I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Brent & Keith both tried to play me on my camero. They were going to charge me over 800 to replace a starter that according to them couldn't check cause the car had to be running to check it. That is not true at all. Said they were gonna start there. My husband came up there Saturday morning with my son and the 1st words out Brents mouth was "You brought reinforcements." Now why would you say that? He told hubby that they already got the starter in the car but the deliver driver showed up with the part to our camero. The driver vertified the part was for our car. When questioned about this his coworker said no we didn't start on ur car. Between the lies & bad attitude, my husband paid the diagnosis fee. Needless to say my husband ended up fixing it right there while they watched it was a bad sensor. My son drove it home an no issues since. We went to O'Riellys after where they checked the starter & it was perfect. Brent & Kieth have no idea what they are talking about they are just after your money.

I won't take my car again to this place. I took it three times, and every time they tried to charge me for something I didn't need. This place needs to be sued or closed. Totally scam. Not happy with them.

Requested repair, fix a warranty tire, and was told I needed to replace all 4/tires, that had been purchased at Firestone in the spring of 2022 with approximately 10;000 miles used of the 70,000 miles the tires came with. Completely unbelievable. I was having to add air to said tire regularly due to a nail puncture. I was quoted approximately $1000 to fix my issue. I left, went to a neighborhood tire store where my issue was fixed for $10 in less then 10 minutes time. I am very dissatisfied with Firestone based on the fact that this is the type of scenario I have heard about many times by many different sources. Now I know for myself. I will not use Firestone in the future nor will I recommend to anyone I know. Thank you for the opportunity to give my feedback.

September 13th at exactly 8:52 a.m. I tried to get routine maintenance on my vehicle so I called and an angry man answered the phone screamed at me about a tire special and before I could respond click hangs up the phone. When I call back angry man tells me I could not get a transmission fluid exchange and that the service should not be on the website because they don't do anything with transmissions! And click, hangs up again. So I drive to the location thinking surely I could at least get a tune up, so at 9:34 a.m. while in the parking lot I called to get a price on a basic tune-up and I was told the cost would be from 800 to $1500, "news flash people" it's not a Lamborghini it's a 9 year old Chevy. Just to look at a good running vehicle, inspect plugs and wires and a couple other minor things, Really? So I guess if you can't service vehicles yourself you have to watch them slowly die and just keep buying new ones?

Have taken multiple vehicles to this location only to be told the work needed couldn’t be done based on improper information. The first was that I could not get an oil change due to the oil pan bolt being stripped. Took to another location and they had no issues with the oil pan bolt and were able to change the oil. Second vehicle needed an oil change and warning lights diagnosed. After the “engine diagnostic” we were told that our engine could possibly be failing due to noise and us driving double the oil life…that would be our fault if the information was correct. After looking at the Firestone sticker from our last oil change, we discovered that their information and math was incorrect on their side as both the work order and final invoice had the wrong mileage on it. Last oil change was at 85,000 miles (which it said on the sticker) and we are now at 93,000 which does not equal the 7,500 miles they said we drove over the oil life. We also received no information in regards to the diagnostic of the warning lights and they “didn’t have an answer for that” but we were still charged $130 for the diagnostic. Not sure how information is passed but when dealing with peoples lively hood, there should be more professionalism. Very disappointed. We are very frequent Firestone customers and have Firestone cards but would not come here otherwise due to improper treatment.

Took my truck in about 2 months ago now to find out why the A/C wasn’t working properly. They inspected it and said we cannot see a leak but we put dye in the system comeback when it’s goes warm again $600 worth of refrigerant and service charges later I left. A couple of weeks later I take it back they claim that there is a leak in one of the lines bring it in when you get a chance we will change that for you that was trip #2. I return for the repair a few days later had a early appointment scheduled I drop it off and it’s there all day about 4:30pm I get a call “we’ve ordered the wrong line and had to find another one it’s going to be here tomorrow afternoon me needing the truck because it’s my only transportation had to go get it. I returned the truck the next day on my lunch hour and had a co worker bring me back to work. 5:00pm rolls around still no part had to take the truck home again not repaired it’s going to be a while before I can come back because I had to take a work trip. The next chance I get I return it to be repaired this time it gets fixed (or so I thought) $500 and some change later I take the truck home then to work where it sets for 7days and drive it home when I return but I noticed the air was warm again so the next day I returned they scheduled me to check it out the next day the tech says he has found a pinched o-ring he showed it too me and went ahead and made the repair. This leads me to yesterday after I finished work I get in the truck to leave the A/C is warm again so starting to get irritated I swing back by to let them know and I’m told to take it to the dealership and let them check it out then return to them if it’s something they missed then they will fix the vehicle under warranty. Ok so this morning I take the truck to the dealer and before I get home they call and said they found the dye leaking from the bottom of the condenser not even in the shop a half hour and they found the dye they put in nearly two months ago. So I returned to Firestone with this new found info the guy in the office takes my info says he needs to call his manager but as of right now it’s going to be another $600+ to fix it he will get back to me within an hour or two……several hours later I finally call because they are about to close and they say whenever you can bring it back we will give you 15 percent off so I’ve scheduled that for Monday but I’m having second thoughts at returning to this location because it feels like they were changing parts just to change them

