Great service, extremely friendly folks. Finished when promised. Service writer was extremely helpful in picking the right tires for my vehicle. Didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Looking forward to my next service requirement.

My daughter took her car in for a rotate and balance and alignment then they called and said they couldn't do the rotate balance because the tires are too low and when she asked what the tire tread depth was they would not tell her it took me calling from Kansas to find out what the tire tread was I am a ASC mechanic certified and staring and suspension formally of Firestone in Manhattan Kansas I believe that they should have told her and not make me call down there to find out what's going on very poor customer service and I am not happy

Won’t be back. I go there about every 3-4 month for an oil change. A repeat customer. That’s repeat guaranteed money for yall. And that’s the last time I’ll be back. Raised their prices again. There are cheaper options.

Yesterday 10/25/24 we dropped my wife's car here and asked for a diagnostic and vehicle inspection. They called and told us the car needed new tires, brakes, and windshield wipers. We said ok and the total cost came to around $975. They finished working on the car today 10/26/24 and when we got home with it we realized that they had charged us for windshield wipers and labor but they had not replaced the windshield wipers so we called back and asked for a refund because we didn't have time to put the car back in the shop. The guy on the phone told me that to do a refund we would have to be there. I wondered why but didn't argue. I said alright, we'll be there. We stopped what we were doing and came back to firestone in my car. Once we got there he told my wife no, we need to see YOUR car. Gotta be honest, this was fairly frustrating. What sense would it make for us to spend over $900 on services and then lie about our wipers? Anyway, we went back home AGAIN and my wife followed me back to firestone in her car. The guy came out and took a two second look at the wipers to make sure we weren't trying to pull a fast one and then him and my wife went back inside to carry out a refund. This was just really bad customer service. My wife and her mother have been doing business here since 2017 but I don't think they will anymore.

New review..... Something isn't right. Didn't get my work order emailed like normal. Went on my firestone Credit card. Nothing was correct with service i took car in for. And check engine light came back on. Something isnt jiving Old review.......Good guys just don't try to go in on Sunday even though they're open. Especially if you live an hour away.

Nice people. Clean waiting area. A bit pricy for services. I have Road Hazard and they charged me $50 to replace the tire??? Road Hazard should cover the cost but not here.

Absolutely awesome experience here! Was my first visit to this place. We needed our oil changed on our new car. The employees were so nice and he was very informative. They showed a lot of care for their customers and truly wanted the best for them and their vehicles. They will always receive my business from here on!

They discontinued my tires so the only option for a road hazard replacement was over $200 a tire. Naw keep it. I went to raider I sent my daughter with a online quote for a specific tire. I checked and they had instock. It's was going to be around $250 with mount , balance, taxes. They up sold her 2 tires for almost $500 because they could tell she was to young and naive to know any better. So I can screenshot a quote, the product number, name ans description of the tires I want but can't trust them to take care of my 19 year old daughter who is in college with out them screwing her over

After replacing two tires at another shop, I knew they were wrong, so I took my car to Firestone for an alignment only to find out they had me replace two other tires and the bad one was on the back. They got me in the same day and was alignment was fine within an hour.

Had a 3 pm appt for simple flat fix. Sitting here at 4 pm and they just got the tire off. Maybe they will be done by 5pm closing time. To give them fair credit they let me air up my tire twice while I was waiting the 2 days for my 3pm appt.

I am never disappointed in the work Firestone does on my vehicles. Been a customer since 1981. Started in Blytheville Ark when station at the Air Force Base.

I had my car towed and dropped off on Tuesday the 26th and they said it would not be looked at until January 2nd as the electrical guy was on holiday/vacation. But then they notified me on Thursday the 28th that my car was done and ready for pickup. Now That's what I call taking initiative to get the job done. I purchased the warranty when I bought tires in June 2022. Went in this morning to have my tire replaced bc there was a tear on the inside of it and they charged me $113. Been sitting here for 2 hours to get a new tire put on, there’s 1 car in the back and 4 guys standing underneath it like they’re confused and dont know what to do. This place is a joke and I’ll never be back.

Years ago there used to be two tall guys as manager and assistant manager, but they left for better things. Every since then, the place has gone down hill, the managers are next to useless, and they don't make what few EE's they have work hard, and that's why the place is a ghost town, don't know how it stays open. I had a 2 pm appointment, I got there at 1:45, there was one truck in the alignment stall when I got there, but shortly after 2, the EE left with the customer's truck, and didn't come back until just before 3 pm. Don't know what he was doing all that time in a customer's truck. Finally just after 3 they put my truck in to the alignment bay, and didn't get done with it until 4:30, but it's the time the bay sat empty for 45 minutes that irritates me. And the whole lack of not caring about the customer. The only reason I went here is because i have the lifetime alignment, I'd never buy tires there again. And btw, they never clean the place, restroom & waiting area is filthy.
