Not long ago, a large piece of my car's undercarriage was hanging down and dragging on the street. Took my car to Firestone on Bridgewood Dr. They fixed it, did a great job, and in a reasonable amount of time. And since it was an easy repair, requiring only a few small parts, they didn't even charge me for it. I've taken my car there many times over the years and they have always done a great job at a fair price, and in reasonable time. Many thanks to you guys at Firestone on Bridgewood Dr.

Dropped off my fleet vehicle for oil change, tire rotation and state inspection on a Monday that took 3.5 days. Firestone never called, texted or emailed me on updates or issues and I had to call them to get updates. On final morning Thursday of being without my work truck they said it was PENDING an air filter but everything else was done. I told them to close it down and have it ready so I can go to work, however I arrived and they never did state inspection making me wait longer. Never going back. Poor communication and service.

I have went to do my alignment and they offered me Life time alignment for that particular vehicle at 225$ . first time they did awesome job. I took it frequently but not sure after they did or not . Recently I had to changed all my tyre because off outside and tyre thread can be visible. I didn't my first oil change too, last month and now my car is burning more gas. I'm not able to figure out. Is because of gas quality or something else.

Not only is it in a convenient location close to my home, but JT and Davion are two of the most courteous, knowledgeable and professional staff members I have encountered. They provided updates, suggestions for my vehicle maintenance without being pushy, and Davion took time to show me the “ before “ as well as the “after” pictures and explained what he did to correct the issue. Very impressive young men!

I had a great experience at 1001 Bridgewood, Fort Worth, TX 76112. J.T. and Robert were very honest in explaining everything to me regarding my repair!!! In fact, I was impressed with the entire Team! They really work together to take care of the customer! I highly recommend them.

Got power steering pump replaced about a month ago. Cost me $700. And now I come back because I have another leak, that in my opinion should’ve been noticed when the pump was replaced, but fine it happens. So I get the power steering pressure switch replaced, A $40 part, they charge me $230 which I get labor costs and all but it still stings. And then they tell me oh we found another leak in the power steering system. It sounds like they aren’t doing a proper diagnostic and are just part swapping on me hoping it fixes the problem. Because how was this leak not identified when they identified the pressure switch leak. I feel like they either just flat out are not very good at their job or they are trying to take advantage of me by continuing to have these part replacements come up out of no where. The ladies up front that I have dealt with have been phenomenal but my gripe lies with the service provided. Not happy about being $1000 into the power steering and it not being fixed.

My experience was not good, holding to a vehicle and taking longer time for being a company vehicle for any service including oil change and other maintenance.

On 9/20/2024 at 2:15pm went to Firestone to get state inspection on my truck, J.T Perkins was the man that took my information I have my proof of insurance on my phone it was sent to me via text message, he said can I see that can I touch your screen? I said yes because he need it to zoom in to be able to read it, when he handed me my phone he had turned on my WiFi, Bluetooth and he was on my contacts list that's what was on the screen when he gave me my phone back, that is what made me look at what else he had done, it was a young female in the waiting area that acted very suspicious she had been sitting across from me when he handed me my phone she came to sit next to me, I cleared my memory because I noticed apps running that I don't have on my phone and they kept popping up and I kept closing them, the female was very intense wherever she was doing on her phone. I decide to turn my phone off and immediately she put her phone down. I wish business didn't ask for your email address because scammers can do a lot just with your Email address that man is redhead with a beard. Unfortunately I don't have a way to prove that this happened even if a took a screen shot of how he hand me phone. But I put my name on that this happened to me

Firestone won’t mount or balance new tires unless they are their own product. Don’t waste time if you’re not buying tires there.

I was a bit hesitant to go to this location because of the reviews I read but I was in that area and decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did because I was in and out in a little over an hour. The guy at the front desk (Gary) was extremely nice and especially attentive to customers walking into the door. He greeted everyone with a smile and a positive attitude. He made sure everyone knew that he was handling things by himself but he would get to them as soon as possible and in the order we came in. Excellent customer service! Something you really don't see or experience very often. I love when I get to write a positive review. Awesome Job!!!

Wow this place has went downhill. Customer service- non existent. A smile and a good morning would be nice. I understand it's early no one wants to see customers that early but at least fake it. Then, I stand there for about five minutes twiddling my thumbs waiting on guy to finish acting like he's doing something. This is the second time I have walked out. First time, he seemed like he had an attitude. This time seems like he was trying to do everything else but tend to my concerns. Idk what I have done to warrant such behavior. Good morning was all that I said. Took my car to the one in Hurst on Melbourne. Total difference!

I made an online appointment for 3pm, they had openings until 5pm, I get a call back immediately saying that I need to bring my car in at 1pm bc the guy leaves at 4pm.... First, why have an open schedule if you dont have anyone there to help, and second, if he leaves at 4pm why do I need to bring my car in 3 hours early when all I asked was to check my freon and fuse?!?!?! I clarified with the women on the phone that it would take more than an hour to check freon and a fuse?!?!?! She sat there silent, I also asked why there are appointments if no one is available to work and she blamed corporate, so corporate, can you look into that? This is not a customer service place, she sat in silence as I asked questions to clarify with no actual help other than, you can come early or another day, and as I stated to her I wanted to take my car that I knew I wouldn't get screwed but instead, they just dont care. I will tell everyone I know never to use this place!! PISS POOR PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont really care if they help you or not! Freon is too much of a problem to check in an hour!! hahahahaha thats sad!!
