Came to this firestone location for work on my vehicle made an appointment online and put in the details of what all needed to be serviced. Had multiple questions in regards the service and Moses was quite rude in response and seemed as if he could not answer my questions. Visited the location in Baybrook earlier this year and had a much better experience. Wouldn’t recommend based on poor customer service from their indoor rep that i had to interact with.

Attempted scheduling appointment online, after rearranging my day and waiting for confirmation appointment was canceled less than an hour prior to my time I booked online. Could not reach anyone by phone at this location or leave message for call back.

BEWARE !!!! If I can give 0 stars I WOULD, my little cousin who is in college, went to get his tires rotated so he could come to Dallas to vote and see his parents! Called to see when he could pick up his CAR and he kept getting the run around he was put on hold several times and finally the manager told him over the phone that his car had already been picked up, they gave his keys to the wrong customer and let the man drive off no proof. The police are involved this will be investigated and they were so oblivious and rude when they were questioned by the police, after the officer heard the Fire Stone teams side of what happened and they informed the officer that the cameras just so happened not to be working that day, The officer stepped outside to call the prosecutor so the officer was told by the prosecutor to inform my aunt/uncle that they definitely need to file a civil suit. Please don’t bring your vehicles here at this location you might not see your car again. My cousin takes care of his car, this is a traumatic experience for my little cousin!

Worst place for service. They supposedly rotated my tires and took out a nail in my tire only to find out they didn’t do it at all and made me wait 3 hours even though i had an appointment. The establishment has absolutely no parking and it looks like a mad house there . They didn’t give me a receipt and when asked they said I would get it emailed , which never happened . Go somewhere else for service . The employees seem stressed too .

I have gone to this location for several years. They are very helpful and have done all routine maintenance as well as my tire needs while I wait. When my tire registers low they fill with air and check for leaks. I have recommended them to family and friends.

This is easy. Had a nail in my tire, moses came and checked it out, got it out. 15 minutes. Was literally on my way for a roadtrip so saved me a big head ache. thanks!

With the weather change one of my tires was low on air pressure, never been here before but stopped to see if they could give a little air for that tire and they did it no big deal. Gotta love the small things companies do to build good feelings with potential customers. When I need new tires I’ll be back.

Took 3 hours longer than originally told. I had to wait in the shop for over an hour. When I got my car back several settings had been changed on the dash board and there was grease all over the interior of my car!

Took them an hour to claim the nail in my tire couldn’t be repaired when it’s dead in the middle so they can upsell me a tire.. asked them where my truck was they said “back parking lot” ends up being parked in a tow zone on the street, get in my truck and the tire that needs a patch is at 53 psi when it needs to be at 35… I don’t usually leave bad reviews but Jesus Christ that’s absolutely wild for a business to make this many mistakes..

As of now former customer. We have in the past 4 years had our car serviced here and the experience has gotten worse in the last year. Most recently we went in to have a noise in the back right brake assessed. Upon arrival we were told it would only take a few hours. Well a few hours turned into 3 days and the car is still not fixed. We had to pay over $600 to get an unfinished and unsafe car. We will never go back for anything. They never communicated with us and wanted to charge us an additional $400 to supposedly finish the job. We will never recommend this shop to anyone. The lack of communication and customer service was the last straw for us.

Dont waste your money ..... I spent 7k to have my engine replace. The Service manager Mark Anthony told me he would have my truck back up and running in a week. I Revived a call from make two weeks later saying it was going to be another week. I spent the next two weeks calling the store and emailing them to try and pick up my truck.... Finial I got a hold of the new services manager.... I was told everyone that worked there had been replaced. I go to pick up my truck and it died as I was driving off the lift.....due to no gas.... It was almost full when they got it....I drove back home and the truck started shaking and sounding like it was going to die.Every light on the dash board was on.... I called Firestone back and was given the the run around....... I was told my engine had been replaced by a third party and I needed to contact them... I had my truck towed in to Chevy and was told the engine that was put in was bad and misfiring..... I called Firestone back and asked for a service manager to call me as of today no one has called or reached out to me.......7k down the drain

I don't trust you people to diagnose my A/C Leak . Your reviews are worse than Joe Bidens . They want 59.99 to diagnose the A/C leak. Why would I pay you to diagnose the A/C leak then pay you and trust you to repair it when you you don't even have a single good review. LOL 😂

I just came from their humble location and the service there was terrible. I waited 5 hours for them to tell me I was next after I asked for my keys to go somewhere else. I came here - I usually don’t do reviews - but man. As soon as I walked in they greeted me and there was a ton of people waiting. My car was taken in and looked at in 30m. You can tell they are more organized here and they care about what they do. So whoever runs this location. Thank you.

