I went to a store for an oil change and to address my truck shaking. I was told I could be fit in, so I agreed. After an hour of waiting, I checked in with Joe, the store manager, to ask how much longer it would take. He told me a couple of hours. I explained that I couldn’t wait that long and would come back later. Suddenly, an employee started working on my vehicle right away, which made me wonder why this hadn’t happened sooner. After the inspection, I was told I needed an alignment and new tires. What was supposed to be a quick service turned into a 5-hour ordeal. Despite having limited time, I was stuck at the store much longer than anticipated. I had to explain to my job why I was later than expected and use PTO to cover the extra time.Finally, I got my truck back. However, a quarter of the way home, in traffic, several service lights came on. I called Joe, who said it just needed to be reset. After waiting another 45 minutes, I was told the wheel had been installed incorrectly. This additional delay was not only a safety hazard, but forced me to pay for extra dog boarding and miss my personal training session. I filed a complaint with customer service but didn’t get a response the next day. When I followed up, I was told my complaint ticket had been canceled. This experience was terrible, and Firestone’s disregard for customers was clear. It seemed like they were more focused on taking money than providing good service.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The representative that works here named Joe is HORRIBLE. He is terrible at his job. I called yesterday to make an appointment and told them that I had a nail in one tire, but was also interested in getting some tires replaced. I made an appointment and they told me that it would only take AN HOUR AND A HALF. I arrive to my appointment today 15 minutes early. I arrived at 10:15 am for a 10:30 am appointment. I told Joe again when I checked in that I had a nail in my tire and might need to get others replaced. He looked at my car and said that the tread on my front two tires looked low. I said that I would like to get them replaced. AFTER TWO HOURS, he tells me that the mechanic noted that I needed to get 3 tires replaced. I said that was fine. He then told me THAT THEY DON'T HAVE MY TIRES AVAILABLE. WHY DIDN'T YOU CHECK THAT YOU HAD THESE IN THE BEGINNING WHEN I TOLD YOU I WAS GOING TO GET NEW TIRES???????? He tells me that I have to come back tomorrow. I can't come back tomorrow because the belt is ruined on one of my tires and I can't drive away on it. I have already been waiting for 2 hours at this point. Joe then tells me that he can get my tires delivered in 45 minutes. GREAT! I agree to this. He tells me the price. I agree to it. He makes the call and they're ordered. TWO MORE HOURS GO BY and I ask him if my tires are here yet and he is rude and states that it hasn't been two hours. I have the time stamps on my phone and tell him that it's been TWO HOURS. He then calls the delivery service and says that they're on their way and are 30 minutes away. He then tells me that "the driver is held up and it's going to be an hour." He very rudely says "do you want their number so you can have someone else to yell at?" and I say "yes" and then he refuses to give me anyone else's number. At this point, I have been here for 4 hours EVEN THOUGH I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND TOLD THEM I WANTED NEW TIRES. THAT WAS THE REASON WHY I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. He kept belittling me and asking if I was okay and saying "I hope you have a better day." JOE YOU ARE THE REASON WHY I AM HAVING A BAD DAY. I had to continuously remind you to do your job throughout this entire process. YOU SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!! Finally at 3:30pm after being here since 10:15am, my tires were replaced on my car. THIS WAS A RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I had a blowout early December and just happen to be able to pull over off the highway into Firestone & they were barely open but able to get me 2 fresh tires quickly. I came back a month later for the other 2 tires along with an oil change and the same worker was there who helped me the first time. They took great care of my car!

I feel compelled to write a review several months late, but better late than never. The customer service here is superior. There is a lady that works there, whose name I shamefully cannot remember at the moment, even though she definitely knows my name. Yanis, maybe? Anyways, she runs the desk and seems to run the place as a manager, but what do I know. All I know is that she takes wonderful care of me and my daughter when we come in. She kept us safe one time whenever another client came in that was clearly inebriated, creepy, and invasive. Due to her gentle nature, and going above and beyond to keep us safe, we will always return to this location so long as she’s employed. She’s an angel and she makes sure my vehicle is handled efficiently. I have zero complaints about the quality of the service. Thank you again.

