The staff member, Leo, was extremely informative. He was also very friendly when I came in to pick up my car. I always highly recommend this location due to the honesty, expertise, and friendliness of the staff. They do it right.

**You are playing Russian roulette with your vehicle by taking it here** I took my wife's car in for new breaks and an oil change. After changing the oil and replacing the breaks, they took the car for a test drive and when doing so the engine locked. They told us that the previous oil was bad and that's what caused the issue. They would not replace the engine even after showing proof that the 2015 (under 80,000 miles) vehicle has had proper maintenance from our Chevy dealership and consistent oil changes with full synthetic oil when needed. Again, we had no oil leaks or engine issues prior to event, we had proof of proper maintenance of the vehicle, It's a relatively new vehicle with low millage, and now we have $15,000 OF EXTRA DEBT!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!! **Update** We took them to court and won!

If you get tires here you'll probably die. I paid $1,800 for four new tires plus alignment/mounting. Next day the back passenger tire falls off. Yeah you heard me. The tire fell off while my sweet 17 year daughter was driving. This caused my vehicle to crash into a house and my car to be totaled. You ever see a tire just come off the rim???? If you get tires here you will most likely die. Firestone Claims this isn't their fault and is refusing to pay. Do not trust them to do the right thing!!!!! Also, I forgot to mention how terrible the customer service is here. Expensive, incompetent, and rude. You would only shop here if you were looking to have a bad experience. Not sure how much money Firestone paid google to hide my review. But it keep "disappearing"

Intake employee was a little rude. They carry three types of batteries, and the least expensive one is out of stock (surprise). The promos offered on their website say they are current, but are not valid when you try to redeem them. Their online customer service is a joke; And not a funny one. Two stars for fixing the issue that we already knew was the issue. Avoid this place.

My daughter was on her way back to college when her car left her on I-435 and was towed to this Firestone. This place was wonderful to her and got her back in her vehicle in less than 24 hours. I would recommend this store to anyone after our wonderful experience.

I am a paraplegic wheelchair user, and the van I drive can only be lifted on only one of their racks and i have been charged extra for such. as well as having an appointment for a specific time and waiting over an hour past the appointment time before vehicle whas even pulled in.

One of my tires has a slow leak. I have to put air in it every other day. It was left for a week and was noticeably flat. I took it in hoping to get it patched. 2 hours and $30 later they tell me they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire. The next morning my tire pressure light is on again. I would take it back, but service was so slow it's not worth the hassle again. I'll get a second opinion somewhere else.

The reason I scored the experience so low was because all I needed was to get a tire fixed. Time to do this should be about 20 minutes once they start to work. Instead I was there for over an hour while they did the inspection for all of my tires and filters. I told them what tire was low and where the screw was in my tire. I managed to miss my kids event because they inspected my vehicle first and then tried to up sale me instead of fixing my tire first. If I was getting an oil change then great thanks for the inspection but I wasn’t and I wasted a lot of time. I even said I was in a hurry but the team wasted my time.

A BIG ‘Thank you’ to Leo and Brandon for taking great care of my family and I on Sunday afternoon! We were traveling during Labor Day weekend (Sunday) blew out a tire, I called Leo, told him my situation and he quickly got us in when we got there and back on the road. Excellent service!

I recently took my car here and asked them to not run a diagnostic until they called the company I had the warranty though because I had already had a diagnostic and knew exactly what was wrong with my car. I told them once they had spoken to the warranty company and found out if they had to do a diagnostic anyway to please call me so I could decide what I wanted done. They decided to run the diagnostic anyway with out calling me first and then called the warranty company to find out that it would not be covered through them. I was very upset when I got a call telling me that they basically did what they wanted anyway and now I’m left to pay for the diagnostic…. Why am I paying for information I already knew prior to taking my car there?? They would not let me get my car with out paying them when it was in fact their fault because they did not call me before doing anything like I instructed them! I am now out $118 and will never be going back there.

The store manager doesn't like blacks or Asian couples very disrespectful toward woman.. like to call cops on males when confronted ..feels that's its his store and you need to get out!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with an Auto shop! My discontent is more on how the Store Manager handled the situation. Scheduled for a diagnostic & AC issue for a new bought SUV. The car dealership said it’s under 30 days warranty with $0 deductibles for the claim. This shop is one of the in network vendors with our dealership. The Store Manager told me, diagnostic is not covered & I’ll have to pay out of pocket. He just had a very negative, unapproachable temper. He claimed this is the first time hearing what needs to be done which is a lie bc when you make an appointment, I had to tell his employee over the phone what the car issues are & what I’m coming in for. If they had an issue with the care I need for my vehicle, why didn’t they call me back before my appointment day & communicated that. He had an attitude & spoke to me rudely today at the shop when I was telling him about the car problems. He seemed agitated that he couldn’t make extra money from me bc I did my homework before coming in. My spouse asked him if he can get someone else to help me bc of his unnecessary attitude. He said No bc he is the store manager! When my Spouse confronted him with his attitude, he abruptly told us to get out of his store! He called all his White 5 to 6 male employees inside to suggest intimidation for my Spouse is strongly built in size. The store manager even called the police bc we refused to be treated disrespectfully by him. The police dismissed the claim bc we didn’t do anything wrong & we know our rights as paying customers. I am appalled by his very unprofessional behavior towards a female customer & the uninviting-offensive attitude towards an interracial couple. His demeanor suggest a very racist White male individual with a Superiority complex. The Store Manager banned us from the store bc we voiced our opinions & wanted better service. I am only 10 min away from this shop but will drive extra miles to go to an in network vendor (Kansas) before I ever visit this facility again! Not recommended at all!! If he is the Store Manager, doesn’t he have a District or General Manager to voice our complaints? We were treated unfairly & the Store Manager’s behavior is highly unacceptable.

Told me I needed three new tires, TWO of the three I JUST replaced at a different Firestone 29 days ago. This sheet says my battery is good but yet the other store told me it needed to be replaced soon or I’d start to have issues. So which is it? Also didn’t place a reminder sticker on my windshield for my next oil change. Will not be returning as I feel Firestone is trying to take advantage of me.
