I’ve been using Firestone for over 10 years and this location is probably my only negative experience. Front desk is fine, and the quality of the work was fine. I even trusted their diagnosis on other work. The main problem is the wait time. Normally I’m OK with waiting but I saw technicians on their phone in the shop. Using their phones while using machines. Taking a nap then waking up to get on their phones. That’s where I have a problem with waiting. I don’t have a problem with Firestone but this location is not good. Save yourself a few hours and go somewhere else.

My car was making noise but driving ok after I got it check to see what’s the problem and now the car don’t want to stay crank the an auto store around the corner from them say they also wouldn’t recommend nobody to this location

New manager April is a breath of fresh air! Most repair shops are aggressive or condescending but April was very respectful and polite, laid my options out for me and let me decide what I wanted to do. Her team got me out within the estimated completion time and everything was perfect. I will recommend all my friends and family to come here if they want quality service! Thank you April!

New management has really turned this place around. Service is great, I now trust the workers and this team. Thank you because the previous management lost my business but now I’m back and I’ve been back several times since the new manager took over. Justin you’re doing a great job!!

A little annoyed that I made an appointment at 8 o’clock arrived at 8:03 and it wasn’t until 948 that they were able to take my car in on the lift for an alignment. The whole purpose of me making an appointment was to have my car service at 8 o’clock hopefully out by nine if I wanted to sit there and wait for two hours I could’ve just dropped my car off at a day that was a little bit more convenient for me and picked it up later. I had some place to go, so I just told them I’d take my car and come back another time when it’s more feasible for me to just drop it off when I don’t necessarily need my vehicle for a several hours.

I've used this Firestone for almost 2 years for every oil change, tire balance and lifetime alignment, among other services. At first, I would justify the mis-alignments and bad tire balances as simple mistakes, and take time out to go to a different Firestone for correction. However a pattern developed of worsening service, in that, the tire balances and alignments continually were off. The last alignment seemed designed to destroy my tires, or shake my truck apart. Again, I took it to a different location for remedy, but this time the damage had been done. Be warned, this location apparently wants to drum up business by destroying your tires and shaking your car apart.
