Called 3 times now to make an appointment for an alignment and tier censore light on. Dale either takes my number and never calls back, leaves me on hold, or flat out hangs up on me. I like that he changes his tactic each time to avoid setting up an apartment. Seems like a pretty good employee.

Dale and the team here have been phenomenal. They've been courteous, professional and empathetic on the two occasions I've come here. They've shown pricing options, explained their products and services and not bored me to death while doing so. I didn't feel like I was being taken for my money. Both visits I had were memorable and I left feeling satisfied with the money I spent. The establishment is clean and comfortable if need/want to wait. The one thing I was is that there was more parking available but I won't factor that into my rating. Thank you Janesville team, keep it up!

I was in a bad spot with a bad battery 2 blocks away. They loaned me their starter/ jumpers and allowed me to walk back to my car. It started right away. I drove back to the shop and they got me in for a new battery within 15 minutes. I was back on the road again in less than an hour. Triple AAA was telling me no one could help me for an hour and 45 minutes. Firestone help me through this bad situation. I appreciate their help.

The Service is great. They explain what they are going to each step of the way, I feel like I can trust them and not get ripped off as being a woman, I don't have any knowledge of Cars. Dale and Dustin , The managers are awesome. One of the reasons I keep going back there.

This place is complete trash. I had an appointment that they confirmed via email. So I travel to my appointment, what could go wrong? When I get there they don’t have my tires for the appointment I booked 9 days ago, but they will order they now and I can wait 3 days. (They also tried to tell me they texted me and canceled, they didn’t ) If you want crappy service, and a place that is understaffed, and doesn’t have the product you need, but will order it, come to Firestone. If you want to actually get your servicing done. Go anywhere else.

Love the people that work there. It is a great family owned business,But took my son's car there to get tires on. They popped the hood to do a check. They broke the hood latch. I have been trying for the last 5 months to have them fix the latch, and they said they would, and every time I call Or every time I stop there. Oh, we'll get right on it. Nothing has happened. That is the reason why they get a (1) star again. If you take your vehicle there, I hope this does not happen to you, and if it does, or if it has, I hope it has been taken care of properly and in a prompt matter.

Original appointment was on a Friday afternoon. Had to leave work early to make appointment. Upon arrival was told they were behind schedule and set up a new appointment the following week. Was told I would receive a discount for the inconvenience. I did not receive any discount. I will not be coming back to have any more work done.

Walk into firestone, older gentlemen with a black shirt (assuming a manager of sorts) helping another customer. They are chit chatting seemed like they knew eachother. Perfectly fine, waiting my turn i am in no rush at all. Then its my turn to ask about my vehicle, begin to tell the guy "hey i have a leak i was trying to get che-"get cut off mid sentence "what leak" try to continue explaining, he then turns arounds ignoring anything i am saying to yell at his co-workers who were having some difficulties with a vehicle they are currently working on. Stressful situation i can understand been there done that. He Then turns back to me without any consideration of what i just told him and very Rudely with some attitude says "cant get it in for about a week" i then tell him i wasnt looking for work to get done just wanted to confirm what the issue of my car. I again get cut off mid sentence to be told again cant get it in until next week. I made the easiest decision of my life and decided that this is not the "respect" i want from a company who im taking my car too. From the attitude in his voice to the yelling at his co workers i have never delt with such rude behavior for asking 2 questions that i did not even get to finish asking. Needless to say if you dont know them personally be ready for some horrible customer service at least from this older "gentlemen" i NEVER do reviews but my 2 minute conversation with this guy left such a sour taste in my mouth i couldnt not share this absolutely atrocious interaction.

Dale, Dustin and the whole crew assesses, diagnoses and makes recommendations with integrity. It’s why Firestone is the only place I will go for anything with my vehicle. On top of it, they are friendly and fast. Can’t beat their customer service AND the work they do!

On 7/19/24 I was coming down Milton Ave and my SUV was misbehaving. I quickly whipped into Firestone complete auto nervous and in a bit of a hurry. A very kind gentleman (Andy L.) assisted me as my coolant was crazy low. He explained a lot to me as he added liquid to the reservoir and got me safely on my way. I don't even know when the last time was that I received such excellence in customer service as I received on that date. It was getting close to 5 so I suspect people were eager to get off of work. I did not feel like Andy was rushing at all, no irritation, just an amazing interaction and he gave 110% of himself to help me. No one wants an auto issue but I'm glad it happened where it did because I don't believe id have received the quality of service elsewhere that I did that Firestone & Andy provided to me. Selfless, caring, attentive, thorough, and professional is what comes to mind. I am so grateful for you guys! I hope you enjoyed the pizza on Monday! Sorry the soda was Diet! 😂 ~Jo Ransom

Great service, with interesting available deals and offers often. I was just in for a tire rotation after a 5,800 mile road trip so I didn't need much else at the time. I have gotten my tires there and some suspension parts replaced on my previous vehicle and found making appointments very easy and their advice on the most important issues they may notice to be addressed. Paperwork conveniently emailed to me for a paperless option is nice too. I will definitely be back for more tire rotations and most likely a new set of tires when it is time, while also taking the inspection offer and considering the lifetime alignment offer they have going on right now. It's nice to see the same staff over years of coming back there, like Dustin, Dale & Jarrid, and getting the feeling they know me & my vehicle, aside from what is on the computer screen.

I made an an appointment by calling Firestone and spoke in detail about the different options for an oil change. We decided on the type of oil, the cost and also discussed the oil being used to qualify me receiving a gift card online from Penzoil. Fast forward to my appointment... Apparently the person I spoke to initially had quit. I discussed the previous phone conversation I had to Dustin (the person writing the order up) and thought we were on the same page. We were not. The Penzoil oil is full synthetic, but a synthetic blend (Dexos) was put in instead, which did not qualify me for the $25 online gift card. So I did not get the deal I was expecting or was initially told I would get. On the positive side, the oil change was completed quickly. It was suggested that I needed my tires rotated, however it's only been a few months since I purchased two new tires elsewhere. Not enough miles have been put on the car to need a rotation. I won't be going back to Firestone.

Excellent service and super helpful and friendly staff! They quickly took me in on a Saturday afternoon when my brakes failed, and they replaced my brakes within a couple hours, so I could continue on a long road trip. Lifesavers! Thank you!

I was towed into Firestone with a rental from Enterprise. The manager worked with Enterprise in getting another vehicle they we're servicing swapped to me and leaving the original vehicle with them, Great job & Thank you!

We have been going to Firestone for 10 years and we don't trust anyone else. It's that simple in our Eyes 👀 ✨️ 😍 ♥️ Firestone always explains what is going on and definitely will find and Fix all of our Problems with our issues.
