Everything was great until I requested that one of my old tires be mounted as my spare. As a previous reviewer pointed out, they no longer mount old tires, apparently even spares. They did unmount my old spare rim and sent me home with one of the tires, so that I could do it at home. I should have asked how they repair flats, is a new tire required every time? I'm 70yrs old, I didn't appreciate doing my own tire change.

I had to replace my tire due to a nail. I have all Firestone tires with all warranties. I also asked for a tire rotation due to I get it free having all Firestone tires. 1st I watched as they DID NOT rotate my tires. They only replaced my tire. Then during payment I asked if the price included my prorated cost due to warranty. He said it was on the invoice. Being that I can no longer get a PRINTED invoice (now I see why), I paid and walked out. I got charged for rotation and when I called about he said he could not reverse the charge cause he didn’t have the key. So he gave me a card for a free oil change. Looked closer later that night and realized there was also no prorated tire. I have been doing all my car repairs here for YEARS!! Never have I ever felt so cheated and upset with my service. Your place might be convenient by my house, but I think from now on I will be finding a more HONEST repair shop. And yes, this includes all the business I have brought to you from over the years.

They were quick and efficient. And the people there seemed to be in a wonderful mood. Made me feel welcomed and not like I was intruding on them as other places are apt to do. The place was clean too. Overall it was a really great experience.

This store is my goto for all the non-warranty work on my vehicles for probablythe last 7 or 8 years. They have always taken good care of me. Fair pricing. Consistent work.

I made an appointment online for the next day. Quick and easy to schedule. The service advisor was very personable and helpful. She kept me posted on how long things would take and what was going on. I had kind of a weird situation with my vehicle and the Firestone team was extremely helpful. Will be going back for sure!

I was on an 8 hour drive back home on a holiday weekend when my car needed emergency repairs. Even on a holiday and nearing closing time, they took care of me and got me back on the road right away. In addition, the staff was generous and compassionate. Their care for me and my car meant the world to me. This place WILL restore your faith in humanity!!!

Scheduled sufficient appt. Conveniently located. Polite and courteous staff. Open windowed spaces to view the large workbay as you wait in a comfortable waiting room. Adequate updates of service progression while waiting. Thorough diagnostic of car, in addition to evaluating the issue my car was brought in for. Reputable well established name, which lends to assurance of honest reliable service.

I stopped by on a Thursday evening before a holiday weekend with a flat tire and no appointment. I knew it was close to closing time, but I was desperate. I was heading out of town and knew I needed a new tire. The staff in both the garage and reception area were friendly and incredibly helpful, willing to squeeze my car in at the end of a long shift. The prices were fair, the location is easy to access, and the lobby was bright, clean, and spacious while I waited. I would absolutely return in the future if I needed another tire fix. Into new tire has been perfect, and my weekend trip went on perfectly. Thank you so much for your incredible service!

Josiah was extremely helpful and very straight forward. My vehicle was in need of a new battery, I contacted 4 other firestone locations and I was told that they had no openings for 2 days. I contacted Josiah at the 025208 Firestone Complete Auto Care located at 3506 S EAST ST INDIANAPOLIS, IN. Josiah asked me how soon I needed it. when I indicated to him that I needed it as soon as possible, He told me to "Stop in as soon as I can" and he will get me taken care of. He assured me it would only take a few minutes to complete with my vehicle. Upon arrival the female that was working at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. She made my experience very welcoming. She was straight forward and very professional. The communication between her & Josiah was on point and together they got me squared away so I could get on with daily business. I would rate this location 5 Stars!!!!!! Thank you for helping me get my vehicle back on the road!!!

I had car trouble while driving a few days ago so I pulled into the nearest Firestone. Josiah the manager greeted me outside and checked my car quick before they were about to close. That’s not all this guy had done. He was very flexible and let me bring my car in a few days later to get it thoroughly checked out. When him and his team were done with the inspection, he actually brought me out into the garage to show me what the issues were with my car. My favorite part was that he was honest with me and stressing that these issues do not need immediate fixing. I decided to have the work done anyways which I will be going back for in a couple days. Plus I asked if they could do a last minute oil change and they were able to get that done for me. GOLD STARS ALL AROUND!!

They told me I had a bad belt. My axle was not broken and all I needed was a new tire. They got me in fast. I had to leave one location to go to another one. The manager made a call to the other place and I was there to get in faster. When I got there, I was told they were over packed for the day. I said I called. The manager who I talked to said yes, he did call. He told me he would have us inside within a couple of hours. Yes 😁, so we went to pig out at Kings Gyros It's crazy because I am about to rate King Gyros next

my friend got a flat tire the other day in the parking lot a little bit down from the firestone and we couldn’t get the tire off to put on the flat on. we walked over to the firestone and the guy working, Josiah walked back with us to help take off the tire. he then put the spare on and we walked back to the firestone and he got us in SO QUICK. honestly the best service ever. he was so nice and kind to us. highly recommend this firestone and Josiah!! thanks so much!!

Nisha was very friendly and helpful in setting up the exact service that I needed. Suggested other services but was not pushy at all. Alignment was done in short time and car drives much better now.
