They are the absolute best there!! I am there for an oil change almost every 2 weeks. They remember me, my car, what I want done, everything!!! Everyone from the front desk people - Dylan, Tyler, Angie and even the ones I can't remember their names...they all remember mine - to Master mechanic Steve are the greatest!!! They are always good to me - even when you can just see they're exhausted and super busy. I've been coming here for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else!! They make me the best deals on the best tires that have consistently gotten around 100k miles EVERY year....on a 60k graded tire. They have helped me keep my cars going until they are the talk of the people I work with because of how long my cars last...they haven't been able to find a deer repellent or something to keep stupid people from taking my cars out..but I know they're working on it!!! 🤣

My wife and I were traveling from Iowa to Kentucky and our car overheated on the highway after closing time on a Friday. We came in Saturday morning and Dylan and his staff were willing to take us in when they had a full schedule. They discovered a minor problem that was easily fixed and we were able to make it back home. Friendly, helpful and honest - we were in a tough spot and probably would have believed just about anything! Thanks for being there!

Thirty minutes ago, I was told they’d be done with my car in 15-20 minutes. I’m now being told I still need to wait 10 minutes. This was after I dropped my car off for an oil change 3 hours ago….disappointed that my planned oil change didn’t seem to take precedence over whatever walk-ins they had today.

Firestone out of state was fine. Perhaps we should have left the state in order to be satisfied? I cant understand why I needed to make an appointment at a specific time for 2 tires and it still took close to 5 hours to get the work completed!!! We did not stay with the car. We decided to drop it off so I guess that means screw the guy that leaves? I specifically asked on Friday..."If I make an appointment will you be able to complete the work?" The service writer said sure. If you drop the car off at 1200 we will get right on it. Well bunch of crap. We did not get all of our plans completed because they "were too backed up to complete our work on time" 5 hours for 2 tires............ BELLE TIRE IS NEXT DOOR. 15 years of dedication to Firestone wasted. Well fool me twice shame on me!! They forced a vehicle inspection before they quoted work. Ok fine but don't LIE on the inspection. BEWARE!!!!!!! On my report they said... brakes were fine....they weren't ...Battery was fine.....sealed battery so?.....they said rotated tires nada....Con artists at this location in my opinion

I arrived to get my lifetime Alignment - this was not the location that I registered with by accident. To my favor - it was the BEST overall! The Staff was kind, quick and did a recommended tire rotation in a timely fashion! Thank you! This is the best store of Firestone in a while for me. I will be back.

I drive from McCordsville to Southport to get my car to be serviced! The manager is Dylan and the mechanic is Roy that help me with my car. They have gone out of the way to help me. It’s worth it to drive 22 miles! I’m very at ease with the service I get there. Thanks Roy and Dylan!

I used to trust Firestone but not anymore. Yesterday I was there they wanted to charge me $1500 for 2016 chrysler town and country. "Sliding door Latch ". They told me the part is $1000 and the rest is tax and labor. This is dishonest. We ,nowadays customers have access to all prices. They charge me $120 for inspection. I have been with Firestone for years, but now I'm done with it and I told my others friends and family of what happened. I will never go back to Firestone.

We had an appointment for 3 things to be done. 1. An oil change. 2. Fix a tire with a slow leak and nail in it. 3. Check both batteries because there has been an issue with it starting and the start/stop not always working. I have to assume the oil change was done. The tire that had a slow leak is 100% flat this morning. And based on the report I got, only 1 battery was checked and we now have a new error message saying the battery is “in safe mode”. I would not recommend this location as I have had good luck with other locations.

Your lifetime alignment deal is the best thing in auto care. Have it for all of my vehicles. Always do quality work. For many services this is the best place.

I was taken care of completely. Dylan kept me informed and helped educate me so I could make the best decision for my needs. He wasn't at all pushy, but he made sure I was informed on a few different products, and left the decision to me. After my service, driving the car was like driving on a cloud. My wife and I were quite happy! I give props to the team that worked on my car for being competent, and of course the product we got is great too.

Brought my car in for an inspection appointment at noon. Needed it done by 5. Was told that was fine. Waited for 3.5 hours, just to be told they can’t have my car done. Don’t waste your time here like I did. RIP to my Saturday.

The Southport Firestone is the best. The service techs have serviced and kept my 2012 Nissan Sentra in top condition for the last 11 and 1/2 years. I trust their inspections and recommendations. Excellent techs, service and pricing. I'm comfortable speaking with the techs because they explain issues in terms that I can understand. Dylan and Steve are great !

The whole staff is very helpful, good communication, and always working to help me get done what I need in a timely process. They even try to help keep my cost down with discounts or offers as available. I trust them and they always do good work

Took my car in at 9am and after not hearing anything from them all day I just called at 5pm for them to tell me they couldn't find anything wrong with it yet nobody called me all day to let me know! The more infuriating part is that the brakes make a horrible sound when pushed yet they cant hear it when they supposedly test drove!?!? So I’ve been inconvenienced without a car all day when I could have gone back and picked it up within an hour or two of them not being able to find anything wrong with it, but I’m pretty sure nobody is even driving it because there’s no way you cannot hear the rubbing sound of the brakes. So I am going back to pick it up to take it somewhere else tomorrow where I can be unnecessarily inconvenienced without a car for the second day in a row bc these techs are all apparently deaf! Will never return to this Firestone!

I'm an Uber driver and need a trusted auto repair shop for my car maintenance and repairs. I highly recommend this Firestone. The mechanics here have helped me both with my past and current car on numerous occasions. Not only are they friendly and patient, they always find a way to fit me in when an emergency arises with the car, don't ever try to sell me an unneeded repair, use high quality parts, and are fairly priced. I don't go anywhere else for my car.

My car broke down at this Firestone when we were dropping off my husband's car (great spot to break down!). They fixed it right up the next day & did a great job! Friendly, helpful service, I will definitely be returning for future car stuff.

This is probably the only mechanic shop I've been to that is actually honest and cares about their customers! I couldn't get my oil filter cap off for nothing! I tried all the oil filter wrenches I had and even broke the bolt head.. Firestone not only got it off but replaced it free of charge!! Of course I bought the part before hand but I highly recommend this place they are all good honest people
