Worst experience ever. Our appointment was at 11 am, and rep said the wait would be about an hour. It’s 1:46 pm and we’re still here waiting. The front desk guy was so RUDE, and had the worst attitude. BTW he’s name is Michael. Customer service seriously needs improvement.

First and foremost I let this shop know from the start I needed to travel 5 hours with this vehicle to make it home Brought my car after it broke down due to a constantly draining battery which has never been an issue previously, told them I wanted my alternator changed out to a new one. They said they had to do a mandatory electrical diagnosis which in their words covers "the whole 9 yards", they informed me shortly after the battery was drained which I already knew. I specifically asked them over the phone if they checked the current being delivered to battery from alternator they kept saying " based on our diagnosis we have to replace the battery then go from there " even though I specifically asked if they can just change out the alternator. They said they couldn't but that they would run another electrical diagnosis after replacing the battery. After changing out my battery they said I was good to go and that the vehicle checked out properly . After leaving my vehicle's battery continued to drain during my 5 hour the trip and left me stranded in West Texas several times . Very displeased with this location which seems to only care about getting more money out of their customers

Can’t even do something as simple as replacing fender well cover. They had trouble even getting the cover from Toyota which was partly the dealerships fault, but when they finally did get the part in and go to install it, they realized they hadn’t gotten the hardware for it. Then they couldn’t figure out what hardware to get so they ask US to drive over there and figure it out with Toyota. If you’re not going to do your job why am I even paying you… Don’t go to this location or honestly any Firestones in general. They’ll take your car for joyrides when you’re gone. They’ve blown up multiple of my friends’ engines, one of them a really rare 240SX.

I had an appointment and left my car. Before closing they told me it was ready. When I arrived it was in the exact same place where I left it. They never even looked at it. I had to leave it overnight. The next day it still wasn't ready, and I had to leave it another night. This was all just for an oil change, alignment and check engine light diagnostics. On the 3rd third day, they worked on it until near closing. When I went to get in my car - the door panel, steering wheel, floor, and car seat were smeared with grease. Seats are light tan and cloth. They couldn't get it all cleaned. I was told to return so they can get someone to try to clean it. What an inconvenience this all has been. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate! Not finished yet - when I drove my car out, the alignment was so much worse and another warning light came on. At this point, I am only returning to have my car seat cleaned (if possible) and going to another shop for the rest.

I have used this location multiple times and they have taken excellent care of me and my family each time. They are courteous, professional, and communicative each time you enter the building. This time, there was an issue that had been missed in my last appointment and they addressed it with no questions asked, they apologized for the oversight, and they made my repair a priority. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Took my truck in to get some work done and asked to check tires. Quoted $300 for new tire due to nail in sidewall. Something seemed off about that. Took to PepBoys and they said the nail didn't even puncture. When I called to speak to them about why, Jorge (shop manager) played it off and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. Bad business practice. Watch out if you take your vehicles here.

I have only been here twice and both times it was for new tires, and it would be expected that the new tires would be rotated considering they have a poster up on the front desk that reccomends that the tires are rotated to the back, yet both time they had only replaced the bad tires. Last time they said one of the technicians decided not to. This time it was no different, but one of the tires on this batch has a leak in the valve so it is leaking air and I am now having to worry about fixing it myself. If I'm paying $450+ for new tires to be installed I would expect the tire to at least hold the air so I am able to drive to work. If I hadn't caught it now I would be stuck at home and late to my shift.

Made an appointment, was quoted a wait time of about an hour on the phone and when I got there (on time), still had to wait an hour and a half before they even took my vehicle inside. Honestly not even mad it took a while, just frustrated with the inaccurate time estimates. What's even the point of making an appointment if I'm still going to be late for work?

I wish I could remember his name but the gentleman at the front desk was the most polite I’ve ever had in a car place. The entire team that walked in and out (eventually being 105°) was extremely pleasant with smiles on their face. They showed me the issues, didn’t make me feel pressured to fix the extras and were polite to all the customers who truly didn’t deserve it. Would absolutely make the drive back to this store for any further work.