Called regarding cost of tire repair due to a nail in my tire. I was able to make an appointment within a couple hours with an estimate of around $20. It took less than an hour and they were kind enough to remove the donut tire and replace the newly plugged tire on at no additional charge! That's Excellent Service in my book!! Thanks guys! (It sure beats the $40 estimate I was given from the tire shop down the road!)

I hit the curb at McDonald's :- and busted my right front tire. Got my Egg McMuffin Meal lol then headed a hundred feet away to the Firestone at 86th & Michigan Road. Keith immediately took my car in; and had me back on the road in less than an hour! Also, he sold me a reasonably matched tire at a great price. I was so impressed that he didn't try to upsell; or convince me to buy two front tires, as has happened at other tire shops. Highly recommend this Firestone location for fast, fair and friendly service!

On June 8th I drove the Firestone location to get an appointment to bring my vehicle in to repair a power steering fluid leak. The appointment was set for June 11th at 8:00 AM. At 5:00 PM June 11th I received a call telling me the technician needed to order a part for the repair, but the part wouldn't arrive until June 13th. At 4:30 PM on June 13th I call to see if the car was ready and was told the part did not arrive, but the vehicle should be ready Saturday June 15th. On June 15th at 5:00 PM I call and was told the car was ready. I picked it up 15 minutes later. As soon as I arrived home, I noticed the car was still leaking fluid and it appeared to be worse than when I took it in. Rather than take it back to Firestone I decided to take the vehicle to a dealer shop.

Clean Store. Great Service. I booked online (the easy way) for an oil change. Got in, got serviced got, out. Super easy. Nate suggested new wipers. Was NOT a strong arm upsell. He was informative to myself and other customers. Not pushy. The store seemed busy but efficient and customer oriented. A store I would recommend.

Let me just start by saying if I can leave a zero or a negative 100000 star review it was earned. We have been loyal clients to this location for years. We have brought several of of our cars in for repair as we have seven. Over a month ago we dropped off a Mustang convertible. We are very patient, but fast forward we never received one call, zero communication, had to go in numerous times to check and each time we were told the person that was working on it wasn't there or they called in sick, a whole song and dance over and over and over again. Like Taylor Swift I try to shake it off. But too much and too far was what happened here. I called after several days without a response or without any call back. I called when the district manager just so happen it answer the phone and was available. Brock is his name, nice enough but actions speak louder than words and he did absolutely nothing. he actually stated that this is unacceptable this is not OK will get it taken care of. Do you want to know how that was taken care of. the car still sitting there for several weeks without answers and charges almost $300 for their negligence. We have scheduled for it to be inspected by another auto care. We should've been charged absolutely nothing and that cost was for a diagnostics check, remember that doesn't include getting a call back, what you receive doe 260.00 excuse after excuse after excuse and no one actually understanding or realizing what's wrong with The vehicle we Trusted their expertise and training to be able to give us an accurate diagnosis. What we did receive was a different story, a different problem and all they could say is we won't know if it'll fix the problem at a sum of over 2k. We went in to check on the car again , the person available that worked on it was once again not available. to be honest I don't believe they did anything to it , I don't believe they checked anything , they were extremely unprofessional and unaware. each time we drove by fire stone just to see if there was progress on the car was in the same spot had not been moved and the hood was still up for over 30 days folks. Neither myself nor my husband received one call not one. They are incompetent and we will be seeking legal counsel as well as filing with the mayors action center and The BBB. What they are very good at is placing the blame on everyone but who dropped the ball. In the end I put this blame on the district manager. He was aware of the problem, aware of the situation, he dropped the ball and you are only as good as the people you hire so this tells me clearly the reason for their failing. . When my husband went to pick up the car today, The person pulled up the record and we're going over some details and the gentleman stated oh everything looks good. I said you have stated that the brakes don't work well because they are seized up. The gentleman proceeded to laugh and said nope so we really left with an oil change no answers said they could fix it all for 2000 but don't know if it will fix the problem. How would it fix the problem they didn't even know what the problem was. when my husband picked it up today the gentleman that's working there goes bro… You know you have a window missing. I can't make this stuff up ,this doesn't even sound like a real world scenario that a business stays in business that conducts themselves on this leve. . He charges for services that were not rendered, never received a call never received what was truly wrong with it and yet you charged us for it. My husband went and picked it up today and they said oh it's been ready for a while. My husband looked at the gentleman said we have not received one call. They have lost our business we are contacting the mayors action center and the Better Business Bureau and anyone and everyone that will listen. Do not take your car or anything to this location they lost our business.

