Patrick was excellent. I am new to town, and needed an oil change. Patrick helped me find a time that fit my schedule, and got everything set up in a timely manner. They also informed me of a few other things I needed to take care of. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Went in for front end suspension parts and alignments. When I left my vehicle pulled to the right and I rescheduled to get it fixed. Waited 2hours and the alignment is worse. I called to ask why and what happened and I got the run around from the technician. Would not recommend this location, sounds like they have better things to do than doing it right.

Matt, Patrick, and Ryan are the best. Firestone will always have my business with these 3 awesome guys around. Store lost mine and my husbands business their new manager decided to be mouthy to me and refuse to check the brake job I paid them to do in February. Corporate said store is in the wrong and apologized on the behalf of Sal.

I brought my truck in a couple of weeks back to check the balance on my tires because I was starting to notice a little shake when driving. I also got an oil change while I was there. Had to pay for full balance on 4 wheels even though they were originally mounted and balanced at this location. Afterwards, the shaking was worse than when I brought it in. I brought it back to let them make it right a week and a half later. They removed and balanced again. And again my truck drove worse than when I brought it in with original shake. Clerk claimed it was because tires were cupped. Even if true why did symptoms worsen after Firestone fixing it, twice?

This is the only Firestone I have ever visited where the waiting area doesn't smell like rubber or a shop and it's extremely clean! They did a terrific job diagnosing and fixing my tires and other issues after 1100+ miles on the road! I highly recommend them!

I’d give more stars if I could! Our Chevy needed a new brake line and the folks at this Firestone got our car back in working order quickly and efficiently. They gave us updates every step of the way. And they even called so many Chevy dealerships all the way to Atlanta to get the part they needed as quickly as possible for us. We really appreciate their dedication to car care and customer experience. Will absolutely continue to use this Firestone. Thank you!

I went there after Walmart would bot help me and I went in and talked to Ryan and he was so polite and wonderful and I had to get a tire and oil change and he had me in and out in like 45 mins and now I cam say this is my new place I will go to for my truck and car care Ryan needs a pay raise and matt was a help also

I was traveling when my car broke down and needed to get back home 5 hours away. Patrick was quick to assist, pointing me to a reputable towing company and assuring me that the part I needed was in stock and they could do the repair. I was back on the road the next day as promised. Ryan was also very friendly and accommodating as we hung out in the lobby while the work was being finished. Thank you!

The vehicle I owned needed a new parking brake so I could ship the vehicle to my new residence. Matt and Patrick worked hard to make sure the parking break cable arrived in a timely manner ensuring I met my shipping deadline. Along with the parking break, the technicians discovered the engine mounts on my vehicle had been leaking hydraulic fluid. This was the cause of a loud rumble that I assumed was normal in the vehicle. Firestones expertise made a night and day difference in the daily use of my vehicle.

Patrick was very helpful, and the other staff were amazing in helping as well. Got tires and new front brakes. Update- returned the very next day, because the tires just did not sound right. Told the man who was working Sunday and he turned me away so fast! Told him I had a 4 hr trip the next day, I was so frustrated and left. Decided NOT to drive the SUV 4 hrs out because I knew that it was NOT SAFE! Husband took the suv back to this shop only to get turned away again! Then he looked at the suv to notice that 2 lug nuts were missing from the tire. Only then, they decided to help him. They called the manager and he came and fixed the problem. Offered a free oil change too. But, I am still very upset at this situation. We could have died if we drove this suv out.

Very courteous, and professional staff. The waiting area was clean and pleasant, the garage area was open and easy to see in to. Our tire went flat, and we were in a panic to get it repaired. I called Firestone, and they told us there was not a wait for a tire to be repaired or replaced. We got there, and he was correct, NO WAIT! Matt took our information, and got the job rolling. He told us the approximate wait time, and he was correct on that too. While we waited, Ryan and Matt were so nice to us, chatting and treating us like we were the most valuable customers in their store. I highly recommend this business, Firestone Auto Care at 9501 Arlington Expressway, Jacksonville, FL. Very good. I will go there again if needed. Romans 10:8-13; John 3:16-21
