After coming in with a broken oil Pan caused by quick lane and a significant mess…Robert and his staff here at this Firestone helped me out and were amazing their work and customer service was the best! I highly recommend their services and want to definitely want to recognize Roberto for taking us in quickly and getting us taken care of!

I was driving from Cali to Florida by myself and suddenly outside of Houston I had a flat tire. I was scared and really upset, this was a rental car. Roberto Ayala helped me, they were able to plug the tire for me, and get me back on the road. The rental agency said I could pay for the repairs and submit forms for a possible refund for the repairs. Roberto came to my rescue and didn’t charge me for my repairs. He is a true angel. I finally made it back home safely. Thank you Roberto!! After I left your shop I cried, happy tears for an angel that helped me get back home safely.

Iam very pleased with the service I receive at this location. This is my second time having a tire replaced. Oscar went above and beyond to ensure that the service was completed efficiently. He was kind, knowledgeable, respectful and he earned my future business. And Thank you Daryl, you did a great job. So often people complain about what’s not right. My husband always takes his car here, but it always seems to get worse every time he goes. They don't call when your vehicle is ready. They don't call to tell you they won't be getting to your car that day. The employees are not very friendly and don't know how to treat customers. This would be my last resort place to bring my car to

I went into this store today at 9am. They open @ 7am. I was the only person in the waiting area and a young woman was doing something on a computer. Standing there for a while I finally had to ask if that store had an alignment rack. She said yes, but what should have happened was welcome to Firestone I’ll be with you in a moment. Walk outside to view the shop area full of cars and only one mechanic there doing work. Now they have been open since 7am? Left and will not be back! Come on Firestone?

Short Story: Brought the Jeep Grand Cherokee in to get 3 problems fixed. 1 Week later none of the original problems were fixed. After some back and forth. Firestone refunded me the labor charges. I am grateful they owned up to their mistakes and gave me the labor charges back. I put them on 1 star and now placing them back to 3 star since the refund.

I went in for an oil change without an appointment, and Oscar said I would get my vehicle back within four hours, well it took half that. I was happy. I was able to eat lunch and sit for a bit then my car was ready. They did recommend so maintenance issues that I will gladly take back and get done once I have the money to do so.

Went to this location last month and had an awesome experience with getting my tires replaced and oil leak repaired. Robert is so friendly, informative, professional and honest. He explained what needed to be addressed that day and what could wait while i saved for routine maintenance and non safety related repairs. Definitely going to be coming back for future services. I’ve been here for about 10 minutes just to get my tire pressure checked and everyone available just walked past my car and ignored me. I will not be returning.
