This place is terrible. I took my truck in for new tires, brake repairs, engine repairs,etc.. I told them the check engine light was On and the gas cap light but I just replaced the gas cap a month ago. 1) they called me to say all it that was left was the alignment and it should be ready in an hour 2) I show up an hour and a half later and nothing was done 3) after the alignment was done they told Me they put the wrong tires on my truck. When I asked how this could happen I’m told “people don’t know what they’re doing” 4) then they tried to tell me a new alignment wasn’t needed just because the took off the wrong tires and put the right ones on 5) I specifically told them about the CEL and gas cap light and when I turn my truck on the gas cap light is on. I’m told you’ll have to either leave my truck over night or ring it back because the lead tech is the only one who can run the diagnostic. UNACCEPTABLE. I was given the excuse “I wasn’t here when you dropped the truck Off, so idk why things weren’t done..” This store used to be the best one in Fort Worth and now it’s swirling down the drain.

Don’t waste your time or your money. Theres no point in making an appointment because walk ins will be prioritized over you. I spent the entirety of my Saturday waiting on them to do an alignment and rotation. Took two hours just to get it into the shop. I made an appointment so I could get in and out, too bad they take hours just to patch tires for those who didnt have an appointment.

I completely trust this team for all of my auto needs. Everyone—Layla, Marcus, Katie, Jay, Kelsey, David, and so many others at this shop—clearly love what they do and each individual goes above and beyond to ensure I’m taken care of. That level of care isn’t something I’ve experienced at every Firestone in the area. They stand by their work and products, take the time to show me what they’re doing, and keep me informed every step of the way. There have even been times when my dealership recommended a service or repair, and I came here for a second opinion to confirm its necessity. I highly recommend this location and will continue coming back as long as I’m in the area—10/10!

Management needs to take a class on Management. All they do is tell you lies and they take forever to start working on your vehicle. I will NEVER use Firestone again. It was an emergency and they were close. Do not take your vehicle here, not even for an oil change. I was told same day and now they're telling me 4 days. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

Had an appointment for new tires. Dropped off at 10 a.m. and was ready by close at 7 p.m., after telling me only a couple hours. Something broke off of tire and they told us they ordered it and would let us know when it came in. They never did. A week later I called back and set up an appointment to have the part put on. That appointment took another few hours after being told It was only a 45 minute appointment. Made both appointments myself and was also told both times they had no record of it and that’s why it took so long. We’ll never go there again and we don’t recommend it to anyone else.

Had a tire with low pressure on my way home from work and came here as its open later than a lot of nearby places. They removed a nail from my tire and patched it up within 30 minutes! Happy I came here today.

Never worked at a place quite like this management sucks!!! You could be working your hardest and have high productivity to back you but if management doesn’t like you just be ready to look for another job. I had high hopes working for this company until I moved to this Fort Worth location and met the GM!! If Firestone had any sense and value their employees they’ll let her go.

This was a better alignment than what I’ve gotten at a manufacturer dealership. My car is slightly lowered and the technician was able to handle it without issue. Would highly recommend this location

Be careful with this place. I went to do my State Inspection and they told me two of my tires has to be changed then I went to a different place for a second opinion and my vehicle passed the Inspection. Before buying anything from them always get a second opinion. This place is not reliable at all.

I called ahead to get a time estimate. They told me an hour. I waited 3! The techs are clueless sitting around on their phones and can’t get their story straight. The guy at the front mumbles and you can’t understand a word he says!!! Don’t come here! Oh! And they lost my hub cap.

If I could give no stars I would have. I went in to repair a tire, it took them 45 minute to tell me it wouldn’t patch and another 2.5 hours to change the tire. I watched 3 inspections come in and each one took almost an hour. Makes no sense at all inspections are something that can be done in a matter of 5-10 minutes. The ppl that worked the desk were polite but the working behind the scenes is a complete joke.

Firestone on overton ridge was extremely nice and helpful I went in to get a tire leak fixed but they were extremely busy. The gentleman at the front desk called around to try and see if anyone could get me in, unfortunately the other store was to busy but he went out of his way to try and help.

