Muy mala experiencia con el servicio y atención al cliente. Llegué a las 4:30 pm para hacer el cambio de aceite a mi carro. Los muchachos de afuera fueron muy amables. Llegué preguntando si podían hacerme el cambio de aceite y me dijeron que con gusto me atenderían. Sin embargo, al entrar al mostrador para pagar el servicio, un señor llamado Richard Gonzalez me informó que no podían atenderme porque la tienda cerraba a las 5, y no le daría tiempo ya que cerraban puntualmente. Como clienta, no me pareció profesional ni aceptable que llegues media hora antes del cierre y, simplemente porque desean irse a las 5, no te atiendan. Llegué antes del horario de cierre y considero que tengo el derecho de ser atendida ya que estaba dentro del horario de trabajo. Este señor tuvo una pésima atención al cliente; fue rudo y se negó a atenderme a pesar de que la tienda aún estaba abierta. En ningún lugar deberían rechazar atender al público antes del cierre. Salí sin mi cambio de aceite y muy disgustada. Very bad experience with the service and customer service. I arrived at 4:30 pm to get an oil change for my car. The guys outside were very friendly. I asked if they could do an oil change for me, and they said they would be happy to help. However, when I went inside to the front desk to pay for the service, a man named Richard Gonzalez told me they couldn’t assist me because the store closed at 5 and they wouldn’t have enough time since they close promptly. As a customer, I found it unprofessional and unacceptable that you arrive half an hour before closing and, simply because they want to leave by 5, they refuse to serve you. I arrived before the store’s closing time and believe I have the right to be attended to since I was there during business hours. This man had terrible customer service, was rude, and refused to assist me even though the store was still open. No establishment should refuse to serve customers before their closing time. I left without my oil change and very upset.

Overpriced as hell. I was charged $423 for a battery and an oil change. I could have gotten that cheaper anywhere else. I had no choice because I was on a time crunch but I’m never going to Firestone again. I’m glad you guys enjoyed the paycheck I gave you. $120 for an oil change. That’s a joke. It costs $70 anywhere else

Services here are great I came in for basic maintenance got it done quick came next day I got a nail in the tire they were awesome got the job done quickly didn’t have me waiting around!! They are nice and welcoming I will continue to return I wish I would have caught the 2 guys names however one has a long beard bald the other one wears glasses both Hispanic and are great people Thank you

No se cómo será su servicio en persona, pero el viernes, al salir de mi trabajo casi a las cinco, noté que tenía una goma ponchada. Estaba a cinco cuadras de ellos y los llamé. Me dijeron que si llegaba a tiempo me atenderían, le expliqué mi situación y que estaba a cinco cuadras de allí que me esperaran, y su respuesta fue que en ese tiempo podían llegar 3 o 4 carros, por lo que no podían garantizarme nada. Con esos truenos, quien duerme?! Busqué en Google maps y encontré unos chicos en la 4 del east y la 41 en Hialeah. Los llamé y me dijeron, señora, venga tranquila, la esperamos. Y así mismo fue! Calidad, buena atención y precio módico, por eso a ellos le di 5 estrellas, a estos, una porque no hay menos!!! Aprendan a trabajar con público!!!

Don’t even bother with this shop, totally useless. I’ve stopped-by a few times this past year because they happen to be very close to my home, and there’s NEVER a mechanic (specialist) available to help with my particular issue. It doesn’t matter what day or time of the week, there’s NEVER a mechanic available to help me. Every time I go, I’m always told that to resolve my issue I have to return on a certain day because that’s when the mechanic is available. Meanwhile, every other shop in Hialeah is fully staffed & able to help on any given day. Whoever handles scheduling & staffing needs at this shop ought to be FIRED!

I just love this location! I get to drop off my truck, go to the mall and shop, all while my truck gets her tender love and care. It’s also always a pleasure to have Richard as my service advisor, he’s the best!

I think the only problem at this facility is the cleanliness of the place , waiting room chairs not comfortable at all, and not clean .. Customer service was great though, buy it does need a bit of cleaning or at least look cleaner, and more comfortable chairs, specially if the waiting is over an hour...

The person in the front has gotten progressively more aggressive over the years. After spending $10k over the past 5 years at this location I can tell you just choose somewhere else. I came in for a balance with tired less than a year (12k miles) I bought here, whatever warranty they sell you they WILL deny it by saying something obscure like the tire is too worn. I can clearly see my tires aren’t worn, he was rude and basically implied he wasn’t going to do anything for me. Honestly paying a premium is ludicrous when locations treat customers like this. You lost a recurrent customer just because of the angry old man in the front.

Called the day prior to schedule an appointment...advised my 7am request was accepted by Chris Service Manager Arrived at location..business promptly opened at schedule time. Chris - Service Manager pulled my record advised I would be taken careof shortly. Timeframe and close out was done in an appropriate timeframe. One FLAW...I had wipers installed as part of a recommended services and upon needing to use this morning..wiper not installed properly on passenger side ...arm came called ..called Firestone and spoke with Christian - Store Manager ...he apologized and asked me to bring vehicle in and arm would be correctly installed.

In September 2022, I had four new tires put on my 1997 4Runner at this shop. That day, they damaged the driver’s side door key lock. I didn't go back to complain; I fixed it myself. After much thought, I returned to this shop recently, on August 8, 2024, to use the warranty to rotate the tires and align the steering. That day, they lifted the car by the side steps, which they deformed, bent, and displaced. What mechanic in the world lifts an old car by the side steps? I didn't realize it until several days later. Based on the experiences of other customers who have left reviews here, I decided not to go back and complain, as it would be a waste of my time. Instead, I will dedicate myself to calling all the radio stations in Miami that have open mics and talk about this, so potentials locals customers do not visit this shop. I will also file complaints with consumer protection departments as well as the Better Business Bureau. I recommend to anyone thinking of going to this shop to replace their tires not to do it and never have any mechanical work done on your car at this place. Read other people's reviews here to see the atrocities these inept individuals do to their vehicles. This shop should find real mechanics to stop ruining the reputation of this brand. If I could, I would give it zero stars
