They charged my mom 450$ for something they did not replace and I asked why there was grinding on my car they said it was because of water!!

This Firestone has taken good care of my tire replacement and auto care needs. They are usually very fast. My most recent visit, they had to order my tires because they didn’t have any in stock or near by, so it took a couple of days to get them replaced, but we’re living in inflationary times, so price hikes and lack of supply are not their fault. I will keep using this location for my tire and maintenance services

Never book an appointment online. For some dumb reason their online scheduling system doesn't reflect their actual availability. Anyway... Got an inspection done here to see why my steering wheel shakes when I drive on the highway. Was told I need a wheel balance, besides that everything was good, including my exhaust system and heating/cooling. Which to me was a bit of a red flag. I've been driving with a cracked muffler for about 1 and a half now, you tell by just turning on my car that my exhaust doesn't sound right and my heating/cooling fans stopped working a few months ago. They also said my tires need some attention, even though I got all new tires this year. What exactly did you guys check? And how accurate is my inspection sheet?

I got the appointment 9 o’clock when I get here after 30 minutes he say I have to be wait 3 to 4 hours then I say why I have appointment 9 o’clock he said mechanic is just one work Just one person working in Firestone house hife she say I have got appointment again then I told her I am Already waiting One hour and a half I’m still waiting never ever come back here Nobody want to wait over here sitting 3 to 4 hours. Everybody have work doing something.

Diagnosed and repaired issues caused by a dealer service department week prior. Shared with me all of the images and issues caused by a missing bolt. I was able to get the needed repairs done and submit to the other dealer service department for reimbursement. Without the employees care, concern and diligence, I would not have known that these additional repairs were caused by a recent error or been able to get that money back from the other service department. They were very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. I specifically talked to Brett and Jim, and I'm sure there were others involved. I would trust them again with my vehicles

Pretty sure they never looked at my car. Brakes still squeaking told me my oil was fine but I have a leak. Charged me $60 to do nothing to my vehicle, already had fluids topped off somewhere else which they could see that but still charged me.

Terrible service came in to get starter replace. Somehow left with a broke heater hose and thermostat. Which they claim they fix but my car kept getting hot and still needed a thermostat. At this point idk if firestone has just bad mechanics or just trying to scam people out of money. Would not recommend this place to anyone

I was in the market looking for new tires. I called Firestone back on 4/25/2024 and was quoted a set of four for $731.67 I waited a month after and called on 5/282024 and was quoted the same tires for $515.33.I had to jump on this!!!!

I dropped my car off to get a oil leak diagnosed a $170 service and was called the next day and was told the they didnt preform the service because they need to charge me a extra $100 to remove the plastic engine cover panels that I think should be part of the service I picked up my vehicle and will take it to another shop. Its a same you are willing to lose $ and potentially hundreds of dollars I would have paid to repair the issue

Scheduled appointment two days prior, stated would drop before they open & that I got off at noon. Dropped car before 6am (they open 8am); called to get update at 1120 & they stated just taking it in (for the $300-400 worth of work I wanted done). I said, stop don't bother. When I got my keys, he stated "thought we'd have more time to work on your car". I replied, "you had six hours"!! No apology from him. Very disappointed, will never go to the Bannister shop, again.

Favorite location and now my go to!!! The day before I had scheduled the same kind of appointment at the location on Nall Avenue and was told I couldn’t replace 2tires at a time, Mario refused to even look up a different size tire. AT THIS LOCATION GEOFF was helpful and fully explained everything. I witnessed him being so polite and respectful to everyone who came in and called while I waited. I will definitely be back next month for 2 more tires and I definitely recommend this specific location.

Geoff and Jim are the best at what they do. I needed an oil change and inspection. They’re honest and fair and I trust their judgement when it comes to my car—I know they will keep my car safe. I can’t thank all the guys, at Firestone on Bannister Rd, enough for all they do. They’re were a few things that needed fixed for it to pass and they did it right then and there. Very professional!

So friendly and helpful, knowledgeable, got me in and out fast for an oil change and tires rotated, helped me with a discount when my oil filter wouldn't come off. Would come again!!