This location maybe the best Firestone in the entire Metroplex I've dealt with other auto shops and other locations and I'm always been concerned about receiving the same quality of work and confidence that I had in the location on Overtonridge Blvd Ft Worth TX... Im a 15 yr customer at that location

Made an appointment for some new tires and an oil change. I was showed the different tires and treads he explained them to me and also the ones he would recommend for my car which was very helpful. He told me about the sale they were having and gave me a price comparison on the different tires available. I did end up having to leave my car because they had to get tires from another store. Other than that my experience was great!

I was frustrated that I made an appointment and brought my own name brand oil, filters, belts and hoses and I was told at the store they could not install outside parts. That's garbage!

They wouldn't use the name brand parts that I brought to use on my vehicle. I guess they don't make enough money on the service, they have to jack up the prices of the parts they sell as well. Follow up: I purchased a lifetime alignment for one of my vehicles here. The only reason I returned to this store was to get my vehicle's alignment done. I was told the car needed a cam bolt to allow them to properly set the alignment. They quoted me $70. I told them to go ahead and install the part. When I went back to pick up the car, I was told the total was $268. When I asked why it was so high I was told the labor to install the part was $160. I told the advisor I was quoted $70. He gave me a whooping $23 discount. I'm done with Firestone and Bridgestone. I won't even buy their tires from Discount Tire going forward.

Everything was taken care of quickly. When they have recommendations for work needed they don't pressure you to do it but keep it informative so you can make the best decision.

Went to store to purchase a battery for one of our Honda cars. Spent $273 on the wrong battery they gave us. We realized something was wrong when battery went dead again the next day. It turned out they sold us the wrong type of battery. Took it back and 2 weeks later, after a lot of back and forth with managers and getting the run around, we still have not received our money back. Very frustrating - it’s not right for a business to keep a customer’s money after the business makes a mistake and the customer returns the purchased product . We will need to take legal action if this is not handled properly in the next couple of days. Watch out if you are planning to make a purchase here.

Laylap was amazing. Laylap's customer service skills are the best I've seen in a long time. Laylap took my vehicle in right away and got my vehicle serviced quickly. I was amazed when Laylap thanked me for coming in to her store and asked me to come back for any services I may need in the future. Once again Laylap's the best!

Overall review: meh. They did get my tires replaced, but cosmetically damaged my wheels. So either they don’t have quality tools to mount tires or are just careless with their work.

THEY LIE TO ME.. long story, I was the first cust in line, to replace my tires, the front desk guy told,since you are my first cuts,it will be no longer that 40mns,like 20mns later he come to let me know that they will be checking the brakes(not replaced) and I assumed ok maybe an extra 20mns,but noo an 1hr and 30mns later I had to ask how much longer, because I needed to be at work,and he said so we installed the wrong tires so we have start all over again, but if I didn't ask no one will let me know?? So 2 hrs and 40mns later they had my car ready. It's just ridiculous it went from 40mn to more that 2 hrs. And I'm not saying is a easy job,just lack of communication!!

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! I brought my car in for brake service and was told I didn’t need brake pads even after hearing metal grinding noises. Took it to another shop where I was told I needed both pads and rotors. Mechanic showed me how far they had been worn down all the way to the metal. Firestone should be ashamed for letting people drive around with no brakes. DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE

Dropped by for my state inspection. I was there about a total of 3 hours and comfortably waited inside the front area -- coffee and water were available to me. They kept me apprised of my car -- when it would be up next. All employees were friendly and efficient!!

Now they have a new manager who doesn’t want to honor the price on website because they don’t have that tire anywhere in the state and want to charge me 264.00 dollars more. When they should be honoring the original price and statement they made. I have been informed someone from division will be calling me to rectify the situation this review will stand till they have called

I left this location extremely frustrated today after waiting 4 hours from my booked appointment for an oil change and inspection, only to find out that they had not even touched my vehicle. I cancelled my appointment and would be hard pressed to ever step foot in there again. Unless you have an entire day to waste find another shop.

I made an appointment for 10 to have my oil changed and it took 2 hours. I was sitting there waiting for my car. There were people that arrived after me with no appointment and were serviced before me. 🤬🤬🤬
