit card. They told me that they had just been scammed by other people. I am of Hispanic decent and noticed the other customers were Caucasian. I have video and will be posting this on social media. The front desk rep I spoke to was Brandon. I will be reporting to the BBB

I was lucky to have found someone’s missing bolt with one of my truck tires. So I contacted Firestone about having it plugged/patched. The tech that handled my call advised me of the process and that there would be no charge for the repair. I set an appointment for the following morning. I get there and it shows no appointment. The young lady working got my info and told me they would call when it was ready. I get there to pick it up and I’m told that I owe $32 & change. I explained the phone call the day before and that I didn’t have the funds with me because I was under the impression it was free. The guy who was doing counter duty could have cared less and told me I could pick my tire up once payed for and that was the only option. It took me the rest of the day working to get the money. I was not given a receipt. Nor was any kind of help offered to put the tire back on my truck. He pointed to my tire and walked off leaving me to roll my tire across the lot, put it in the bed f my truck and once home put it on…I was let down with how things transpired. What happened to providing the Best Possible service to keep a brand going strong? It seems that Customer Service is available if you fit who ever is working , there personal views on the demographics that happen to use there service. And to top things off, my tire still went flat.

So I made an appointment for a simple oil change! 3 hours later I'm still waiting in the lobby. Why make appointments for customers if you know you don't have the staff available to complete the work! I could have just gone somewhere else!

Tech didn't show up and I had an appt time so ended up having to come back. Tire install was good and timely once it got done. Front desk was less than pleasant on the phone and in person.
