I have been going to this location for many years, and it was an excellent place to go while Francisco, Patrick, and CJ were there; after I found out that the entire team had changed, I decided to give them an opportunity, but after being there twice in the last 30 days, I am disappointed. This place has gone down. Carlos is the worst when talking to customers; he cuts you off and does not allow you to ask questions. When I wanted explanations about all the recommendations, his reply was rude and unprofessional; his encounter with another customer was the same: he raised his voice at another customer while the customer was trying to explain the issue. Luna is a great tech and has good customer service, but I hate to say that I won't go back to this location. Please go to another location, I don't recommend this one even though it was the best for many years. The new management does not care about the customers.

I worked with Calisha and OMG what great customer service!! She was very inviting and answered all of my questions and concerns. Knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone and I will be back. A great team here but Calisha is top-notch!!

I was there to get a maintenance for my truck , I'm not happy at all , with appointment ,I wait for almost 3 hrs for the job to be done poor service ever ,,, SO THAT, RIGHT JOB , RIGHT PRICE, RIGHT TIME , it's wrong nothing good at all price to hi etc else 🤨🤨🤨🤨☹️☹️☹️☹️

The processs of finding a good mechanic is the same as finding a good barber or good doctor. You just have to try things out until you find the right one. Firestone unfortunately didn't work out for me. Again, it didn't work out for me but it may workout with someone else to be fair. I took two vehicles to them in less than 2 months. Spent $1500 basically for them to experiment and I still have the same problem. They want more money to experiment again. The saying goes fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me...i won't have anymore services done there. Seems like they are textbook. They go strictly off what the diagnostic machine reports instead of having the experience to diagnose things off the readings. If you're looking for convenience and a good name... go there. But if youre looking for what a good shade tree mechanic would do for you this is not the place. Customer service was really good and the place was clean but it stops about there. Lesson learned

This is my second time here; the technician’s are very nice welcoming and helpful. I was helped by Patrick J.; he was very informative and sweet in helping me with my car repairs. Love this location.

First time at a Firestone; I went because my car's alternator drained my battery and I needed both replaces - on a Sunday (all other shops were closed). Patrick was very helpful on Sunday when I dropped off the car and on Monday, when I picked it up. He called me and notified me about the status of my car's maintenance needs, and he sent updated repair lists straight to my email. He was courteous and kind, I felt welcomed by him. The inspection and repairs were a bit pricey, which was the only downside. Overall, I'm thankful for Patrick and the other mechanics who took care of me when I was in a pinch! Edit: Turns out that the mechanics missed an issue with my car and didn't repair it properly; had to take it in to another shop.

If I could give them a NEGATIVE, I would. I was told that I needed to make an appointment for service, but can only make it from Monday-Thursday. I asked if I can bring it in on Saturday & was told no because they are very busy on Fridays and Saturdays. So, I wanted to be clear about it so I asked can I come and wait on Saturday morning for service and he told me no. So, since I work during your business hours M-Thurs and can't make an appointment on Friday or Saturday..how are you servicing vehicles. I asked to speak with the Manager & he stated he was, so I asked for Corporate information & he hung up in my face..I heard about Firestone, but didn't believe it..experienced it first hand!!! No appreciate for customers!!

I’m beyond thankful that I stumbled upon this Firestone location. My A/C wasn’t working and the store was due to close in 30 mins. The Manager Patrick still serviced my car despite him needing to go home. The mechanics were thorough with fixing my A/C. Thanks again!!!

My experience at this location was phenomenal. The manager Francisco Flores definitely left an impact. I went to the little York location and was told it would be a 3 hour wait and it just so happens that Francisco was at the location picking up tires. He told me I could come to his store and he would take care of me. I arrived at his store and was greeted and helped immediately. Francisco came from the back and personally asked for my keys to change the tire on my vehicle. He inspected the vehicle and saw that other tires needed to be changed as it was a safety hazard so took it upon his-self to also change those tires as well. The process was expedited and I was comfortable in the waiting area. The staff was friendly the entire time. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Always a great location to go to. They always answer my questions accurately and efficiently. They are considerate of the time frame I have , if I come in last min. & let me know if they will be able to accommodate me or not. Patrick makes sure the whole process is smooth sailing. I believe the other guy I work with as well name is Francisco ?,but overall, All of the workers are great . Definitely would recommend!

I Arrived at 7:30 am and the place had 3 people on site and told me it would be 30 minutes before they could get to me , I went to a 1 person independently owned and he got to the car immediately. I think these style of business are on their way out of the market. Someone said these places are for American women!

Tried to sell me wipers when i just bought new ones the day previous, tried to tell me a battery i just bought was half charged. The labor they wanted to charge me was $957 on parts that were$1500. I just had a high mileage oil change&tried to tell me that they had to top off my fluids. I made an appointment online but silly me thinking that when you make an appointment you will be actually seen at that time... I didnt get out of there until a lil after 2 pm when my appointment was@11am all for them to try and overcharge me&they had to do their diagnostic when i had the printout diagnostic from autozone that they did for free however they wanted to charge me$116 for that but they halfed it for me cuz i sqawked about how outrageous this all was. Also their computer was down to do state inspections which was what i thought i said multiple times but then lead me along&last minute tell me that it's not working... Then maybe don't advertise that you do that if it's not working so save people stress+time+money from your crooked enterprise.