I brought my car in at opening and they were supposed to do a check to see why my car was leaking coolant.They kept my car from opening to close to just reset the lights for them to come on less than a day laterThey told me that they weren’t able to see a leak But they didn’t know that the reservoir was not holding anything.One thing they did was about every three hours and told me that they did not get to my carThey did tell me that my car my gas went down.I was without a car all day to have nothing accomplished If you’re not going for a basic tire rotation, oil change or getting light maintenance fixed, I would advise you just go straight to the dealership and save yourself money

This location is not representative of the Firestone I’m accustomed too unfortunately!! They try to up sale you everything, but thankfully I’m very experienced with Mechanical work and wasn’t interested along with Tech leaving grease hand prints on interior & exterior of my Car. The list goes on & on, but will certainly stay clear of this location in the future and highly recommend everyone do the same especially individuals not familiar with Auto repairs or risk being Financially taken advantage of and replacing parts unnecessarily!

They really helped us out on our trip from Colorado. Our tire blew, and they were able to check and assess the damage. We got a new tire, and she even gave us a good deal. Older gentlemen who spoke Spanish were able to show me the damage and put my mind at ease. Thanks again. Your guys were awesome today and we are back on the road.

Made an appointment and my car didn’t begin to be serviced until an hour and a half later. I can in due to AC issues and it took them an extra hour in a half to do a diagnostic, they stated I need a whole new AC SYSTEM/Kit. When i told him I put in a compressor 2 yrs ago he then said they didn’t do a full diagnostic so it may be something else. Wasted 3 hours. Wont be back

The young lady on duty was very helpful in getting us a new tire 15 minutes before they were to close.They were a life saver. We had a flat then t3ied to put the spare on and that was flat so AAA towed is to there location

DON'T GO THERE! This is the worst place to take your car. I took mine in, and they just wanted to take my money. Another mechanic told me my car was fine. This place is terrible—they're just out to rip you off. Jarreth Cruz, one of the workers, tried to take advantage of the fact that I'm a woman, assuming I don't know anything about cars. Avoid this place at all costs! They charge $25 for state inspection when it usually costs close to $14-$17 SCAMM PLACE

I felt that the staff didn't really try hard to look at my mechanic issues, thy tried to sell me other parts that didn't go with the issues. My truck has a water leak, that the guys couldn't tell me exactly where it was. Instead try to sell me spark plugs an oil change.

I got a flat tire on the highway and called and talked with Joe who was extremely helpful! Asked for my size of tires called me back to let me know that they had the tires. Once my tow truck dropped the car off I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. Such a huge relief since I was visiting from out of town and was on a schedule. Highly highly recommend! Joe and Tae took great care of me!

Dropped off a company truck here Thursday the 18th with a damaged fuel tank. They initially said 3 days for delivery as it was coming from the dealership. Delays happen, but it is now Friday the 26th They still have not recieved the part. And more importantly, I have gps on this vehicle and one of their services techs was driving my vehicle this morning with a damaged fuel tank to taco cabana and a vape shop. Call the shop and spoke with manager, he agreed it was unacceptable, but did not really offer any solutions to the matter.

My wife had a 10:00 appointment to get her inspection done. She waited over 2 hours for 1 hour ordeal. The tech that did the inspection said that our vehicle needed an oil change, yet had he have look he would have seen that the oil was recently done.

Waisted my time!! Came here yesterday to drop off for an alignment job was told I would be the next in line 5 hrs later was told two ppl went in front since they had appointment... well why dint they say that to begin whit!.. terrible customer service on their part.

Your salesman actually found me the best deals on tires and was very thorough in my conversation with him about what I wanted and saved me a lot of money which allowed me to spend more money. Not only did they do the repairs necessary but he also gave good recommendations and was very polite. I have never had the experience that I received from Firestone in any other automotive technician facility. I would highly recommend this location in this store because their employees are very thorough and very helpful and I build trucks so to have someone actually take the time to look up the best deals available in store is really impressive.

Didn't alignment as told , waited 2 hours then didn't tell me anything Didn't even know I was waiting, Not happy with Brian !!! Just lazy !!! Life time warranty is a joke !!! Service No Good !!!

I stopped by right before they were closing up on a Sunday afternoon to have them take a look at my one of my tires that was leaking. They found a nail and offered to patch it up - in less than 30 minutes I was back on the road again with their help. Will absolutely be back back the next time I have any tire issues. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my vehicle!
