Ask for an alignment, a service advisor Andrew recommended $3000 work to do on my car. I do my own oil changes, I change the air filters, cabin air filter and shocks. This place is trying to lie to people about doing unnecessary work.I gave them a small test sent my wife to get an alignment, because she a woman they recommended all this work, “according to the manufacturer recommendation.” I just did an oil change, air filter, and a cabin filter change a week ago and changed the shocks 6 months ago. I spoke to the supervisor Frank, who apparently has worked on cars for 25 years and he said due to the manufacturer recommendation all this must be done before doing anything to the alignment. Obviously, the man has never worked on cars before, if a requirement for an alignment is an air cabin filter replacement, run away from these experts. The car might shift to the left or right at high speeds if the air cabin filter is not changed because it messes with the alignment of the vehicle, thank you Frank. Will never go to any fire stones ever.

Price gouging. They quoted me six hours to do a repair at $150 an hour. Then they took almost 3 hours to get me the diagnosis. I feel like they were wasting time to pressure me into making a decision to pay for those services for the repair and then wanting to Price called me on the back end. No thank you you will never be back! I had my car towed there to start off. And I happily paid the fee tow it someplace else to not get ripped off and I’ll do it again!

Store does not keep appointments. Even if you have an appointment, you end up waiting for hours for your vehicle to be looked at.

Came in with what I thought would be a major pain to deal with when it came to the issue I was having with my alternator. They helped explained the matter to me very clearly, didn't expect them to meet the demands that I brought in. But they helped breathe some new life in my rather old vehicle.

Horrible lugar. Fui por una llanta ponchada y ya lleve la llanta quitada llegue a la 1pm y sali casi a las 4:20pm. Para colmo me cortaron la llanta me di cuenta y fui a reclamar y me digeron que no que ellos no fueron me dieron la espalda y me dejaron hablamdo solo. Son un desastre y muy poco profecionales.Mi recomendacion pasenle video a sus llantas antes de dejarlas. Aunque sea por la aseguranza ellos cobran su dinero y ya nosotros pagamos adelantado cualquier cosa que le suceda a esa llanta Despues que ya estaba arreglada se pasaron casi 1h para entregarmela. Sin dudas el peor lugar que puedan visitar. Mi recomendacion mejor paguen el ponche y no pierdan su tiempo con ellos porque soy muy irresponsables. Ahora para ver el partido de los astros si estaban al pendiente pero para el trabajo que es lo que les pagan por hacer no estaban haciendolo. No recomiendo este lugar y sin dudas no regresare jamas.

I had a terrible experience at this place and I want to share my story. I brought my Mercedes-Benz to this shop and the mechanic told me that he couldn't perform a pressure test on my car because there was a stop leak poured in it. However, I discovered that this was a lie. After being charged $100 for nothing, my boyfriend performed a pressure test at home and found the leak. I believe this shop is taking advantage of people and I will be sharing my experience to warn others. I strongly advise against going to this Firestone location.

I was headed to my morning workout when my tire sounded funny. Turns out there was a large nail. The service manager Bradlei and his team were great. They took care of my repair and got me back on the road to finish my workout. I really appreciate them.

I’m not one to usually write reviews, but I felt as if this needed one. I had two flat tires and was stressed with how I was going to get my vehicle up there and afford replacement of two new tires along with towing fees. Bradley answered when I called up there and was extremely helpful. Bradley understood my problem and was able to take care of me without giving me a hard time. I have had my vehicle serviced at Firestone multiple times and I’ve always had a great experience. Thank you

Tried to deny a guys tire replacement after the side wall just exploded. Probably didn't store the tire properly before the sale. Firestones are totally terrible spots to get automobile services, but this paeticular location is extraordinarily bad.

Smh… this is ridiculous. They had my car up on the machine for like half a day told me to come back at 1:30. I come back. The car is parked in the back. They haven’t done anything to it. Tell me it’ll be done by the end of the day I come back at six right before they close they still haven’t touched it and all I needed was 2 O2 sensors put on and these guys walking around and horse playing acting like they have no work to be done when my car is just sitting back there and they told me it’ll be ready at 1:30 the next day and they haven’t even touched it. Ridiculous service.