Just found out that this Firestone is borderline criminal. I’m in the us military and was on assignment abroad when my girlfriend needed breaks for her 2012 Mazda 3. This task should have cost her 550$ for 4 break pads, and labor and the labor should been under 2 hours. It is an incredibly simple task. They quoted her roughly this amount over the phone which I told her was appropriate . Our biggest mistake. When she arrived for the two hour job THEY CHARGED HER 1200$ and took 8 hours. Multiple times she asked for her car to be looked at and was told it would take more time, and that she needed to spend more and more money to get the job done, basically HARASSING her and holding her car HOSTAGE until she got fed up from waiting around and AGREED TO SPEND THE ONLY MONEY MY 4 PERSON FAMILY HAS to make out only car safe to drive! Absolutely despicable! Do not go here and get abused like we did. I’m just sorry my partner was the one who had to deal with their extortion technique. Avoid at all cost!!!

Went in for new rotors and pads, with labor it came to 1600 bucks. Pulling out of the lot the brakes started screaming and van shakes violently when applying brakes. After 2 return trips with terrible customer service my work vehicle is still violently shaking and brakes screaming with the products Firestone installed. The shop now says there’s nothing they can do and I’m stuck paying twice for what was explained to me as a simple in and out procedure. Terrible customer service and still no resolve with the original issue. I should have checked the google reviews first. Follow up. I was informed by my new auto care provider that the wrong pads were installed on the van and pins were not greased when firestone originally swapped them. The wrong parts and lack of grease caused the pads to stay in contact with the rotors when the brake pedal was released. This lack of attention to detail resulted in extreme heat causing the rotors to warp and ruining all the components i bought. Still no resolve and not any of the 1600 dollars i paid has been returned after 3 visits.

Zero Stars if Google would let me. I dropped my car off 10 AM for a SET and Confirmed appointment, meaning what? A huge waste of my damn time. I call at 6:20, 40 minutes till close to find out my car had not even been touched. “Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to get to it because we are short staffed”. I get it I was service industry for 7 years. What they failed to mention was they decided to service others vehicles that WALKED UP to get service, not even an appointment. My friend dropped his car off at 4:30 and got his car right before close. This is the second time that I’ve had the same issue with these folks. So which one is it? How you’ll make this situation right is beyond me but seriously this is ridiculous.

First visit I was not impressed at all. Quoted the wrong parts that needed to be replaced & I had to do the work myself because their pricing was way to high for parts & labor. They are a very busy shop to not have enough employees on hand to take care of the business they inquire. I will continue to go back because of good customer service & and they work hard to help each customer with their needs.

I understand that the tire replacement process and alignment takes some time but on the website it says that it shouldn’t take more than an hour. If I scheduled my appointment for 7:00am they should start working on my car right away not at 7:40am. I know they needed to move some cars and stuff like that but as I said, if you know that someone scheduled an appointment for 7:00am ONLINE you should do that before the person arrives that’s the reason why you have appointments available since 7:00am. It’s 9:03am and the service has not been completed. They’ve been chatting since I got here. TIME is important for everyone and that should be respected. Due to this situation I’m running late for the rest of my other commitments today. Also, they were trying to charge me more for the service that I scheduled online and he said that he doesn’t know why it was providing me a different price online. He tried to charge me some fees that were clearly showing up as FREE online. Online price was granted. Make sure that you take screenshots when you schedule an appointment online or pay for the service before.

They are too expensive, i had an appoitment on friday at 3pm for AC freon recharge, i explained them that the condercer was replaced so a vacuum and freon charged was needed, i arrived around 3:16pm on Friday 26th, the guy at reception took my keys went to the car after 5 minutes he came back, and said that the price for vacuum and freon recharge would be $750, i was quoted in other shopes between 180-250, so i tought the price range would be similar or a little bit more but the difference between prices 250-750 is too much, $500 more than other shops, i googled other shops near by i called and went to a hop 1 mile away and they did the freon vacum and recharge for $188, i saved $562, i'm glad i didn't go to that place for a major repair. $750 for freon and vacuum is too expensive, something is wrong here.

WOW! Team cherry lane got me in and out in less than an hour. I had my family with me in my car, and was able to get my battery replaced, while them honoring my warranty. Coming from out of town was stressful, but store manager Jorge was empathetic enough to help me out. Amazing team!!! 10/10, especially in this Texas heat.
