I originally give them a good review, but I most share some facts. I went to get an AC check up and received a long list of suggestions. The power stiring fluid alledgely was low. I got under the hood and found the cap of one of the side containers for the freon just put there on the side. The technician forgot to put it back. If I didn't got in to check the other issue wich was not accurate my power stiring liquid need it like a tablespoon it run all over when I tried to fill it. Go figure the school those techs went to. I can imagine if the cap from that tank had fallen of and gas got loose what would it happen. I will never go thereagain. I don't need to contact Firestone this post says clearly my experience.

I went in for an inspection and the inspector said I needed a brake light bulb change and passenger side windshield wiper replaced. Larry quoted me 125.xx dollars and if it I didn't pay he would have to fail the inspection. I told him to fail it. I then went to AutoZone and got 2 bulbs for $8 and then to Walmart and bought 2 wipers blades for $15. I get that they uncharge but that is a little ridiculous. I won't go back to this place again.

Oh my God, this automotive service shop is a disgrace. First the newer location on Barker Cypress put the wrong oil in, and I surprisingly lost the dispute. Then, the highway 290 location decides to try and take care of my front left clank, and doesn’t, because it still is later. It’s only when I have to back up and get it going quick like if I went down the wrong way and have to turn around quick, but still. The honest thing would be to work out with me. I don’t have to pay anymore and get it back to four stars. If they don’t do that, I’m staying away and they’re in for a surprise.

I have been going to this location for at least 20 years. I recently moved about 1pm miles further away. However, I still go back to this location because Jeff and his team provide great customer service. Not just to me but my entire family. When I am there I often hear them dealing with others customers an everyone is treated with the same exceptional service and experience.

Jeff and his team did an exceptional job at delivering service once again! The entire experience from ordering my new tires to the checkout process was effortless and I am feeling new again on my brand new Bridgestone Turanzas. These tires are so smooth, I feel very secure on the road once again with a road hazard insurance and a lifetime alignment gives the peace of mind everyone needs for miles to come! I highly recommend this Firestone location, Jeff and his team to handle your needs!

I was here last weekend with my wife and let’s just say Jeff really helped us out with our tire issue we had. He not only was thorough with his explanations but he also gave us a visual aid showing us what had happened that made our tires condition be in the state that it was. He then proceeded to help us with a great deal we couldn’t refuse and made sure we were well taken care of. even JC the mechanic was very friendly and helpful and made sure we were 100% satisfied This Firestone is slightly further from where I live and I have no issue making the extra mile drive knowing we’re going to be treated well it’s 100% worth it

Jeff needs to know how to do his job ! My brother was here for his car’s inspection and Jeff was very rude and sounded very racist!! He literally gave him wrong quote just because he wasn’t speaking proper “English” then my brother showed him online offer that clearly had a discounted price! Instead of patiently explaining him, he just tried to send him back saying that he doesn’t have time today and asked him to come back tomorrow. You can do better Jeff!

Incredible service and care! They aren't my local Firestone, but they made right the work that another location had done IMMEDIATELY. They were friendly, informative, and frankly made me feel safe and confident about my situation far from home. If only I could always break down right here! Would recommend over and over again.

The customer service and care is second to none! The technicians kept me informed of the status of the services, gave a timeframe on what needed to be done and stuck to that timeframe. The thing that I loved the most is that they stuck to the appointment time, and they actually finished the job earlier than originally planned. I would definitely recommend coming to Firestone for all of your automobile services!

This location is very clean, isn't too busy and has great service. I recommend this location if you don't want to wait hours just to speak to someone or have simple work (Ex. tire change, oil change) performed.

I have used this Firestone 3 times in the past 6 months and they do fantastic work. Jeff is very knowledgeable about all cars and problems, he gave me discounted pricing and was honest. I have to comment on the mechanic too (Peter) he did a great job fixing my car both times I've brought it in. I'll continue with these guys as long as I have a car. Keep up the good work!

I received a tire warning while traveling in Houston on my way back to Austin. I found a firestone, because they're typically very reliable. Peter, the service technician, was pleasant and expedited the repair of my tire so that I could get back on the road and make my appointment on time. Shout out to Jeff and his excellent customer service too

Jeff was a cool and laidback guy. Even though he never made eye contact with me, he was still very courteous and informative. He quoted my state inspection service to be done in 35-40 minutes and it was done in less than 20. You guys are always amazing. Thanks again, Jeff!

After having no luck with other Firestone locations, I ended up coming to this location, which is closest to my job and on my way home. I am so glad I did. The customer service received frm both Jeff (location manager) and Rafael (manager) was top-notch! They were very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the services they provided. Jeff gave me recommendations for a set of tires for my vehicle, and Rafael suggested other services that will keep my vehicle on the road longer. So, I have made this my location, just based on the level of service received. Thank you both for making sure I am a satisfied customer.