So I went for a Alignment and got one but tell the difference so I took it back for a second alignment and still not worth going again at that I got the lifetime warranty

Anthony did an exceptional job at communicating and answering my questions. He went above and beyond to show me the tire that my truck was going to need. Which were 4 new tires with an alignment. He explained the warranty and what all it would cover. Thank you Anthony for being a great representative!

Do not choose Firestone for auto care. There is no consideration of your time they kept my car all day and I had to call for an update on where they stand. Frank lied twice about the pick up/drop off service (I waited over an hour for drop off service that Frank said was handled by another gentleman only to be the one dropping me off and when I requested to be picked up he didn't give me a time, no one showed up after waiting 40 min I ubered to the location Frank never apologized when I showed back up). And when I tried to get info regarding the issue after talking to a family mechanic out of state the gentlemen I talked too seemed to run me in circles about the problem and that some people get it fixed and come back a day or two later for the same problem to be fixed.

I wanted a complete check on vehicle. I think it may be an AC issue as well, but I should have been more specific with my request. Transmission was leaking and had most of my concern, which they fixed. They also fixed my alignment and replaced tires without me asking. I appreciate it!

Id pay to give 0 stars to this “establishment”. Id like to start with the idiot who is at the front attending the poor customers who ever made the mistake of coming here. You can tell he lives a miserable life just by looking at his face and that he does not care at all about anything. I came in for a wheel alignment, the actual job to get it right not a wheel alignment check. Turns out after waiting more than 4 hours inside that they couldn’t even do the job due to other problems with the car. Why was I not told that the job was not going to be able to be done? I ask the guy what am I doing here if you can’t do the job I asked for, and he tells me for a wheel alignment check. I couldn’t believe what I heard, I told him thats I never asked for a check and he simply said Im not going to argue with you, and honestly that was a good call since theres no point in arguing with someone dumb. So do yourself a favor and never come here. A bunch of bad reviews here for a reason

These bands of thieves! They stood around, talking and laughing. Not once did i see them doing any work on my car, but then wanted to charge me over a thousand dollars to fix my car's AC, telling me the condenser needed to be replaced."I Don't Think So"!!! I went to NTB (National Tire and Battery), and they ran their diagnostic on it. It turns out it was a valve that was leaking not the condenser. The replacement cost for that was under $200. Ladies, I recommend NTB for your car service needs and your wallet!

Waited for almost 10 minutes and was completely ignored. Two workers passed me by without even the courtesy to say we will be right with you. If you don't treat your customers right you won't instill the confidence to work on our vehicles. I won't be back.

Went to this location last week and had an awesome experience with getting my tires and oil change done. Frank was very informative, professional and kept me up to date with my car. Definitely going to be coming back for future services.

I would understand being a nation wide company they would offer good service but guessing I was wrong people don't have good customer service they had no cars on the alignment machine and they say they behind 5 cars. Nd not 1 was on the ramp we pay lifetime warranty on it and yet they say we can try nd get done today got here's at 9 am with an appointment and now have to wait even tho they lift for alignment was empty for the past hours and counting I would no longer buy tires not lifetime warranty alignments from this location at all nor i10 thought we would give this 1 a try but guessing same company same sad customer service they just need to get their attitude together and learn how to communicate with each other very disappointing. I will be contacting corporate Office with a complaint.

If you want your vehicle service for tires but anything else these ppl are not it!!! My grandmother recommended this place thinking they were helpful . She thought they fixed her car but after making her pay for a service that did not fix the issue she had to walk away with “it’s nothing we can do for you.” Paid over $1300 for my vehicle’s cooling system to be fixed. Two weeks later took it back because the engine was hot only to be told nothing was wrong. A month later and my car overheated just to be told the last visit a code popped up. These ppl take your money and don’t know much. Legal con artists at its finest.

They had me wait for 2 hours to tell me my 2022 ram 3500 weight was over 14,000 pounds. I also saw them test drive my truck, pulling out way too fast.
