I own a CLA 250. I went yesterday and was quoted $315 a pop for Turanzas 95H. They said to come back later. I couldn’t, so I sent my little brother the next day. Oscar—without knowing a ticket had already been created—quoted my little brother $815 a pop for the same tires. When I got on the phone he tried to play it off and offer a discount. Oscar, you LOST A CLIENT all you had to do was service because you tried to pull one over my little brother. You lost credibility trying to make an extra buck. Next time, do the right thing.

The manager was very helpful and courteous. I went in for a flat repair. He took the time to show me and explain to me why a repair was not recommended but a tire replacement and that made me feel very comfortable. The wait time was reasonable just under one hour. He did not practice intimidation or the fear factor in order to get me to buy unnecessary services and that helps me trust taking my vehicle to the Miami Lakes Firestone. I highly recommend this Firestone location. 👍👍

Just left. Went for an oil change. There are about 5 lanes. Each one occupied with the same cars as when I arrived. (I waited about 45 minutes) I counted 4 mechanics. All of them sitting down when I got there. All of them sitting down when I left. (Don’t even try to argue with me on this, as I sat across from them on the curb watching) Asked for my keys before letting the front desk guy with the long hair know those guys were just sitting around. Instead of taking initiative and getting those guys to do their job, he went and just handed me the keys. No apology. I’m next door at Jiffy Lube 3 minutes later getting attended to. You guys need to do better.

This Firestone has always been a great place to service your car. They only recommend things to your car that are needed but don't bully you into getting it. Prices are competitive and they try to get you in and out as quickly as possible, but they can get busy.

I Had an appoitment at 9:00 AM .to buy 4 new tires .as soom arrived they could find me even that I have the confirmation on the app .at that time they order the tires .I had to spend all morning waiting for the tires to come.then whats the purpose of make appointment .?also there a diferent on the price that if on the app .even that said out of the door price.etc . Also Cx service terrible .I never ever come back there.

Called to see if anything was available for a brake inspection and possible splash cover repair. Was told there was availability and to come in. Arrived within 10 minutes of the call and saw that the shop was full. I asked about an estimated wait time and was told about one hour and a half. I left and called at the hour and a half for an update and was told the car was going to be brought inside now. Waited another one hour and a half. Showed up to the shop after 3 hours of waiting, and the car was still parked in the same stop I left it and was never brought in. I decided to leave and take business elsewhere. There needs to be better communication with customers. If they are busy, I can understand; however, If one calls to check if anything is available and is told to come on in, and 3 hours later the car is not even brought inside, then something is not working right at this Firestone.

At first the phone call prior to arriving seemed professional, but inaccurate quotes… inaccurate wait times, miscommunication as i wait in line for someone to tend the desk… and not to mention the direst bathroom yet with not even a drop left of soap & poopy stains. I get it, it’s a shop what do we expect but why should we settle for that when the possibilities could be endless if we actually cared for society.

If you want to lose your time come for an oil change will be for 8 hour wait! Totally bad service. They say 2 hours but after 5 my car was in the same place parking since 8:00 am. Also kind of expensive. At least do a nice job if you want to charge that money. Horrible.

No recomiendo a nadie que venga a hacer nada en este lugar, el servicio es muy malo y extremadamente demorado . Tampoco recomiendo que paguen ninguna membership para ningún servicio te cobran y después para obtener una cita tienes que esperar más de una semana cuando llegas el día y la hora de la cita te tienen esperando hasta 4 o 5 horas para atenderte , no respetan hora de cita ni nada, durante mi estancia vi varios clientes quejándose de el pésimo servicio y de la demora extrema. En fin si quieren evitarse dolores de cabezas no vengan a hacer nada a este lugar I do not recommend anyone to come to this place to do anything, Very bad service, horrible delay, you have an appointment for 10 am and they serve you at 2 in the afternoon, they prioritize your interests, I pay a membership to align the tires of my car and first The appointment is given for a week and when I arrive you spend the day expecting to be attended to. The service is very bad, the employees do not respond when you complain to them, I do not recommend at all that anyone ever comes to this place

A simple appointment at 10 am for an oil change will be for 6 hour wait! Totally bad service, think twice before deciding to wait for your car to be ready. Their schedule on how the service cars is very screwed up.

El servicio aquí es terrible. Llevé mi carro hoy en la mañana para reparar un ponche. Me dijeron que lo revisarían y que podrían tardar 3 horas. Decidí irme y volver más tarde y fue la peor decisión. Nunca me llamaron y cuando volví por mi carro me dijeron que el mecánico se había ido y que no lo habían revisado. Al preguntar por qué no me habían llamado para avisar de la demora el joven que nos atendió repetía que él no sabía que el mecánico no estaba, y que su trabajo no era ese. Finalmente otro mecánico revisó el carro y me comunicó a esa hora que el daño no era reparable. Por lo que tuve que irme casi a las 7:00pm a buscar otro sitio que me vendiera la goma que requiere mi carro porque ellos no la tenían.

Please avoid this shop if you can. The service here is horrible, they lack communication and people skills. I had an appointment scheduled for 7am, for an alignment service. I was told two different things by two of the guys working, regarding having an appointment and the estimated wait time. My car became ready for pick up at 5pm. I am highly disappointed with the service received here today. After addressing my concerns, I was advised that I should have said something 10 minutes prior and they are not “Obligated” to waive the unnecessary fees that they overcharged me. This shop seems to only care about the money and not the customers. I will not be returning to the location again.

I recently had a frustrating experience at an auto shop where the service expectations weren't clearly communicated. While I appreciate their caution, I wish this had been communicated earlier when I called to inquire about pricing. It resulted in wasted time for me, waiting and ultimately leaving my car. It's important for auto shops to train their staff to set clear expectations with customers regarding their repair processes. For those considering similar services, I recommend going directly to a dealership , as it can save time and prevent potential issues with the vehicle's computer system. Though it may be pricier, it ensures a smoother process and avoids the hassle .

I dont have appointment but they still let me check the car, it pretty long wait ( about 3 hour) to get my turn but finally they said the main engineer for checking system not available until Friday and they said I need to come again later. But still better than not checking the car, vote 5 star !

Estoy insatisfecho con lo que me ocurrió les cuento ,mi esposa llevo su carro para un cambio de aceite y en el lugar le detectaron que las gomas estaban gastas y listas para cambiar ,llegamos a un acuerdo y le hicimos el cambio de aceite y el cambio de las cuatro gomas ,luego de pasado 4 horas y 30 minutos nos llaman para recoger el carro y yo voy personal mente ,cuando reviso el trabajo los rines estaban todo sucios de grasa y rallados por diferentes partes ,cuando les reclamo por tan poco profesionalismo me responde un mecánico alegando que todo eran contenasos y rayones es por el dueño salí tan molesto con semejante excusa ante el mal trabajo ,soy cliente de ellos de ase unos cuantos años asta hoy NO LOS RECOMIENDO La ausencia de profesionalismo y seriedad abunda

William and Joel helped me literally an hour before closing. I had 2 slashed tired and they did come through for me and got me a real good deal for 2 brand new tires. Keep up the good work guys!
