El peor servicio q se pueda dar la persona que me atendió parecía que él era el dueño de Firestone mal servicio y te dicen una cosa y luego otra al día siguiente sobre todo los precios abusivos compras una garantía y luego te dicen q la perdiste les recomiendo no acudir a ese sitio quizás otra sucursal sea diferente esa es una porquería

Paul is the best mechanic in Houston. I’ve literally followed him to various Firestone locations because he is a honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable mechanic who you can trust with your vehicle and safety. He took care of some essential repairs and the vehicle is back to running conditions. Thanks so much Paul! Also thanks to Adrian and Robert for their assistance too.

Very disappointed with service. Had to wait 2 hours for an alignment that wasn’t done correctly, my car is still not driving straight. Customer service was terrible and no communication. No updates on time while waiting at store. After 2 hours and 10 minutes of waiting inside, I step outside to get air and BOOM, there’s my car, just sitting there…done. So I go back inside and wait another 20 minutes thinking they will call me to the counter to pay and after 20 minutes of sitting, still nothing. So I go to the counter to ask ETA and the guy looks at me from garage chair, grabs my keys from the hook and then comes in and starts checkout without apologizing or even saying a word. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Luckily I bought lifetime alignment so I can go get it done again but will definitely not go back to that location nor recommend to anyone, even it’s it to use the bathroom. Awful, awful, awful. I wish Discount Tires was out here.

Just bought the lifetime alignment with the 20 dollars off coupon, best investment ever made, people here are friendly and very fast. They took care of my car. I recommend this place. I would like to mention Robert and Adrian, both of them were more than amazing in answering my questions and explaining everything to me, they were very friendly and went above and beyond in doing my alignment and inspection, I can't recommend coming here more and asking for Robert.

Coupon for the AC check is a scam. Spent my day, paid Uber and $20 so they can lure me in and tell me that I need to pay $250 for them to tell me where the leak is. I understand there's an extra charge for the added refrigerant but it costs $12 in Walmart.

Scheduled for 9 am appointment, was told car would be done in 2 hours with plenty of time for pick up. Came back at noon but they just started to work on the car and would only take a few minutes…don’t trust these people

Firestone saved the day today! I got my Alfa Romeo towed here for a tire replacement. They were busy so it took a while but I just left it and came back. Great customer service from Adrian.

Honest inspection of issues with your vehicle. They make sure to apply any deals that may be going on with the company. They made sure to try to complete repairs in a timely manner. They get the repairs done properly.

I would have given 0 stars, but that is not an option. I waited 5 hours for them to put a set of tires on my vehicle and do an alignment. I watched them service several other cars that came after me. When I questioned them about the wait, I was told that John (the person who rang me up) wrote on my paperwork "end of day" and that meant that they had until the end of the day to finish. I wish I had gone to Discount Tire. It would not have taken as long, and the people are friendlier.

Had our vehicle inspection done. Person at the front desk was polite and informative. The inspection took about 20 minutes. Had the vehicle oil change , tire rotation, general overall inspection done. Further repairs were needed. We were notified of the recommended repairs and the cost. Questions were answered completely. There were no surprises. We are very happy with the service.

I am from out of town with problems with two of my tires. Though they were not able to fix the tires, the were able to order some new tires to much the others and got me on my way. Great group of guys to work with!

Don’t come to this place. Did state inspection today and they failed it because of wiper blades. Have owed multiple cars in many years and this is first time a shop force me to replace it and charge it because of inspection. I will never come back again. The ratings of this store is lower comparing to other places and there are good reasons.

Been here a few times due to proximity. They take so long and when they do the job they always try to upsell. You want me to buy a $200 tire? a singular tire? There are more than a few autobody shops in the area. Even other name brand shops don't charge that much.

I always bring my car here. I trust them. They are pretty busy, so others trust them as well. If you're looking for an auto shop that won't screw you, bring it here. They have done quality and affordable work on my old car for years. They have a clean waiting area, clean bathroom, and they also have coffee.

I usually have better experiences at Firestone, this weekend was an exception :/ From what I can tell from one day of driving so far, they did good work on my brakes, however they derailed an entire weekend day to do so, and cost me extra money. They had my car for over 10 hours and did not update me until I called them. They ordered a part from a vendor and told me they sent the wrong ones, only after I called after 8 hours asking about my vehicle. My friend who was going to bring me to get it had to go to work, so I then had to pay almost $20 for a lyft. They did not offer any additional discounts to their sale due to the inconvenience. I was already spending over $1000 on the day and didn't get so much as an apology.