About a month and a half ago I brought my vehicle in for an inspection due to a shake I was experiencing after a day of driving. This shop told me nothing was identifiably wrong, but I could probably use new rear brakes. Me, knowing nothing about cars, agreed that if it would help-then I would get them. They agreed and did the job. I picked up my car the next morning and went to work. When I left for home, I noticed I had two tires going flat. I called the shop and told them and the fella on the phone said, "Okay? I'd recommend taking it to an air filling station at a gas station and put some air in them?" Thanks guy! The problem was that you obviously missed stuff during that inspection, not me getting air in them. So then I get home and realize, oh wow, my brakes are bleeding. They hadn't tightened something down enough after replacing the brakes and after I had parked at home, brake fluid was all leaked out of my rear driver's side tire. The ONE helpful thing that happened was they towed it in after that. Then I get a call saying I had holes in those tires that were going flat, so I got sold two new tires. After about $1,200 total, I was hopeful the issues were over. A few weeks later, after driving the same route I experienced the shake on before, the shake came back. This time I took it to Midas and they identified a transmission issue and a locked caliper on my front passenger side. (An important detail to add is I asked for my codes to be ran at Firestone because of a check engine light THREE TIMES and no one ever did it like they said they would.) I wasted all that money at Firestone (And three days of running back and forth) for literally nothing. If the inspection was executed correctly the first time, I could've avoided all the stress, further damage, further risk to an accident, and money spent that was completely unnecessary. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this shop.

I HAVE LIFETIME WARRANTY ON ALIGNMENT AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY CANT ALIGN MY CAR BECUASE OF RUST THATS BULLCRAP ,I TOOK IT TOO NORA AND GOT IT ALIGNED NO PROBLEM. IVE ALWAYS HAD ISSUES WITH THIS STORE. WHEN I BRING MY CAR FOR A ALIGNMENT I DONT WANT MY CAR LIFTED UP OR THE WHEELS OFF THE GROUND JUST DO THE ALIGNMENT THAT iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii REQUSTED. I WANT BE COMING BACK BECAUSE IM ABOUT THAT ACTION AND I LIKE MY FREEDOM SOOO THAT BEING SAID STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLE !!!!!!!!

The technician was concerned that there was too much wheel well rust to put the vehicle on the conventional lift and recommended that the ramp used for wheel alignments would be better. Unfortunately, they were booked on that ramp for the day. The manager rebooked me for another day early in the morning. I felt they all went above and beyond the normal!

We experience professional, efficient, thorough care for our vehicles at this Firestone Location. The phone is almost always answered when we call, and we are usually able to get an appointment when we need it. We don't typically wait in store, but I find that the time given for how long service will take is usually pretty accurate.

Talked to Nathan on the phone on Saturday. He was very professional and scheduled me for 1 PM on Sunday. When I arrived, Nathan had everything ready. I asked about the wait time because I was at the Firestone store in Nora for the same issues and waited for 2 long hours and they never touched my Jeep. Nathan got my Jeep right in and an hour later, exactly as Nathan said the time would be, my Jeep was done, tire fixed, tires rotated. I will not go to the Nora location again. I will visit the Firestone at College Park for my tire needs in the future. Nathan sent my maintenance suggestions and invoice immediately to my email. Nathan was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a good conversation. Great Customer Service.

Didn't fix the issue with my vehicle and lied on paperwork and said all tires had the same air pressure and didn't pull the screw out of rear tire and plug it when asked to then still charged for diagnostic when they did absolutely nothing.

I was told my car would be ready by 5pm Saturday the 24th of February. I didn't receive a phone call to state as such. I called at 10:30 am Sunday February 25th. to find out my car was ready. Not happy with this because I needed my car Saturday at 5:30. And Noone even called me Sunday the 25th to let me know it was ready. Not pleased at all.
