Got there at 6:05, manager said he closes in 15 minutes, I said it says 7 online and he replied he knows but he is understaffed and proceeded to lower the bay doors as fast as he could.

Fui cambie una llanta e hice la alineación 6 horas y 30 minutos por hacer ese trabajo aparte que perdieron el candado de mis llantas y nadie se hace cargo, ahora me dan la solución que vaya y cambiaran el candado como que si uno tuviese el tiempo para ir a perder el día a lo único que regresaré el a que me cambien mi candado porque el sensor precisamente esa llanta que cambien ya no funciona hoy necesito arreglar ese problema pero sin candado como quito la llanta... frustrada y decepcionada 👎 ***Actualización** Ayer vine a dejar mi carro como a las 3:40 pm para que me le cambiaran el candado que ellos perdieron regrese a recogerlo a las 7 pm porque nunca me llamaron y Oh sorpresa lo encontré estacionado en el mismo lugar donde lo dejé, no le hicieron nada malditos desgraciados, ahora regrese porque tienen que resolverme ese problema no puedo ni cambiar mi llanta porque perdieron el candado y ellos tienen la culpa y me salen que son 3 horas de espera pero juro que no vuelvo a regresar a este maldito lugar basura después de esto.

Front desk staff is extremely terrible at customer service. I was helped by Michael Jimenez. I needed brake inspection and service he mentioned that it will take 5-7 hrs to do the job and gave me the worst customer service.

To other customers: give yourself at least 3 hours if youve made an appointment. Also not really worth it to arrive on time, much less early as I arrived on time and wasn’t seen for an hour. Afterwards, I WAS TOLD FIRESTONE NO LONGER PROVIDES A SPEC REPORT? I called another Firestone to see if this was true across the board, and no- a report is customary at other locations. If you want documentation, don’t come here. To Firestone: take the suggestion others have made and communicate the wait time to manage customer expectations. If you are not providing a spec report (which is the whole point), then say so on your website or at the very least before the service. Limiting consistent frustrations can be prevented with the cool c word: communication. Backstory: I hate writing bad reviews as I wanted this to be my firestone, but wish I had read these reviews before making my alignment appointment. The term “appointment” is loose here. As others have also experienced, I arrived on time for my 10am appointment. I watched my car sit in the parking lot for an hour before asking at 11am when I’d be seen. “You’ll be seen after the 9am appointment is finished.” Yes, I understand that is how a queue works. My question is: what’s the point of scheduling an appointment for a certain time? To add insult to injury, I was not given a spec report. I asked how am I supposed to document what was done? He told my I could watch (after the service was supposedly done). Sure I’ll get in my Time Machine.

Diagnostic test 2 49 And they overpriced me for everything else this is really for commercial use only for people trying to take the car and it's kind of high for the same parts and labor they asked me there I asked another mechanic Lindsey's in Baytown they called me half the price of these people did

3 hour wait for an alignment that I had an appointment for. Maybe understandable if the wait time and the reason had been communicated when first arriving, or even halfway through my wait, but nope. Had to approach the representative after 2 hours of waiting and seeing my car sitting in the same exact spot I parked it. Moved my entire day around because of a lack of communication. I understand things happen, but the least you can do is communicate effectively.

I went online on Friday 7/19/24 and saw that this store had the tires for my truck, so I made an appointment for 10 o'clock Saturday. I arrived a little early for the appointment only to be told that they didn't have the tires and would have to get them from another store and they would call me when they got them. I received a call at 3 pm that they had my tires. Since it was so late I asked what time they opened up on Sunday. He stated 9 o'clock. I arrived at 8:45 and was the first customer in the door. Two other people came in shortly after me and both were taken care of and left before they even pulled my truck into the shop. I had read the bad reviews and thought to myself, "surely they have responded to the reviews and upped their game". I was wrong. the previous bad reviews still hold. I will never come to this location again, the level of customer service is unacceptable. Firestone need to send a troubleshooter to this location and revamp everything from the employees to the nasty facility.

I'll be calling corporate everyday for the guy named Channa. They screwed over the wrong guy this time. I'm calling corporate every single day!!! I've already reported him and I'll report him tomorrow and the next day after that until something is done about this bad business of guys. I literally took my truck up there for inspection, firestone on Harrisburg road in houston texas drained all my ac freon. It's the summertime. Whybwould they do that. Then tell me it'll be 800 to refill. Yeah right. I'm find the addresses on these guys that screwed me over. When you make your bed it comes a time where you have to lay in it!!!

Made an appointment for Service on my tires and an alignment. Showed up on-time, no one inside to store to address me for 10 minutes, once helped I handed over the keys for my vehicle and waited 2 hours. I took a look to see if my vehicle was being worked on, only to see it still sitting in the space i parked it. 2 Hours after my appointment, I am leaving without receiving any of the services i made an appointment for. I've spent over $3000 on Tires, Services, and Warranties with Firestone and this is the worst service of any Firestone I've ever visited.

I will never go to this place again!!! I rated with one star because I couldn’t give less, otherwise it would be “none”. At the beginning, I had high expectations for the service at this “business”. I dropped off my car, today at noon, to get my tires aligned. I was told that the service will be done within 2-4; since I didn’t get a call at all, I ended up returning after 4 hours to find out that they hadn’t even started to work on it and that there was still a delay of at least another hour. What really bothered me, the worst, was the way the employee informed me this, without consideration or care, not even an apology, did not even try to get me stay, on the other hand, he told me that it would be better this way since it would be one car less to do; since I told him that I had to take my car without service, that I couldn’t wait one more hour (because I had to go to work). Terrible experience! DO NOT recommend.

I would definitely not recommend going to this place. I bought my car in February of 2023 and I need an oil change in July. When I took my car up to this place nothing was wrong with it except for I need an oil change when I left that place they ended up breaking my ignition coil pack which has nothing to do with an oil change which took them almost 2 hours to do and that is a 30-minute job. I took it to my mechanic and that is how I know they broke my ignition coil pack, I guess because I'm a female and I came in there by myself they felt the need to screw me over. I STRONGLY ADVISE TO NOT GO THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE.

Couldn't do an alignment right 1st time. Went back twice for warranty appointments. Both were canceled when I got there. Got my money back. Still pulls to the right. I'll find someone else for an alignment.

Either too slow or bad estimation of time. They said 1.5 hours when I reached at 7:00 AM and am here waiting still at 10 AM. They did not start until 930 am. Had I known it was going to take longer, I would have left to do some work and get back.
