The attention is very bad there was a racist guy with the Latino community, I was looking for a tire he didn’t give me any explanation of the tire he offered me and he got upset when I put the translator, it’s as if I was asking him to give away the tire obviously not, terrible place and terrible staff

Ron, the Service manager, was terrific! He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! He took the time to get to know us. We will be back to have all of our vehicles serviced there!

I appreciate how easy it was to make an appointment and that even though they were busy they made sure to get my car taken care of....and I really appreciate that even though my tires are an odd size they managed to find the tires, get them to the store and change them that day

This location never overbooks and doesn't try to sell me services I don't need. I have told a number of people I know about this location. This would make a great location for an ad.

Hice una cita me preguntaron todos los detalles de mi camioneta y me dieron la cita para cinco días después llegué al taller y abrieron más tarde de lo que dice el anuncio y después el sujeto me dijo no podemos instalar tus llantas aquí porque tu camioneta es muy grande y mi camioneta es una 20 21 Dodge RAM 3500. Cuándo llamé para la cita ellos sabían qué camioneta necesitaba el servicio entonces para que me dieron la cita🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Two different times now, my girlfriend has made an early appointment for simple jobs and dropped off her car at the E Washington Ave location only to have them wait until the end of day to tell her they don’t have time, will keep it over night, will have it worked on early in the morning and have it done for a 10AM pickup, only to find out it wasn’t ready by that next day 10AM time either, and she was lied to. The first job she got two tires replaced and an oil change, should not take two full days. The second job was a tire rotation and to analyze any other potential reason why the car now shakes whenever she drives above 65 mph. They “ran a diagnostic” and found nothing wrong with the car, it still shakes over 65 mph. They were told at the time of the early appointment for the second job she needed the car the very next day for a 12 hour drive out of state and they said no problem, it should be done by the end of the day. They ran out of time again, kept it overnight, didn’t have it finished, delayed her departure time by 4 hours and the car still shakes. Based on these two experiences and the many other poor reviews I’d venture a guess this location has poor time management skills and no issues lying to customers.

Went in for tires. Made an appointment online. When I first got there I was 5 mins late because of traffic in area. Everyone in store was polite, friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed. They made sure I was taken care of and pointed out to me what a different place before never pointed out to me on one of my rims. Would recommend to anyone. Polite professional and well managed.

Rich and the crew always try to do their best for me when servicing my vehicle. My car is 16 yrs old, so there are inherent risks/costs trying to keep the thing running but this store does it.

Went in for an oil change and was able to book one easily online. Ron and his crew took really good care of my car. They even took out a nail from one of my tires, luckily they didn’t have to patch it but the fact they checked shows how they go above and beyond. Ron in particular has amazing customer service. He is able to handle a busy store and still maintain a friendly demeanor. Overall I had a great experience.

Absolutely the best service I've ever received. They showed me the issues with my tires, walked me through my options and it was half the price I paid at Belle. Super speedy, I didn't have an appointment because it was a sudden flat, and they were able to fit me in. Thank you guys so much.

Only good for oil changes. Had my truck for 2 days and it still has the same problem. They fixed stuff I probably didn't need fixed.

Came in for a coolant flush, they said to come back tomorrow. Came back tomorrow, they said they couldn't do it until Friday. Made an appointment for Friday, and when I came in, this time they declared that they can't do coolant flushes on a hybrid. Thanks for wasting my time, repeatedly.

The service technicians need to work on heir customer service skills. I called to ask a clarification question about the invoice i received and Migel immediately got hateful with me and acted like I was an idiot for not understanding the way the oil was itemized on the invoice. It said x10 for oil and I assumed it was charging me by the quart because the price was outrageous, apparently I was wrong and needed to be chastised because I am a woman and not a mechanic. Also over 10 dollars for an extra quart of oil is ridiculous when I could go to Walmart and buy I myself for 7.99. $95 bucks for an oil change, I should've just went to Mieneke where they are always kind and complement my vehicle, while doing things in a timely manner. Never again!

Walked in yesterday with a nail and screw in my tire and desperately needed my car done before Monday so that way I could get to work. They guy told me they would try there hardest to get it done by today before they closed and did just that. They also inspected my other tires to let me know I needed new ones and was able to give me a great price for being walk in! Definitely will stick with Firestone from now on

Had an appointment for 4 pm yesterday I left work early and drove from the westside just to be told they couldn't do it. Guy said to me that it was a 3 hr job to do an alignment??? And made a bunch of excuses on why it would take so long. I dnt believe half the stuff he was saying he just didnt want to do the job.. I called Firestone on southport Rd and they said they could have it done in 1 hr.. a courtesy call would have went a long way and I think that was very unprofessional of them