My wife, visiting from Austin, dropped her car off at Firestone for an 11 a.m. appointment. Despite the scheduled time, they didn't even look at her car until 3 p.m. When they finally did (Questionable), they claimed the AC compressor was out. She wasn’t given any documentation and, needing her car, brought it back to Austin. I was out of town in North Dakota, but when I returned and checked the car, I found the AC working fine. They had clearly never looked at the vehicle—if they had, they would’ve noticed the AC button wasn’t engaged. To make matters worse, Firestone in Austin couldn’t pull up any information. I had to call the Houston Firestone and spoke with Javier, who was extremely unhelpful. Firestone was clearly trying to exploit my wife, through negligence, with unnecessary and costly repairs. I will have my wife avoid Firestone Auto in the future.

This place is horrible. I made a reservation and they never rotated my tires and my tire pressure was still low. Appt was at 9am, was still there at 11:30 am!!! Will never go here again.

Got my car there at 2pm for a tire change and got told it will be ready before shop closure at 5pm. I got it back 24 hours later after I called them 5 times for updates and made me miss an entire day at work because of their poor communication and bias for action. they asked me to come pick up the car and when i came the car wasn’t even ready and had to wait at the shop longer. The worst part is that when I got my car back I noticed that my new safety shoes that were inside were gone… stay away from this place they will steal your time, money and belongings!

I’m a returning customer but this experience wasn’t great. I came to pickup my car from a headlight replacement and the employees couldn’t open the safe to return my car keys? After ubering here I was waiting for over an hour while the front desk woman was attempting to open the safe. After waiting over an hour I ubered to work because I received no ETA when the safe would be open. 3 hours later I received a call that the safe was open. When I came to pickup my car the employees still couldn’t find my keys? Finally got them after multiple people were looking in different folders. Not even an apology from anyone for wasting my entire morning. This place is a disaster and needs new management.

Terrible service, zero communication, staff lies a lot, and like to close early regardless if you picked up your vehicle or not. I brought my vehicle in for a tire repair and before it was inspected Juan (I think that’s his name) the front desk attendant took my information down and before it was inspected he said that my tire wasn’t repairable (I was like really?). I had an appointment for 3pm, brought my vehicle in at 2:15pm and it sat in the same spot until 6:50pm. Since closing time was at 7pm, I arrived at 6:50pm (doors were locked and staff said they were already closed). I didn’t receive a phone call on the status of my car so I figured I’d show up because I didn’t want to leave it on the lot overnight just for a nail in the tire. I was told that the tire was dry rotted and wasn’t repairable which was confusing because I bought the 4 tires brand new from there last year (still under warranty), just had a state inspection there a week prior, and on top of that they inspected the wrong tire. I know that it wasn’t inspected because the car was still in the same exact spot that I left it almost 5 hours prior. Lies upon lies! I ended up taking the tire to NTB, which the tire was repaired in a matter of minutes and because I told them my experience with Firestone they made the repair free of charge. I’ve been going to this Firestone for 5 years now, even got the Firestone Credit Card, but the service has declined drastically over the years. Needless to say my credit card will be canceled and NTB has gotten a new customer!

I was initially quoted $150 for an ignition coil and installation. I scheduled an appointment and was told that the guy who orders the parts isn’t there and that they would call me. After a few days of not receiving a phone call, I called back to check the status and was then quoted $230. I said sure. Dropped off my car and a few hours later received a phone call saying it was actually going to cost over $500. I said forget it. I’ll come and pick up my car. The employees here are completely incompetent. What a waste of time. Would NOT recommend Firestone.

Scheduled an appointment online for an early morning slot, hoping that the repair could be made the same day. Show up for the appointment and told “oh, someone should have called you to tell you we don’t have an AC tech today”. Wonderful. Thanks for wasting my time.

Made an appointment for a Thursday at 5 pm . And was told they weren’t able to perform any service for the day since they were backed up . I was understandable guy suggested for another day . I agreed for another day told me it would take an hour to an hour and thirty minutes. Come in and the Asian guy who helped me was not helpful said it would take longer and for me to drop off my car because the previous guy lied to me and the labor he was looking at was about 2 hours . Don’t think I would come here again .

Adding to a previous review, beware of Tyler. Unprofessional and rude to customers, mentioned it to him as well as I witnessed him being rude to an elderly lady. He did not care. This Firestone has gone down hill, I have been going to Firestone for over 20 years. This location has terrible customer service, they have completed the last two jobs at an unsatisfactory level that I had to return for them to correct. I responded to the email survey with bad comments, no follow or concern from them. I would highly recommend not using this location. I never leave bad reviews but had to do it as they seem not to care for customers.

Technician crashed my vehicle into the side of the shop trying to back it out of the stall. Didn’t even get my flat fixed. I had to drive home with the spare tire and a busted truck. Hopefully they can resolve this unfortunate incident and make things right.
